Good old fashioned customer service.
My experience with this company was faultless. I picked a watch that was delivered quickly. It was a hopeless design ( not a fault of the seller), so I sent it back. I spoke to two delightfully friendly agents who advised me on my return. My refund was straight forward and all went smoothly. I am now looking for a more suitable watch that I will have no hesitation in purchasing from House of Watches.
