Heads up. This is a sister company to Fanatics. Same issues with both. Ordered an item, promised a delivery date, then the 'order delayed' emails started coming. 8 weeks later, still no product and no refund. Items still show on both websites. Scam-both Fans Edge and Fanatics.

I was hesitant to try fans edge..

I was hesitant to try fans edge... My coworker recommended it to me... Let me tell you, fans edge service is faster then Amazon.

I ordered a football jersey, I got it at a great price, it arrived the next day.. I didn't like the item, (not fans edge fault... It was a quality authentic Nike product...it just wasn't what I was looking for)

I reached out to fans edge via chat, they emailed me a shopping label, gave me a credit...they made it so easy!

I took the return package to ups on a Saturday... By midnight that same day I had a credit... The same day! I placed a new order (for an item I preferred) that Sunday and the new item arrived the next day on Monday. It's a quality product from Nike, I love it!

You may think because Fans edge prices are so good you won't get quality customer service... But the service is better then any I've experienced.

If I could give this company is zero…

UPDATE: after reading this review that I put on their Facebook page, somebody reached out to me within 10 minutes and resolved the issue in a matter of days. My son got his lamp the day before his birthday. Their overseas customer service is still horrendous but the gentleman that I dealt with here (I'm assuming), Jim, was fantastic. I have updated my stars from 1:00 to 4:00 since Jim did pull through for me.

If I could give this company zero Stars I would. We ordered a Dodgers Tiffany lamp for my son's birthday. We ordered it a month before his birthday and they delivered it to God knows who, God knows where. We are now trying to get a replacement in time for his birthday on February 19th, it is now February 13th they're telling me they can't ship another one till the end of March. My son has Down Syndrome and is the biggest Dodger fan so this is the perfect gift. This lamp was over $300 and it is the entire budget for his birthday. How am I going to tell the kid with Down Syndrome Happy Birthday, you have no gift??? Disgusting. I tried calling customer service they were no help. They gave me a phone number to call that hangs up as soon as I dial it. I called back and asked to talk to a supervisor and when they were transferring me to a supervisor the call dropped. I called back asked for a supervisor again and when they connected me I kept saying hello hello and every once in awhile a crackling hello would come back. Stay far away from this awful awful company!

If I could give negative stars

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a zip up for my father in law. About an hour later my husband told me that he already ordered it (this is a Christmas gift). I reached out to the chat to request a cancellation. The customer service rep said that it is to late to cancel, because they sent the order to the warehouse. It is a $92 charge. They said the only way that I can do this, is to wait for the item to be delivered, and then return it. It will not be delivered for up to two weeks from now. The only thing that I can think of is that they want to hold on to the money (along with many others funds) to maybe gain interest? I am unsure of why a company would want to have people work on 2 orders that they know will be returned, and they will need to pay for the label. I will never order from them again, and I should have looked at the reviews prior to. 77% of the reviews were 1 star.

Lost or slow shipping, but charged extra for it

Payed for expedited shipping. Order was "sent to the wrong location". No updates for 3 days even after I called the shipping company. They said they dont even provide expedited shipping services which means fabsedge is charging for a service they dont actually use. Contact ted fansedge about the orde to get a refund 4 business days later because the package is still lost with no updates. Cookie cutter we will look into in response with some mystery refund for over $100 when they receive the package back at their warehouse...the lost package nobody knows where it is. Do not use this site, its a shell site who uses the cheapest 3rd party options for every part of it they can.

They wont unscribe my email

So i have literally clicked their Unscribe link 3 times and put my info in. That didnt work somehow. I reached out to their chat line 2 times and i am still receiving Multiple marketing emails a day which I DO NOT WANT. I have Never had a company totally disregard my unscribing in my life. This is f’ing annoying. Everyday its 4 or 5 marketing emails. STOP SENDING ME EMAILS

DELAYED SHIPMENT

I ordered 2 shirts and a hat.They sent my order separately.I received both shirts but not the hat.Come to find out they shipped the hat separately with a company called LASERSHIP,I never heard of this shipping company.I tracked my hat it now says DELAYED.I was gonna wear the outfit at a Marlins game and now I can’t go.I will never order from FANS EDGE again.

I odered a Ralph lauren yankee hoodie did not fit . When i tried to return it cus. sevice said it was a final sale and i cant return it. I told them to check your website the item said clearence they refused to check and to bad no refund. Reported them to my credit card and took a screen shoot of item . Beware clearence means Final sale to them .theses people are crooks . And what other people say is true Everthing they sell seems to have a bad fit to it .

DO NOT ORDER

Ordered a hat and it said to shipped. Come to find out, it never did. I choice rhe e-gift refund and have not received it. I also ordered a Lakers jersey and the item says delayed. I talked to customer service and they keep pushing the delivery date till later. They use ontrac for shipping. A company with many shipping issues. I would not recommend fansedge.

I have heard from the company and they were kind to make an offer. I also though was told I would receive expedited shipping so we shall see when this jersey is going to arrive. I kno it's Christmas but today was a working day and still order is not shipped. We are going to a game Sunday so I hope the jersey is here atleast by then First thing my son asked me was if he is jersey would be here so he could wear it to the game That gives us tomorrow and Saturday, I'm guessing since it hasn't even shipped yet we won't get it in time

Thanks for the gesture tho, I ll wait and see what happens next and if they truly are sorry and going to get it fixed or just blowing smoke in hopes I'll change to a five star review

Sorry this long but I'm HEATED! Nothing more crushing to a parent than upsetting their child. Not to mention we are Browns fans so we already get disappointed enough!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I received a jersey I ordered and it was flawed. On Dec 14th I reordered and was shown at checkout it would arrive within 3-7 business days On Dec 19th I received an email advertising to order by today and get it before Christmas.

Now to today Dec 22 and I've still not received the jersey so I decide to track it .......JANUARY 13th!! Wtf I thought maybe I read something wrong (blaming myself and not the company) I created a new order to see what shipping said. Well, not only is it cheaper now but it does in fact say 3-7 business days, which is still way before January 13, heck it's pretty close to Christmas and atleast before football season is over

So I call, I'm told too bad it's a custom jersey and they take longer. I told them I totally understood that but when I ordered I was promised before Christmas! They said they could wave my shipping and create a ticket that won't be read for 48-72 hours (I'm sure it will be longer being the holidays) but that does me NO GOOD!

This is my only gift to my son as I can't afford much more, this is his main gift besides some little things. I never would've ordered from Fans Edge had they been upfront and not lied about when it would arrive I mean they totally lied. Said hey order by today and get it for Christmas. I said "okay no need to cuz I ordered 5 days ago so I'll be fine". Yea well no I'm not fine and $7 for shipping is a slap in the face. I'll let my son kno fans edge wishes him a Merry Christmas!!

Had the first jersey not been flawed then he'd have a gift. So how many issues can there be in one time of doing business with this company. And they could give a rats a-- less!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM CUZ THEY LIE BUT IF YOU HAVE TO THEN MAKE SURE YOU ORDER 3 months in advance! Jus my opinion and experience. Not worth hurting a child, ill never do business again with them or fanatics (since it's the same company)

Late

I ordered an item on the 12th that was to be delivered before Christmas. AFTER I purchase it the delivery date became the 27th-6th. We traditionally open gifts on the 25th like most of the celebrating population. Now someone will be without their gift. If I had seen some of these other reviews, I would not have ordered from this company. Not reliable.

I placed an order online with the Company stating the inventoried item was in stock. Then three days laters I got an email saying it was not in stock without a timeline for fulfillment. I then called service and the bot directed me to chat room. Been with chat room for an hour trying to understand when it will ship. I tried to cancel and they said they can't. OMG 1 star! Do not do business with them

What went wrong? Hmmmm, I stupidly selected receiving an e-gift card for a return and realized I never received it. I started a chat on 11-26 and it was confirmed that the member saw there was a gift card in the amount of $121.73.
“Benjamin” said he would resend an email that shows it and how to use it. I asked for the e-gift card number or the order number it was associated with, but he did not provide either. I then found out that he must have disconnected the chat without telling me and I kept asking him questions that were not answered.
Spoiler, of course he never sent the email. I began another chat and yet again they disconnected without doing anything for me nor did they tell me they were disconnecting. I then called and was disconnected 3 times. This extravaganza of how to not have any customer service took 3 hours out of my life.
I called again on 11-28 and asked for a supervisor. Of course, they won't just do that, so I had to explain it all again. THIS person, Sherlin, couldn't find any e-gift card nor could she explain how her colleague, Benjamin did. STILL the supervisor refused to take my call.
Luckily, I planned for this type of subpar performance and smartly had downloaded the chats and offered to email them so they could see what was going on. THIS conversation took 44 minutes to still not get anything resolved.
I asked and was provided an email address and was ASSURED a supervisor would see it and get back to me. What is wrong with FansEdge.com? GARBAGE customer service...how embarrassing. I wonder if that's how they make their money, hiding e-gift cards and then playing dumb when the customer asks about them. It's $121.73, it's not chump change. GET IT TOGETHER.

Shipping times are invalid and shipping labels are invalid

I placed an order I was given a shipping label from UPS ground the second day one day after I ordered now we are at 8 days after the shipping order and UPS still says the shipping label doesn't exist. On the screen of my order it says I'll receive it between the 13th and the 19th of November but when I called the help desk all they could tell me is now it'll be here by the 25th but they couldn't tell me why the shipping label says it's invalid or give me a new shipping label I kind of feel like I got ripped off and this was far too expensive to be a

If I could give 0 stars I would choose that. Awful company to buy from. My sweatshirt was way too big so all I wanted to do was exchange for a smaller size. Should be simple right? Wrong! They wouldn’t give me a full refund and to make matters worse they practically force you into a store credit to get as much back as possible. But wait it gets worse! Then they don’t actually issue the credit so you have to spend an hour on the phone waiting for one of their terrible customer service people to chase down your credit. Then when you finally get to order the smaller size you needed they delay shipping for a couple of weeks saying on their site it “shipped” but when you check with UPS they don’t actually have the package yet. So now you get to call their awful customer service folks again and work through the process of having them “actually ship” the item so their tracking number shows up with UPS as received. Never again will I buy from these guys!
