My necklace arrived broken. I contacted the company and received an immediate reply. Customer service was excellent and hassle free.
I would suggest that the packaging of the jewelry be made better when shipping. My broken necklace arrived in a flimsy plastic bag.

I purchased two necklaces for…
I purchased two necklaces for graduation gifts. One came with some imperfections when I reported it to ELOVA Customer Service they responded back to me within 24 hours. They were on it right away. They did everything they could to make me happy. Their jewelry is absolutely beautiful. I ordered two of the pearl crosses. They’re stunning. They have some weight. They certainly are not cheap looking. I think they’re even prettier in person. I wish I could include a picture, but I don’t see anywhere I can download it.
I love to give jewelry as a gift this will be my new go to website for sure🤗
