I’m extremely happy with our purchase of the graduated Diamond tennis necklace from Gem Jewelers Co. I took a leap of faith after finding them online and as I have read from other people, their quality definitely stands out from other competitors that I have seen and definitely amazing prices. We got the necklace in the mail a few weeks and are extremely happy with the way it looks and the quality. We also appreciate their amazing payment plan which helped us greatly in purchasing this gorgeous tennis necklace. I ordered an 18-inch, 5 carat total weight, natural diamond tennis necklace from Gem Jewelers as a gift to my wife for our 30th wedding anniversary. Their website was easy to navigate, their customer service was top-notch (especially Jessica who helped me throughout), and the item arrived as-advertised and on-time (a week before our anniversary)

Gem Jewelers offered a better selection of platinum necklace lengths (14 to 18 in vs. only 16 in elsewhere) and total diamond carat weight (3 to 15 carats) than available elsewhere, and they offered a better average diamond color (G vs. H-I elsewhere) and clarity (VS2 vs. SI1-SI2 elsewhere) for less money.

Gem Jewelers also offered a 10% Labor Day discount and even suggested I order the necklace a day early to avoid impending price increases due to tariffs (I checked later, and prices did, in fact, rise the day after my purchase). They also gave me a $100 new customer discount.

To top it all off, they included a free pair of 1 carat total weight diamond stud earrings.

My only (very slight) negative feedback: For some reason, their platinum diamond tennis necklaces are final sale (not eligible for their 14-day, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee available with their white, yellow, and rose gold necklaces) so I had less room for error! Fortunately, I got it right, and my wife loved it!

If the platinum necklace hadn't been final sale, I might have exchanged it (and spent a bit more) for the 7 carat total weight option for some added sparkle

Overall, a great experience. No regrets! I recommend Gem Jewelers and will definitely shop here again!

Joe was an amazing partner to not only design but deliver a breathtaking custom piece that will be a show piece tennis bracelet in our family for generations. He helped me with assessing the right quality GIA certified stones for my anniversary gift to my wife. The team worked to all hours of the night. Despite it being during busy holidays Joe and the team were able to work a miracle and deliver from start of design to in an overnight FedEx within 3 business days. Joe didn’t stop there, he followed up continuously to make sure the delivery made it to me. He made it possible for me to have it just in time to surprise my wife on our anniversary.

Made an appointment on their website a week in advance. Asked a question on instagram. Arrived for my appointment after a 45 min drive is morning rush hour. Husband and I drove different cars, paid total $40 for parking. Went to lobby of building realized we didn’t know what floor, looked on internet, could not find. Checked instagram and realized was sent a instagram message at 5am just stating they needed to cancel my 9:30. No phones calls, emails, nothing, don’t check instagram as part of my morning routin- 45 min drive, $40 to park… security in lobby cannot find their floor in their records either. No answer of phone. Very very disappointed. No accountability by them.. very weird.
