I called to cancel an order

I called to cancel an order that now says arriving in a month and the person who answered made up some computer voice first and told me no and then said I can help and didn’t know what to ask for and then when I gave an order number he “couldn’t find it”. Not sure who this guy is but I hung up and will report to BBB. If I don’t get my $8 back whatever but y’all really need to train your reps

I will never buy from them again

I will never buy from them again. I order my hat on 10/23/21 and it was supposed to be here today 10/29/21 and now my package got delayed for no reason whatsoever. It not the first time this happen, it happen before. Fansedge and fanatics are the worst sport website to buy from. If you wanna buy something, I suggest you go elsewhere.

Pleasantly Surprised

After reading all of the negative reviews and finding what seemed to be a "too good to be true" deal, I was hugely skeptical about fansedge.com. But, I'm glad I took a chance and made the purchase. I got 11 authentic youth Nike Brazil jerseys on clearance for 75% off for my daughter's soccer team which arrived as described and on time. Items were ordered on Tuesday and arrived before noon on Thursday with expedited shipping.

Small hicup, but Tyler saved the day!

In my experience, I've had great luck with Fansedge. I've received what I ordered and the only exchanges were because of fit. Recently I ordered 2 autographed items, one wasn't exactly what I was expecting. I was relayed to Tyler who got on the issue and made everything work out perfectly. A new item was sent even before my item was returned. So waiting was minimal. The new item was everything I hoped for. Such a beautiful set of signatures on a game ball. Displays beautiful and my son loved it. Even though there was a small bump, and that bump really wasn't on Fansedge because they don't control the signatures, the replacement was stunningly perfect. Thanks Tyler and Fansedge, I've always been satisfied with your merchandise and customer service.

really disappointed in this company

i have bought from them for years with no problems but this time was really bad. i placed an order and received a shipping notification. then i found out the order hadn't shipped and nobody at fansedge seemed to know what was going on. they wanted to send out a replacement but that would take even longer. i asked to cancel the order and they refused. fortunately the item was actually coming from another company and i was able to reach out to them and get something done. won't be going back to fansedge anytime soon

After a couple hiccups with the return…

After a couple hiccups with the return and exchange of an autograph item, I received the quality of item I was looking for when I made the purchase. Tyler, the rep who I worked with, was extremely helpful during the process and very patient. I appreciate his professionalism through the process. That's the reason for the 5 stars was due to Tyler's professionalism.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I order three hats a month ago and only one has been delivered. It's obviously lost somewhere. When you contact them they ask you to put the order number in. When you do they tell you that it hasn't been delivered. Really? I hadn't noticed. I then call the customer service line which told me the same thing. There is no way to just email them or talk to someone that I can find. So I'm out $70 bucks. I'll never order from them again

Bait and switch tactics

Fansedge is one of the shadiest companies you can deal with! They advertise one price but as soon as you go to the website the price jumps significantly. Mathew supervisor refused to assist and lied through the entire conversation. Reporting to AG

I order my first package last May 12

I order my first package last May 12, 2021. And till now my package is still not coming. The promised delivery date should be May 26, 2021. Im still waiting about my order. And my 2nd order dated last May 20, 2021, should be delivered June 7, 2021. But still not coming also. Your company is nice. But the problem is your partner courier. The always lost you parcel. And still you are continuing send your parcel to them. A talk to one of your staff. Your are partner also with Fedex. So why your not sending your parcel using fedex to make it past. Shipping fee is not a big deal. As long as you send the item on time.

CAN'T ACCESS THE WEBSITE

I have placed some orders and now want to track the shipping and now when I try this.....it says ACESS DENIED TO THIS WEBSITE!!!!!! I have tried everything in the book to be able to do this and nothing works!!! VERY PISSED OFF!!!

Quick and Great Customer Service

I had ordered a limited edition autographed framed picture as a birthday present for my husband. I spent more money than I had planned to but it was of my husband's favorite team The Vegas Golden Knights. When the picture came the frame was chipped and dented I contacted customer support right away. My "Fans Advocate" as they are listed was Tyler. He was amazing. He sent me a return label right away so I could send it back to be repaired. They repaired it in 1 week and it is on its way back to us. What I thought was going to be a let down was actually not too painful. Thank you Tyler and fansedge.

After reading all this negative reviews I wasn’t sure to order but then I ordered from Germany and Instantly received my order confirmation and tracking number! I knew at all times were my items were and when they gonna be delivered. The delivery process was quick and efficient! The caps I ordered were exactly as described, very good quality and in perfect condition! I am very happy and would definitely order again! This site is highly professional and reliable with deliveries! I don’t understand the negative reviews... just perfect thank you 🙏🏻 love my new caps !!!!

Garbage company

Garbage company, received the wrong shirt first and then never received the correct one even though I received an email saying it was delivered. Company said they would not send another out. Don’t use them!!

This website is horrible

This website is horrible. I ordered team apparel for a game I was attending over a week in advance. I even paid for the fast “1-day” delivery. I check my order and it was randomly canceled. I got no notification or email. Joke
