They failed to deliver a present to my granddaughter twice.. she lives in MI, first order they sent to TN… I got a text today that it was delivered today, this time GA..
You cannot talk to anybody you get a smart ass BOT that doesn’t answer your questions and hangs up on you.. the poorest company I have ever dealt with my bank I am notifying that was plain Fraudulent fictional addresses they were lying about to ship to..

Ordered jacket for husband for Xmas and followed their "size chart" which item is actually 8 inches smaller than it said it would be. Trying to return it to their "365 day returns" after only having it a month is impossible as the "Return" button that is supposed to be on order details is conveniently not there. Their "live chat" only comes back as nobody available and after being on hold for almost an hour, still no return information! Never again!

I was charged for my order on December 1, 2022. My shipment was supposed to arrive December 14, 2022. I’ve never received my order. I cannot get through to customer service. And even the robotic chat line doesn’t work. I’ve gone to PayPal and hope to dispute this charge since I never received the merchandise and was charged for the item

Do not ever use this company. They do not ship orders and I will never try using again. They are very unreliable. I think they use your payment and never have any intentions of sending your order. They lie and tell you they think the order was shipped and then tell you there was a problem with shipping. At least I was able to get a refund after weeks of waiting and had even payed extra for expedited shipping. Very, very disappointing. Do not use!

I ordered a hoodie that was actually very nice but the sizing was off. Returned the item using label sent to me. That was over 30 days ago and the package is sitting somewhere and unable to be tracked because USPS hasn’t picked it up.
I followed instructions and dropped it in a UPS box. It was then delivered to a USPS pickup site where it’s now sitting, probably lost. I won’t get a refund until it arrives at the “garage” where this joke of a business is run from. Called customer service and was told I need to track it down. Right.
Worst.Company. Ever. Don’t order from this sight. I’m sorry I did.

Bad sizing, sending crazy sizes (like youth extra large is a size 20 instead of normal 14) but not clarifying on the website so when you buy, even if you check the size they provide wrong information about the size. I have gifts that are totally unusable sitting in my bedroom from 3 Christmas's where they sent unusable goofy sizes. These people are cons, they send garbage and refuse refunds, even when you try to refund the day you receive their trash, they charge huge fees to get your money back. Go to FOCO instead NEVER use this website even if it is housed on "Walmart" or any other place. Very bad business.

I ordered a Saints key chain on 11/29/22. Delivery was supposed to be in 3-7 days. It’s 12/14/22 and I still haven’t received it. I would NEVER BUY anything from this company again. It’s impossible to contact them and the tracking system is insufficient. Was supposed to arrive today at 9 pm, but never received it.

Tried to order a Jersey for my girlfriend for the holidays. Place the order with expedited shipping and then the day the delivery is supposed to arrive I received an email saying something with my order went wrong. Very unfortunate!

I attempted to place an order 3 times at different times and each time I received emails days later that my orders were cancelled with no explanation except “a problem was encountered”. Not a great site to do Christmas shopping!! Really ruined my gift giving ideas!

If you want to return several items in one order, you may have to pay $9.99 return shipping PER ITEM. The reason Fansedge gives is that various items ship from various warehouses, and you have to pay the return shipping to each warehouse the item came from. You can try to argue that the customer can’t control where things ship from. You ordered from a company, not a warehouse, and you should be able to return to that company….but you won’t get very far. They did agree to waive the shipping on one item. You might get lucky and everything you want to return happened to have come from the same warehouse, in which case you can ship them all back together for $9.99. I had 3 items to return, and I was set to pay $9.99 return shipping EACH until one return shipping fee was waived. And the reason I was returning them was that they were terrible quality. Should be able to return it all for free. I kept many items in my order that I thought were great, but it was pitiful how terrible these 3 were.

The so called cyber discount showed n/a AFTER I had placed my order!
It is VERY misleading!

The discount code did not register upon my purchase. 25% off a $54 purchase. They hit me with a $14.99 plus $1.50 for shipping and handling which the discount would have covered most of that cost.

The size guide was very off. The medium sweatshirt was HUGE on me, I am 5’1” - 150lbs. The quality of the sweatshirt is not worth the price. Worst of all…they charge you $9.99 to return an item!…AFTER you already paid shipping the first time around. Find your sports gear somewhere else!

So after Fansedge read my review they sent me this reply with a email address to reply to and they would fix this and I have messaged them 3 times and no reply from them it's sad they can't back what they said they would do. Reply from Fansedge

customer service is horrible. chat online is with an automated computer. return policy, buyer beware stick with amazon.

I have been trying to unsubscribe from their unwanted emails using their own unsubscribe button and repeatedly told to try later. Is this a genuine organisation ?

Cristin from Customer Service was great to work with during my return process.

This company is the slowest at shipping items. Seen they were out of Florida. Then it made sense because they are slow slow slow. I'm pretty sure they don't even start their day in the office until noon. Probably 12-7. The losers. I won't purchase from this place ever again. It shouldn't take over 2 weeks to get a t shirt

Item came 3 days sooner than expected. Product came damaged, but they are reshipping my item to replace the broken one. Fast customer service. Only issue is I didn't get tracking info, but not upset being item showed up way earlier than expected.

Cristin helped me out getting the right product shipped to my home after the wrong product showed up twice. She kept in constant communication with me giving me updates about the status of the new product and when it was on its way. Cristin is wonderful at her job and cares a lot for her customers.
