This housing association are an absolute nightmare , my windows are letting water in and they have refused to replace , just do bodged jobs with . wait for it ......glue and tape , they came out to take photos on numerous occasions but then lost them , they have you repeatedly running round in circles , even when you have just had a major health scare !
However Guinness will reply 100% to this and ask me to call or use their chat , which is an absolute waste of time , they need to phone me , as they said they would on numerous occasions within 2 days!
I ask for the housing officer Clive Stringer to call me ... guess what he's either out or in a meeting .
So please Guinness DONT ask me to call/chat/email because I have done "ALL" of these on numerous occasions !!!

UPDATE: As stated above, do not ask me to contact you. You already have my formal Stage 1 Executive Complaint (Ref: TGP-3035155). Clive or the Executive Team must call me directly as promised

The enquiry was seen to without any problems and those that I spoke to were very understanding, patient and polite.

Rang Guinness partnership call centre to report a repair. Call answered quickly and very nice girl I spoke to requested someone to come out next week to have a look at it.
Good service and very polite.

I just spoke to Kamran who as jist helped to try and contact someone in his team to organise an appointment!! I just want to thank him for his help and efficiency in trying to help and helping with situation

Lovely customer service people. Polite and as helpful as can be. It goes a long way. Humanisijg instead of dehumanising.

Is the system perfect?? No of course not. But a lovely bunch of humans, including the contractors, who are doing their best and it's appreciated.

After a very long journey of trying to find the correct department to speak to regarding a retrospective consent for works completed on my home I finally made my way through to Victoria Jones who is a customer service officer. This woman deserves a promotion and a raise as well as being added to Santa's nice list for eternity!!
I have never known anyone to go as above and beyond as Victoria did for me, with perfect communication, extremely fast response times and an empathetic and kind manner.
What was taking everyone else weeks to do Victoria achieved in days and I will be forever greatful.
I would also like to thank Emma, mark and management Emma from the same department as well as Natasha and Natalie from the home owners department all of which helped with my case with kindness and care.

I was feeling anxious about calling regarding an on going situation out of our control, I do have the GT app, but I desperately wanted to talk to a person & be heard. The call handler Dhanish really listened and was so kind & helpful, it made so much difference. Hopeful help is on the way ~ Thank you Dhanish !

Elma was lovely. Reception on the phone in my area is problematic at best. But she rang back...that failed but I got through eventually. She listened to my complaint, understood everything and initiated the complaint. I was left feeling I had been listened to.

Hi I can't remember his nMe but he was so helpful and went out of his way to listen and help me with the issues that I had
