I have ordered twice

I have ordered twice. The first order I never received even though website said it would be delivered before Christmas. The second time I ordered they sent a short sleeve t shirt even though it says long sleeve t shirt right there in the order. No explanation. Then I tried to contact somebody but they only have a virtual assistant. Can't seem to find a phone number to talk to a real person either. Quality of shirt was awful too.

Never again

I wish I would’ve read these before ordering. I ordered a birthday gift two weeks ahead of needing it. They never even delivered it to FedEx to be shipped. I called them when it was supposed to have arrived and they told me there was nothing they could do until 1 day after it was supposed to arrive. So then had to go through it all again with them on the phone the next day. Something always goes wrong with my dad’s birthday gifts and they have now contributed to the history. So many places offered the exact same item and clearly I chose the wrong company to go with. I order a lot of sports clothing. Never again from this company.

Replaced damaged product quickly

I ordered a product and it came to me damaged when I opened to package. I found a phone number online. From there I got put in touch with Tyler who asked me to send him photos of the damage. The next day I get an email that my replacement is on its way. Fingers crossed this one isn’t damage but as for now, customer service and communication was perfect to replace the damaged product.

Bought from you twice

Bought from you twice. The first time took 93 days to get here. Theh did return my money after 42 days. Its sad because some one from the carrier stole my jersey and replaced it with a tee shirt wasnt even yhe tesm i ordered. Gave them the benifit of doubt ordered again same thing 24 days no package.

Lied about shipping

Lied about shipping. Typically online retailer. No one to deal with pissed off customers. Just the normal preprogrammed BS response to all inquiries. ENOUGH WITH THIS GARBAGE! Time to GO BACK to Retail store fronts where merch can be bought on SITE when NEEDED/WANTED.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! There are better places that take care of their customers. My order didn’t fit so I needed to return it- they charged me $10 for a label and didn’t return the 16.99 shipping fee. I supposedly got “60%” off. Not true after they get you for shipping. They returned my label fee as a “curtesy.” There are so many better places to get fan gear that won’t take you for your money. Cheap t shirts with cheap designs. They are awful quality and clearly worry about making profit since they can’t refund you full amount.

Very happy

I ordered before checking Trustpilot and once I saw the reviews I was a little nervous. However, my top came in good time from the US to the UK and the companies communication was brilliant throughout. I’m really pleased with the top and the price was very competitive. I’d certainly use Fans Edge again.

If i could give this site less than a…

If i could give this site less than a star i would. I made an order, received information that it would be over a month before i recieved it. called not even 18 hours after i made order to cancel and they would not cancel order. i will need to wait over a month when i recieved item and them return it and then wait for a refund. over a month to get my money back when cancelled 18 hours after purchase. Talked to customer service twice with no resolve

I am here to write about my experience with Fansedge. I recently placed an order that never arrived. Upon checking the tracking information, I realize that 1/2 shipments had been delivered. I promptly contacted Fansedge support. Doreen heard my concern and confirmed that the second package had gone missing and never made it to my house. She assisted me through every step of the process and provided me with a satisfactory solution. I was a bit frustrated that my item didn't arrive, but after speaking to Doreen, I'm glad I spent my money at Fansedge. Thank you for the great service, I'll definitely be back!

Still waiting.... 1 month and counting

How is fansedge still in business? Haha. All these horrible reviews. Well here's another one. I've waited almost a month for my order. It never shipped. Chatted with "Customer Service" and they said they would re-ship it. I was told it would take an additional 1.5 weeks before it would ship and another week to get to me. I guess it's coming direct from China. Would be nice if they would expedite it given their error. I guess you can just plaster "100 percent satisfaction guarantee", "customer service", and "we value your feedback" all over the website and not back it up these days. The joke is on me this time.

$20 expedited shipping 2 months ago and nothing

Ordered a Christmas gift in early December, paid $20 express shipping, and was told it wouldn’t arrive until February 15th. Just got an email that said my order would arrive until March 3rd. 3 months of delayed shipping. Seriously. Should have read these reviews first. There is no reason for such a delay. Even due to Covid. Other companies have delays but NO OTHER company has done this to me.

Buyer beware and shop elsewhere

Ordered slippers for $19.99. They were the wrong size so I went to return them. Wanted to deducted $5.00 for no reason and charge $10.00 to return. I would have only received $5.00 for the return so instead I will donate them.

pre ordered items

pre ordered items - never received them and contacted customer service constantly and kept getting the run around and they would never call back - now today I get an email that "the manufacturer never sent the items" - essentially, this company just locked up 700$ in orders from me and never fulfilled them and then 3 months later sends me this message. terrible company / terrible customer service and shame on FANATICS for being partners with this nonsense company.
