Wasted half a day trying to place an order with F&G after finding a deal price on a watch. I did all the research to make sure things went smoothly & ended up with irritation, resentment and anger. They quickly removed links to offer price that was on two google searches, would not honour the offer price, and instead allowed a 10% discount on a hiked price on their webpage because their discount codes rarely work. After all that hassle, I reluctantly agreed & decided to pay via finance. After completing finance form successfully, I then find an email from Francis & Gaye stating that the price they offered (Higher than advertised) cannot be used with finance, wasting my time further; even though they accept finance around £300🤷♂️ This order was for over £1500. Never been messed around by a retailer like this before. Purchased elsewhere in minutes.

We apologise for the recent buying experience with ourselves. Having looked into your situation we have identified that you were seeing the price minus VAT. This is usually down to your VPN being masked meaning the website identifies you outside of the EU where you would be tax exempt. This should of been explained at the time as it would of cleared up the situation. We have since relayed this to the customer service team and the team member has been retrained.

Great watch at the best price I could find from an AD. Very fast shipping, it was delivered to Thailand less than 48hours after ordering. I had a small issue with my order so I called them and it was resolved in 2mins. Very pleased with the service and will ordering from them again soon.

Very happy with item and discounted price.
Slight issue with delivery date - when purchasing the website stated that I still had 21 hours remaining to order in time for Thursday delivery. Item, however, wasn’t delivered until Friday. This wasn’t really an issue for me and full tracking details were provided. I would definitely recommend/use again.

Excellent service.
Purchased a Pandora charm from this website. Came in all original packaging and looks great. This was part of my replacing my wife's lost bracelet and charms, and it was the last place in the whole country in which I could find one particular discontinued charm (and at a discount!). So I'm very relieved and pleased. Thanks so much.

I am sorry if you have had a bad experience with us. Having looked into your order it seems we had issues in delivering to your address in Saudi Arabia. Having initiated an investigation with Royal Mail we managed to track your parcel down at customs in the country and it has since been delivered.
I can only apologise for the delay however we are at the hands of the delivery company in this instance. We shipped the item within 48 hours of receiving the order and have offered a partial refund of your postage as a gesture of goodwill.

Worst customer service I ever had
Worst customer service I ever had! Ordered a watch, after few day it stop working. Left an email 5 days ago, no reply, tryied to email again today and it says email adress doesn't not exist! Tryied to call, no answer, just voice mail. Bought an expensive Michael Kors smart watch, and the quality was awful. Need to get sorted by 1st of November, cause going on holiday for 3 weeks.

I placed an order for a Tag Heuer watch for my husband's special birthday through Jonathan. After ordering this watch I changed my mind and decided I wanted a different watch. After emailing Jonathan and speaking to him over the phone he very kindly amended my order for me without any questions. He was extremely helpful and pleasant. Fantastic service
I bought a Raymond Weil watch on Friday afternoon and received it first post Saturday morning. The service was exemplary, I spoke with a very helpful lady at the Coventry store who reassured me of a slight problem I had. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase from their store.
