My enquiry was very quick for someone to call me back and arrange a phone consultation. Joe our advisor was very nice and helpful he informed us about how to make a will and how it works works to suit us and asked if we were happy to go ahead.

We had a phone call , updating my husband and I 's wills also putting in place our power of attorney. An appointment was made and spot on time we had a call from Gavin, lovely guy, very clear of what was needed, our phone call was roughly an hour long . In that time we had covered all our wishes .
