So happy with my new diamond pendant it came super quick and best customer service

I am truly amazed by the customer service and quality at Gem jewelers. I actually found them on instagram and DMd a few questions that they answered swiftly and efficiently. I purchased a black diamond flexi bangle and received it within a week. I’ve never owned a flexi and I’m obsessed with what I received and can’t wait to add more to my stack. The item came with GIA certificate which is a bonus and their items have a lifetime manufacturing warranty which gives me peace of mind. I can’t necessarily attest to the quality just yet as time will tell with wear and tear but the bangle looked great upon arrival. I regret not finding them sooner but will definitely be buying from them again.

My hard earned money went to my first diamond bracelet. I received it and boy oh boy, it is gorgeous!!! After researching for the best online jewelry store, I found GJS on Reddit. I was able to get the tennis bracelet of my dreams for an unbeatable price with Gem Jewelers. I made my purchase sight-unseen after speaking with Joe. He kindly gave me additional details and sent me additional photos of the bracelet. He patiently and promptly responded to all of my questions. While making a large purchase online can be concerning, communicating with Joe and researching other reviews made me confident in my purchase. Joe and his team really strive to provide excellent customer service, and that was evident in every step of the process. When I wanted a clasp modification, Joe was willing to accommodate my request to make this bracelet exactly how I wanted. Wow what service I chatted prior to ordering and was answered very quickly. I also had an issue with the timing on getting the ring and had nothing to worry about there either. Ordered the ring and was sent updates about the shipment. Christine also emailed me to let me know the ring was shipped out. Received it today and OMG what a beautiful ring. My self and my wife actually got our wedding rings here and was a pleasant experience , however I dropped by today with an imitation watch I received as a gift to have a couple links taken off. I was met with this is an imitation,and was asked would I not be afraid wearing this that only real criminals would know the difference, not sure what was being implied, I dropped it off and after a half hour I went back to get it. the man I spoke to wasn’t there so I just asked for it back and left. I will not be back as I did not feel welcome being grilled about a gift I had received.

Had to share My amazing experience here with Joe and his team. We found him from a Instagram video about watches so I scheduled to go see him in LA and brought my girl with me he was one of the nicest and most honest jewelers I met and wasn't like those pushy jewelers I ended up buying a Rolex from him and to top it off he gave us such a good deal on a diamond tennis necklace that we bought that as well even though had no intention at all for that. Just had to come here and share this with people because I read lots of reviews about Joe but had the pleasure to actually meet him in person and he is the real legend here. Forgot to mention I needed some small hoops for my daughter and he didn't have it so he sent me to a gold factory down the street which only sells to wholesalers but he let me buy because of Joe so so happy I met you Joe and can't wait to do more business God bless!

And this day and age you get kind of nervous to order online. I initially purchased the 6.5" flexible diamond bracelet to stack with my 16 Love but it was a bit big. I contacted Gem Jewelers and after chatting with Christina, she instructed me to send back for an exchange. I returned on Monday and the replacement was received the following Monday.
