Wrapping was terrible. Wonky, and poorly done and overpriced. I was expecting something special for a very small box and £4:99. Disappointed.

i am going to give a massive shout out to the team over at Francis & Gaye, i had a small issue with order delivery and it was going to be late due to out of their control circumstances, however after a few emails and calls i finally got in touch with a staff member called Lee. Lee keep me informed with the situation and to be honest went above and beyond only adding to my over all positive customer experience. Although the item was a little late it came gift wrapped and my wife was over the moon.

I have given 1 star only because i cannot give none. Ordered a watch for my son's birthday for £273 which was left outside my door without my knowledge or authorisation. To make matters worse there is a false signature on the tracking label although the parcel can clearly be seen outside my closed door. Francis & Gaye are being extremely slow and refusing to process my refund until they have gone through royal mail process. My contract was with Francis & Gaye not royal mail and I am still here without a watch or a refund. Do not buy from this company.

Looking for a specific watch, and on visiting a couple of jewellers on the High St, they couldn't have been less interested, so found Francis and Gaye online (I am based in South East) so couldn't go in person. Cherri who dealt with me was superb and accommodating from the offset, she sourced the watch I was interested in and on my request took some images against other watches to show me the size and scale. She couldn't have done more. On ordering the watch it arrived well packed and within 3 days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Francis & Gaye.

Had my eye on a watch and noticed only one was in stock - I put a deposit down and it was reserved for me.

Paid the remainder and the order was processed same day, packaged well and it came the next day. I even got a free pen!

This was the very FIRST time I have used Francis and Gaye for any purchase and as a watch enthusiast and collector I am very particular with who I spend my hard earned money with. Having discovered this beautiful Casio G-Shock Mudmaster GG-B100 I did my usual exploring online to establish who has the best deal (because its NEVER the ACTUAL brand itself which is still bizarre to me) and having settled on Francis and Gaye in all fairness I'd never heard of them nor used their services before so a quick thorough look through the reviews online I decided to place my order. I have dealt with Cherri Seeley (Customer Service Representative) right from the start and all the way through to receipt of my new watch and I have to say this young lady has been nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL in her service, handling of my questions and queries and her open honest and trustworthy nature will ENSURE that I'll be placing more orders with her in the future AND will be referring my stable of fellow watch enthusiast and collectors to her also. I placed a pre-order for a new Garmin Mars 2 Adventurer watch which I paid for in full, not a deposit, based on being told there were 2 watches coming in and I would be getting one.

Just to be sure I phoned back 2 different times and spoke to 2 different people who confirmed I was one of the 2 and would be getting the watch when it was released.

On release day I didn't received the watch or any communication but when I phoned in I was told they hadn't arrived from Garmin. I phoned the next day and they said they still hadn't arrived. 4 days after released day I phoned back and was told they had arrived but I wasn't getting one and they'd gone to other people but they "get deliveries every week".

I'm truly shocked that a bricks and mortar jewellers and official distributor would do this. I've either been deliberately lied to for a sale or 3 different people either haven't checked allocations or have knowingly lied 3 times to keep a sale. There's no way I'd ever do business with this store and will be notifying Garmin of this.

Excellent customer service. Price matched on a Certina DS Action Diver without any problems. Watch arrived with a Tissot booklet (I guess because Tissot & Certina are both owned by Swatch), and new booklet sent out. Very responsive service. Oh, and a lovely watch

My partner recieved a very apologetic phone call from a representative at Francis and Gaye today and they have thrown in an extra gift to the value of £79.00.
I must say the watch by RADO is breathtaking and I am very pleased with the prompt delivery in the end.

Bought a Vivienne Westwood watch with a leather strap from this company, it was allegedly over £200. Within 14 months of occasional wear the watch strap has completely de laminated, contacted customer service, they instructed me to send the watch back and they would forward it onto Vivienne Westwood. I sent it back at the cost of £6.25 to myself, I was then informed that they had sent photos of the watch to Vivienne Westwood and it was declared as wear and tear. Firstly why did they ask me send the watch in when all they needed were photos and secondly wear and tear!! I have never had to replace a watch strap within 14 months through occasional wear and I work in construction, my fiancée is a beauty consultant!!
I may as well have bought this watch from Trotters independent Traders, I’d have got the same level of customer service and warranty, I shall never be purchasing another item from this company again.
