what a ripoff.....I bought a hat which took over a week to get...It did not fit even though it said one size fits all. So I returned it...Fansedge charged me $5.00 to ship it to me and then $10.00 to return a hat which does not fit....Thats a pretty good business....If it were mine I would hope everyone would return the item so I would make my profit on just the shipping and return $...

I don't even have an account with Fansedge but I get constantly spammed by them. Can't unaubscribe since it's not an option for those without an account, nor is there an unsubscribe option in their marketing emails.

Shipping was supposed to be 5-7 days, they notified me it would be 12 days. Within 1 hour I tried to cancel the order. They said you have 30 minutes to cancel. I asked for a supervisor and they gave me a phone number, when you reach customer service they cannot help you or find a supervisor. After a long drawn out chat and then phone call with someone who couldnt find a supervisor, they said they would "try" to cancel the order.

UPDATE: After writing this review, a customer service agent reached out to me and has rectified the situation. Cancelled my order and provided a refund. I appreciate the quick action but it shouldn't take a bad review to make that happen. Please make your customer service contact information more available so that people can reach you. Thank you!
I am sitting here trying to cancel my order before it gets shipped because I just noticed the delivery date will be after the time I need it. There is no email or phone number on the site for customer service. There are self help instructions to cancel and when you follow them there is no modify or cancel button on my order. Tried to use the chat bot which was useless. The bot said it would connect me to an agent, never happened. I finally got the number somehow from the bot and called. Says wait time 1 minute. Waited only 5 because at this point I am furious. Could wait for it to deliver and then return but then they charge 9.99 to return!! I will never order from here again!

These guys have to 100% be a scam. I ordered cards from them and they were supposedly delivered 2 weeks ago. I keep getting told I’ll get a call or email back. Not a single word heard. I’ve been calling and messaging daily with no valid response. I just want what I paid for.

The product Florida Gators Team Desktop Fanimal ordered did not look as nice as the product images. Received it and was very disappointed. Looks like a teenager made it in woodshop class and got a " C".

I ordered a Josh Allen figurine and was sent a little blue plastic man. I couldn’t believe it, is this a scam? I contacted a “live agent” through chat and received automated responses. No good way to get through to this company. I will have to go through my credit card company. Please do not order from these guys.

Update: FansEdge responded in less than two hours after I posted the below review. I was sent a return label and they were willing to waive a return fee due to the initial frustrating experience. I will be returning the shoes that I ordered and purchasing the same pair in a smaller size. Thank you to Morgan at FansEdge for the prompt response and support.
I ordered a pair of running shoes on Feb 6, 2024. The shoes are too big and I'd like to exchange them. However, when I try to return them, the order history page says "No order history to display," and the automated assistant is not helpful. It just keeps returning me to the same order history page. When I call the customer service number, it goes to a hold with no music and no indication as to how long I'll be waiting. I just want to exchange my running shoes for a smaller pair! It shouldn't be this hard.

Review #2, I complained to you guys a few days ago on here about my past order and you said you were sending another one. Well I received the same exact wrong item again. As I said before it’s a cheap knockoff of the one you guys have listed in the store, does it look similar yes, but it is very different, this is wrong and you guys should be put out of business. $90 shouldn’t get me a cheap version of what I see in the store pictures.

Horrible customer service. There is a fraudulent charge for a gift card which I did not purchase. So first of all, their lack of security let someone into my account. Secondly, I used their chat function and all they could do was open a case. Lastly, I reached a support person by phone. The party around her was too noisy for her to hear me and verify me. After fixing that situation, she could not help me either. I asked for a supervisor twice. Both times told they were all in a meeting - and then still in a meeting. Horribly unprofessional customer service.

I ordered a hat on a Saturday. This lead to multiple Google orders for 1.00 each being charged to the card used within 31 seconds of my order being placed. My bank immediately turned off my card. My bank has all information and will be taking the charges from here. This is a harvesting website. Order # 21-8635-4039. This was taken over by my bank along with the investigation.
UPDATE: January 28, 2024
I have received multiple messages from Fans Edge overnight. 4 or 5 messages. They are adamant that I updated my review or it would 1) be removed due to lack of proof. I added the order number. Since I added my order, I have been repeatedly replied unkindly by pressing me to 2) change my review. It took multiple weeks to hear back from anyone from Fans Edge. They funnily, said they were going to refund my SHIPPING. 1) You are not going to be able to get anywhere near my account. 2) I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. 3) Get better customer service. Now, they won’t stop messaging me to change or remove my review. They are refusing to accept the findings of the fraud department.
DO NOT ORDER!

Unable to “unsubscribe” from their constant and annoying emails. Always get “error” when trying to complete. Think. I bought a Xmas gift without an account so updating “my account” is not an option. Other than that possibility I have no idea how I ended up in their database. Have been trying for over one month to get my email removed.

I had returned some items and had a very difficult time getting a refund for one of the items. I had made numerous calls, and was transferred all over the place. After 1 1/2 months of attempts, I finally got transferred to Ruth. She was amazing! Very professional, and made me feel like she actually cared to help, and was not going to further waste my time. Ruth took the time to speak with her supervisor and get the issue resolved. There should be a direct line right to Ruth, for quick and efficient customer service! Hands down Ruth gets 5 stars, but my overall experience prior to her was a nightmare.
