Poor customer service!
I received a lovely watch as a birthday present whilst we were on holiday. I opened the well presented box and removed the watch to try it on. Sadly, due to an eye condition, I was unable to see the silver hands against a blue mother of pearl background, so I cannot use the watch to tell the time! It was immediately carefully re-packaged and upon on return from holiday 5 days later, we contacted House of Watches to see if we could exchange it. We didn’t seek a refund, just an exchange to another watch of the same value which would be usable. We paid £11 for tracked return and upon receipt, House of Watches have suggested the watch was ‘worn’ and will not exchange it! Not sure if by worn they mean I’ve worn it (it was only tried on), or that part of the watch are showing signs of wear, impossible? Very disappointing customer service, and upon this accusation, the watch was just sent back to us, so now we have a useless watch that can’t be worn! Would not buy from again. Surprised they would not exchange.

We would like to reassure you that your order was dispatched within our usual timeframe. Unfortunately, the delay occurred while the parcel was with Royal Mail, and delivery times once an order has been handed over to the courier are outside of our direct control.

My previous comments about dismal service and poor product should have been directed at Seikomodstore. A disreputable shower who should not be allowed to trade.
