blackdiamondsnewyork.com Recenzje

There are so many beautiful and unique pieces to choose from, and the customer service is A 1. They actually care about your experience with them. I highly recommend

Beautiful Bracelet; The bracelet I received as a free gift is beautiful. It great quality which is unexpected for a free gift. I was pleasantly surprised.

I have requested a refund and return. The flamingo is so big and gaudy. It is ugly. Nothing I would wear. Looks like my Keychain. Very disappointing. The earrings I have costume flamingo earrings ptettier.

My wife is in love!!!! I couldn’t be happier with the quality and shipping!! Will definitely buy from again!!!!

It wasn’t what I ordered. Was very cheap looking. It took forever to get here. I bought something beautiful that I liked on Amazon for a quarter of the price

My rings are beautiful and were affordable. Took a little longer than I expected but it arrived on time.

My now fiance loves the ring it exactly what she wanted thank you so much

This company lied about shipping the ring , when they never shipped it. it’s giving Scam

Love this designs ! Than You

My ring is absolutely beautiful and the commutation was on point!

It was a month later than I expected and the wrong size-I have to send it back

The experience with you is awesome.
The earrings are beautiful just what I expected. The craftsmanship is awesome. You never kept me guessing, update on the progress of my order was amazing. Updates on the shipping and arrival were amazing.
I will purchase from you again and recommend you to friends.
Totally pleased.
Thank you!!

I ordered the diamond and black bracelets. The quality and workmanship on both is absolutely stunning.

Absolutely beautiful product. The only real complaint I have is when I first ordered it I was getting updated every 2 or 3 days through the whole process, but the last few weeks I didn't hear anything from anybody. I had to email just to get an update. Other than that amazing work.

My rings were exquisite and I love them and they are what I dreamed for

Received the ring, loved it. Yes i understand is not top dollar. However at least a well finish item while it last would of been helpful. Received a ring all chipped.

And the color not silver as shown in the picture.

Black diamond earrings
Got my wife a pair of black diamond earrings for Christmas, i joked with her they look so good im gonna get my ears pierced lol

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. ALONG WITH EVANI JEWELRY.

I ordered a ring from them on 1/15/2026. After what seemed to be a nice response that they couldn’t make customizations because of how the ring was made and stones are set (which I thought was odd as I have never heard of a jeweler say something couldn’t be customized), I took it at face value and said ok, move forward with the standard ring shown. On 2/3 I received a notice that the ring was ready to ship and a label created with UPS. A week went by and still the same status. I ordered on the Evani Jewelry website and emails back and forth came from them. When inquiring about why the status is still in label created, they said “it wasn’t them and that Black Diamonds New York” was who is handling. Worst is this was said when chatting using their website chat function. So the run around begins. Then I ask the Black Diamonds team about the shipment and they say it has been sent from Japan/HK via DHL but no tracking number given. When I ask for the tracking number I’m ghosted.

I called DHL on 2/11 and they have no record of any shipment. Going back to UPS and talking with their rep, they say they don’t have the package either. So now my wedding is coming up and have no ring and zero response from either entities leading me to believe this is a total scam. I have made many friendly attempts to ask to speak to a human about the issue and all crickets.

So first stop is this review. This will be the first of many actions taken if no resolution is offered and quickly.

Alexanderite solitare ring size 6 ordered from their website on January 19, 2026. This was not a custom order ... size 6 was one of the size options on their website. I have received numerous emails from them with "updates" on my order and, today, February 10, 2026, received email that there was a problem with my ring, it was going back to production to correct, etc. etc., and gave me three options. I chose to cancel the order and get a full refund. This company is bogus and more than likely a scam.

Their jewelry is beautiful in person. I have purchased 3 pieces from them and each is stunning.
