Hotel was OK for an overnighter. Very cramped and no lift to the lower floor where we stayed. Apparently the only twin rooms though. It would have been nice to have had that information prior however. Had I brought my mum she would not have coped without a lift. It should be stated on the booking... Stairs only access 😊 otherwise clean and comfortable but cramped.

I would recommend Essential Travel as I paid for airport parking and everything was perfect. It was good experience and value for money and cut a lot of hassle with taxi's.

Great service. All went really well. We especially liked the pick up - our flight had been delayed & we were very pleased we didn't have to lug luggage on & off buses. Will certainly use this company again.

Booking was straightforward from what I recall. . Entry machine recognised number plate and issued individualised ticket. Parking was easy. The ticket had a space to write down the Zone and Row number. I suggest you write down the bus stop number as well, as some zones have more than one bus stop so useful to know for your return.
Everywhere in the airport you scan your boarding pass face down but the exit machine requires the ticket to be face up! In the past, the number plate was recognised and the barrier opened. This time, the machine asked for the entry ticket which I was not prepared for. When I found it, I was asked for a £165 payment although I had already prepaid. Luckily there was no one behind me and I was able to reverse out and park up to enable me to see the cashier. The issue was quickly sorted out and seems to have been caused by 'the system' not linking my car to the booking at the outset. LESSON : WHEN BOOKING ENSURE YOU HAVE INPUT YOUR CAR REG BEFORE ACCEPTING THE BOOKING.
Despite this problem I am happy to give four stars as usually everything is hassle free and I know the car will be safe. Will happily use again.

Excellent, great price including full English breakfast. Downside is needing a taxi to get to the airport. Would stay again.

The whole parking experience worked perfectly both on departure and arrival. Very quick procedure and located directly next to airport departures/arrivals. We will certainly use this parking again.

Hotel is run down . rooms are more like a hostel than a hotel . staff are pleasent and breakfast was ok.

Although they were difficult to contact when I had an issue, they were eventually very helpful when I needed to change the booking last minute.
