Problem with Christmas order

I had a problem with one of my orders and thanks to Ruth and her professional customer service got it resolved. I would like for her to have some recognition by either a bonus or something because she went above and beyond. We need more people like her. Thank you again Ruth.

Very long and drawn out process

Ruth was helpful in providing updates on my order. Alex forgot to follow up and never sent me a tracking number so I can make sure I’m present when the package is delivered this time. Overall, these 2 were easier to deal with than the VA’s. The VA customer service reps before these two were horrible, one hang the phone up on me, another had me waiting for 30 minutes and left the chat. The last VA I spoke with was helpful and finally put a ticket in to get the items reshipped. Took a week to get to the bottom of this after the investigation.

Customer Service was stellar!!

We had an issue with an item. I called in and spoke with Ruth. She was so helpful and her customer service was top notch. She was super personable and made the company look good. Love the service.

Ordered an item on Dec. 20th

Ordered an item on Dec. 20th. Said 1 to 2 day shipping time. I knew I wouldn't get it for Christmas, but today is Dec. 27th and it is still in the processing stage. Chat page is no help at all! Can't even find a phone number to call!! Will never order from again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Delayed Shipment

Ordered some items on 12/7; which said they would deliver before Christmas. The most recent update says that 1 item will deliver on-time and the other 2 items will deliver on 12/28. When I called to inquire about the order they said there was nothing they could do about it and I could not cancel my order. Never again!

Placed an order with a guaranteed…

Placed an order with a guaranteed shipping date of 12/22/23. Looked at order today and only a portion of the order had a guarantee date of 12/22. Two items of the order have already shipped, which is fine, but I asked to cancel the other items and the customer service rep kept saying the order could not be modified. (Yes, items CAN be canceled if they haven't even been processed) Bottom line, their ordering system is deceptive.

Resolution has been reached on this complaint.

These people are charlatans and have the nerve to backtrack on their promises, especially when it comes to providing their Fancash and then sending out "thank yous" and kind gestures of extra Fancash, only for them to swoop it away after 48 hours time! What kind of company does such a thing anyways?! Seriously, what kind of business is this anyways and they're part of the main Fanatics brand?! Inexcusable and one should avoid going to do business with either Fanatics or Fansedge from this point forward as they're rotten charlatans who break their promises to you and then hang up on you in chat forums as well! Stay the hell away from this place at all costs!

They sent me an e-mail two days ago stating as a token of thanks for being a loyal customer and such, they would include $10.00 in Fancash and then 48 hours later, they snatch it away from you for some odd apparent reason and then their customer service minions state it was sent in error or it didn't come from them. That is an excuse and outright BS hogwash as this company never wants to take responsibility for their actions and then on some of my recent orders, they didn't even bother to complete them, sent damaged merchandise and when trying to communicate with them via chat, they decide to hang up on you during the discussion session and that has happened to me on several fronts with them this month alone! Will also be reporting them to the BBB as that is outright fraud and nonsense as no company should be run like this!

In addition to all this, I received three orders that either were not completed properly, damaged to some degree and not properly described as to what their website indicated. I did finally manage to get one of the three orders fully refunded by them, a team USA glass, but the other two I am still waiting on and I requested Fancash for both those orders or if not, a credit to be placed into my account for the total amounts of the two orders place most recently, which were for two pencils and two magnets and that hasn't been credited to me as of yet. I used two separate $5.00 gift cards for those items and haven't heard anything back from fansedge/Famatics about this and they have all since been returned and received from what the USPS is telling me via tracking info.

I will be more than happy to accept credit for the two orders that the separate gift cards were used for instead of placing it all back onto siad cards as I am fine with that, but to try and communicate all this with their inept staff and then being hung up on during an actual chat session several times over is outright bullcrap and no customer should have to go through this nonsense.

Hoping they step up to the plate, right their wrongs they have committed, provide me with the promised $10.00 in Fancash that was given to me on 11/7/2023 and placed back into my account, a formal apology and the necessary credits from the remaining two recent orders (not the glass as I did receive a full refund on that) I since returned to them.

They need more information, they can call me on my cell phone, a supervisor or whomever is in charge there, as I'm not going to deal with any more inept customer service associates who just wants to hang up on you and not take action for their patrons! The ball is in their court now so make this right, PLEASE!

UPDATE on 11/21/2023...We finally have a resolution intact as one of their supervisors in corporate called me up tonight and offered a proper resolution to their incompetencies caused by their staff and customer service regarding the FanCash bonus issues and the way they worded their e-mails regarding all this. They have promised, so they say, to rectify the ways they will issue out those e-mails and bonus points and will now clearly start to show when these rewards have to be used by as sometimes, like in my case, the dates were never issued or you could barely see the expiration dates for these rewards. and no excuse at their end for hiding such information, as had I known that all along, I would have used the points quickly.

Nevertheless, I'll give them the credit where it's due, as they came through, they apologized for their mistakes, made it up to me and I finally got the chance to buy what I wanted at a reasonable cost, so you have to be patient with these folks and best way to get service from them is NOT by their customer service but through their corporate people as these agents are like parrots and cannot seem to do one thing right, but this case has been solved and for right now, I would do business with them but just use caution when doing as such, is what I recommend.

Order

Place an order back in September 28th and returned my order on October 11th. Trying to get a credit back on my card which is impossible I received an e-gift card. I told them I did not want it. I just want to receive a credit back to my card. I was told for a week straight that it would take 24 hours. Hasn't happened yet!!!

I've been trying to return merchandise

I've been trying to return merchandise. They don't have a link for returns. So I tried chatting with the Fans assistant. Typed in "how to return merchandise" three times. Chat stated something went wrong and to refresh page. I tried refreshing page numerous times still didn't work. No phone number on the web site. What a joke, never will I order from them again.

$9.00 to process a return of a ball cap…

$9.00 to process a return of a ball cap + tax again. Totally wrong and taking advantage of the customer and situation. Not everyone wants a gift card as credit. I would of liked what I paid for the item credited to my credit card. Very disappointing. Won’t order from here again. Lesson learned.

I've never bought a t-shirt that was so poorly fitted. I'm almost 50 years old, and in my entire life of wearing t-shirts, I've never thought someone can screw up the fit of a basic t-shirt. You win the prize.

Bait, Switch, Fail from FansEdge.com / PayPal Refund

I placed an order from FansEdge.com, "A Fanatics Experience", and it was one of the worst online buying experiences I've had. FREE U.S. SHIPPING Over $24 they advertise at the top of their website, so I ordered one of their MLB T-shirts that I really wanted - pretty much the entire reason I ordered in the first place - then bought a second shirt to take advantage of their free shipping offer. Soon after my order, I was notified that the first shirt in my order was out of stock, cancelled, and that the add-on shirt was on the way. I would have been fine with that except, FansEdge / Fanatics Commerce Holdco, Inc. tacked on $15.16 of shipping and additional tax to my order of that second shirt AND they were still advertising that first shirt I order as being in stock, on sale, and ready for another unsuspecting sucker to order from them. PayPal resolved the case in my favor after the hassle of having to properly report this dishonest business and their scam. I can imagine others have had a similar experience, and I just couldn't let mine go without sharing and hopefully preventing others from being fleeced by FansEdge / Fanatics.

Excessive Return Charges

I received the merchandise I ordered and can't complain about the quality but it didn't fit. It's a 3X but super narrow so I decided to return it. What upset me so much off is that they charged me $9.99 for a return! That was more than what I paid in shipping to order the item and it's being returned intact with all the tags on it. All I did was open the package, slipped it on/off, and initiated a return when I saw it didn't fit.
