Terrible service.
Faulty watch.dishonest staff.
Expensive faulty product , instead of replacement or refund given a cheap service and lied to over my requset for replacement being passed on.
Waste of time and money and your breath.

Excellent. My item arrived beautifully packaged and a lot sooner than expected! Very pleased with my item and the customer care. I would definitely recommend this company for jewellery - particularly Pandora charms. They have a great range of stock. Overall, I am very happy! Francis & Gaye offer a very professional and efficient service.

Refused to honour the price listed on website.
I'd been tracking the price of an item for some time, listed on the website at £560. When I finally was able to afford it (significant saving was required on my part) and emailed my order through, Francis & Gaye wouldn't honour this price, explaining it was a 'pricing error'... and immediately changed it on the website to £600.
I feel extremely disappointed with the manner of the service I received and think it strange that an established business would chose to lose a customer for the sake of blagging an extra 40 quid.

I bought a Braun watch from Francis and Gaye recently. The price was great but the watch arrived with a fault in the chronometer function (a manufacturer issue rather than anything to do with the shop). I was emailed a postage paid return address label, sent the watch back and received a fixed watch in perfect working order within 5 days. Would definitely use again.

I was intending to look at a particular watch when shops opened after "lockdown3". I stumbled accross the F & G web site and they had a watch with the function I was after in the sale. I rang F & G to talk about the watch they were extremely helpful and I decidd to purchase the watch which arrived first theing the following morning. Very helpful staff and excellent service

I purchased a Citizen Promaster during the Christmas period and it was delivered very promptly. The watch was not to my liking so I returned it for a full refund. Watched returned on Saturday and promptly refunded in full the following Tuesday. Would definitely recommend this jewellers without hesitation and would buy from them again. Great customer service.

I am disappointed as I ordered a watch on Friday, paid extra for special delivery and, although I received an order received email, I heard nothing further until I emailed on the Monday to check it had been dispatched.
I was informed that it had sold moments before my order but the system had not updated. I understand these things happen, and the person who contacted me was very apologetic, but if I had been notified on Friday or Saturday I could have sourced another watch. It is particularly annoying as I was outside a shop selling the same brand of watch on the Saturday but didn't go in as I thought my watch was en-route. As it is at least an hour's drive away from my home, I can't just sort the matter out, especially as I am working all week.

They were the only retailer I could find with the product in stock. Arrived in 2 days and even had a further 15% off...what more could you ask for?

Ordered a watch at lunchtime and it was delivered the next morning. Fantastic service, great deal and a lovely bunch of people. I shall be ordering from them again.

Recently saw a well priced watch and cufflinks set on Francis and Gaye website so decided to order as a present for my son after leaving University and starting his first proper job. Within a couple of days item arrived and I’m really pleased with it. Hopefully my son will get lots of use from it. Excellent value for money....thank you.

I ordered a ring for my Niece's birthday. on the 20/5/20. On the site I was told if you order within a certain number of hours delivery would be 4 days, (looking on there site 10mins ago it still says that) I ordered and still have not received delivery as of 01/06/20. I e-mailed them and was told that their supplier was having problems posting... This would have been ok if they clearly stated this on their site, It took me e-mailing them to ask where the ring was before anyone got back to me. Surely if you know you are having problems you would not make claims for delivery if you can not keep them... My ring is now 11 days late and 8 days past my Nieces birthday. Shoddy customer service and they have not even replied to my last e-mail

UPDATE I was contacted last night by Lee who explained further the problems they are having with new suppliers and that it is a learning curve for them both, I was offered a full refund which was done right away, So overall I found this frustrating but in the end Things were settled, I think that I would give them another try, they have lovely jewellery

I must say , that the service i received was really good , apart from trying to contact them by phone which proved a bit testing at times , due Covin 19 but under the circumstances everything worked out OK , Very polite & courteous, goods arrived by " Special Delivery " on time , pleased with the watch & would recommend this family run company

Amazing customer service! I placed my order online and received an email saying there may be a delay due to the current situation. I waited a week and hadnt heard any updates so I emailed their customer service team.
The lady who responded was very clear and reassuring in her email, two days later my order arrived and it is beautiful.
Cannot fault this company in any way.

I ordered 3 watches from Francis & Gaye with no previous experience of their customer service, which in all fairness is out of character for me. However I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery and one of their colleagues being more than helpful amending my order last minute, as I wanted a different watch. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again. A* service and competitive prices.

Excellent service at the Loughborough branch. I had lost my receipt but Molly Mae sorted out the problem with my watch strap. I have been into the shop a number of times & the staff are always really helpful. Thank you!

Got ripoff they went into my bank account and chargered 120.00 without my knowledge no good stay away!!!!!!!
