My husband's wedding band took a very long time to arrive. When it finally arrived, it was in a woman's gift box and the ring box was also pink. There was no certificate of authentication. The price was decent, maybe even on the lower side. I guess I got what I paid for. The wedding band itself is in nice condition.

I have still never received my purchase and customer service acts like it is not a big thing and nothing they can do

Then you enter another side of traditional pieces and timeless works of art that one in particular became my engagement ring. Also their customer service is phenomenal from ordering to delivery, they’re there with you letting you know how the process is coming along with your handcrafted designs. I truly love this place, and I am a repeat customer as well as a fan.
