I was initially hesitant to order a diamond tennis necklace online, especially from a place I was not very familiar with, nor have any prior history with. I read great reviews about Gem Jewelers and then worked with Joe, who made the whole process so smooth. He was so helpful in answering all my questions and when I received my necklace it was even better than I had anticipated. I am looking forward to not only working with Joe again but also adding to my collection from here.

I was shopping for a Diamond Tennis necklace for my wife as a gift for our 30year anniversary and ran across a review that mentions Gem jewelry. I almost bought from another online retailer for the lowest price but found the reviews that mentions that clarity of diamonds was not as it was declared on their website and customers were returning their purchased.
I have gone to all the local jewelry shops but have never found a good price for the item I was looking for. Since Gem website mentioned 30 percent off during the cyber week and the address on the website reflects a location in Los Angeles that I can drive to, I decided to give them a call since I was never a fan of buying something expensive online especially jewelry without seeing it firsthand. I spoke to Joe and mentioned to him that I would like to visit the site and looked at the necklace to ensure that I like it as I was hesitant on buying it online due to the risk of not being able to get a refund if I was not happy. Joe had mentioned that to secure the sale price that I would pay now and I can come over the site to the looked at the necklace and if I am not happy, he will refund me my money in full. I also mentioned to him that If I do like the necklace that I would need it in 17'' instead of 16''. He even said that If I serious, he would comp the upgrade to the 17'' inches since it will have more diamonds so the Necklace would increase in karats without extra charge. I made the purchase over the phone and made an appointment with him. When I arrived at the site, I found Joe to be very sincere and genuine about everything he said to me on the phone was true and accurate. First of all, the Necklace was truly beautiful and the brilliance, clarity and color was truly amazing. Everything he promised including the upgrade was honored. I brought my wife with me so she tried on the Necklace but found that the 18'' would fit her best, thus I had upgraded to the 18'' and best part is, Joe made me a really good deal since I needed to upgrade to the 18 inches. Luckily there was one 18'' inch necklace that Joe was able to give us which saved me a trip as I would have to return if he would have to get one made. Joe is certainly one of the most genuine persons I have ever met and truly trustworthy which is hard to come by in this business. I will certainly go back to Gem Jewelry for their quality and great pricing and honesty. They might not be the lowest price in the market, but they have good prices and the quality of products and people makes it more than worth it's value. Thank you so much Joe for making my wife's very happy today.

I purchase a Diamond Tennis Bracelet here a few weeks agi and don’t stop getting compliments on how sparkly the diamonds are and best of it we just got it appraised wayyy more than we had paid Joseph the owner personally helped me out and went above and beyond with images and videos and even sent us a sample kit which helped us make the correct choice with size.
