Returning issues

I had a issue with a return item purchased from Fansedge
It was possibly lost by Usps or misplaced and not active in there System
I spoke with Representative Ryan from Fansedge who was very knowledgeable and completely upfront about all possible solutions to this problem
Ryan made me feel completely at ease and made my experience vey positive and was professional throughout are conversation
Ryan is definitely a exceptional employee and should be commended for job well done

Spoke with Adam over the phone about my return. I made a mistake on the shipping cost and bought the wrong size shirt. He was very understandable about my situation and decided to waive the shipment fee. I am overall please with FansEdge and the way customer service managed to answer my phone right away. Not to mention their discounts. Love it! Go Dawgs.

They charge a ridiculous amount of…

They charge a ridiculous amount of money for these cheap jerseys & tshirts. Jerseys are iron on numbers & letters. The materials are cheap. An authentic baseball that cost close to $400 with iron on numbers & lettering is outrageous! Fansedge, Fanatics need to be closed down! Ripping fans off!

Ordered a jersey on the 2nd of February…

Ordered a jersey on the 2nd of February that arrived 6 weeks after it was supposed to, as it was coming from China (despite the website looking American). When the item FINALLY arrived, I was greeted with a jersey that was FRAUDULENT. Tried to contact the company multiple times, with no reply. Whenever I do speak to someone they tell me that the email and order number haven't been recognised - despite me having an email as proof of my purchase.

DONT LET THIS COMPANY MAKE YOU THINK THEY ARE ASSOCIATED WITH FANATICS AS THEY ARE NOT!!!!

I just went ahead and returned my item to see whether I could get through to someone with some decency to again, have no response, no refund, no contact. £100 out of pocket and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM WEBSITE, FANATICS HAVE CONFIRMED THIS THEMSELVES. AVOID SHOPPING ON THIS WEBSITE AT ABSOLUTELY ALL COSTS.

I found an email address on this website, from the merchant replying to another review. They finally shipped the item and I did receive it. It really shouldn't be that hard to contact a company.

I was sent the wrong item and no replacement offered. Fansedge is only offering a partial refund and is keeping the handling fees they charged me. This is completely wrong of them and I would suggest you shop elsewhere.

Tyler was the best part of the experience!

Why I can't delete my payment method

Why I can't delete my payment method? If don't want you to keep my credit card information, why do y'all want to keep my information, says you can't delete information unless you put another card for default, I didn't even put a default card on the site. I swear to God if my card is used for anything else, I will sue and see if that's legal. What kinda bull is that. Don't play with people money. Because this is the last time I order anything from this site. Seems shady, I will check with my state's attorney general. Don't sell or release any of my information. I will do everything legal to make sure this practice is outlawed, plus post on every social media site. Times are to tough to be playing with people's money. That's some shady stuff. I will sue for every minute of this aggravation.

Wife ordered a Texas Longhorn Hoodie, the logo was stitched almost sideways..how this passed QC is beyond me, we settled for the e gift card to get another one but very skeptical if it will be right..not happy as this was a gift.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered a hoodie that was on sale from $60 to $35 for one of their promotions, it arrived with a defect so I called to have it replaced, they were sold out. I told them it was for a gift and I needed a replacement item since they failed to QC their product before sending it out. The only comparable item was $85 and they offered me 30% off and expedited shipping… if you can’t do the math that means I’ll have to pay almost double for an item I didn’t want in the first place and they couldn’t even guarantee that I would get it in time. Their customer service model needs a major reboot. Now I am having to scramble and find a last minute replacement gift and waiting on a refund, because they sent me a defective item and had no other options available to me. Thanks so much. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE.

Do not order from this company. You will notice that the quality of the product is terrible and then you get charged for your return. They probably make their money knowing you will return the product.

Ordered $39 sweatshirt for Texas…

Ordered $39 sweatshirt for Texas Longhorns in white, XL, loved it, perfect fit, not too heavy. Decided to order another for Notre Dame, totally excited. Arrived and XL was way too small. compared it to the Texas sweatshirt and the shoulders were literally 6 inches smaller. A total piece of crap from China. Threw it away and canceled my account. Look elsewhere for decent quality.

Customer Service Through Fansedge with Shakira

Customer service through the Fanatics companies is ALWAYS atrocious and I completely dread ever having to contact then and it is impossible to get a live person. Recently had an issue and found an email address I used 6 years ago (no good contact email anywhere to be found) so I tried it and reached a representative named Shakira. She always replied very promptly, which has NEVER happened and helped to easily solve the issue and even expedited the shipping on an item I have been waiting for over 2 months. Within 1 week of contacting Shakira, item was in hand. It was a great surprise but I am very thankful. Thank you Shakira.
