Despite my flight being delayed, my luggage directed to the wrong colllection point, your bus arrived promptly, with seats for us all and your customer services lady cheerfully validated my overdue parking ticket and I was away in no time. One happy customer.

Service as promised. Car ready for collection on our return. Only issue was that it was slightly difficult to identify the Maple Manor representative (who was waiting for us at the promised times) and this is the only reason for not giving 5 stars

Finding and getting to car park fine but we had changed our car so wouldn't let us in automatically but office sorted it, when leaving we thought you had to use ticket given at entry to get out and when we put ours in it said we owed them. £345, so had to go to office once again and they manually opened barrier, I actually don't think ticket was needed think you just approach barrier and it should read you number plate and open, but there were no instructions.

Easy to transfer from car park terminal 2 can bus drivers there and back happy and helpful

Excellent company to book airport parking with. I found a discount code and booked early so I got my 8 days parking at Stansted for £66. Booking was straightforward and the directions and instructions emailed to me were clear and accurate. The premium short stay car park was easy to find and adjoins the airport building. The barrier recognised our number plate with no problems. It dispensed a small card which we used to get out on leaving. Another member of the party booked at the last minute through another site and had to pay £90 for the same thing. This type of parking removes a layer of fuss and time wasting and is so worth it, as there are enough jobs to do just getting through the flight & the airports!

Flawless experience once again, the driver on our transfer to the airport was amazing he helped my brother in law (who uses a wheelchair) onto the bus and then came back to help with the luggage!
Our transfer back to the carpark was just as good the driver being very attentive in getting brother in law off the bus! Only wish we had got their names! So once again Silver Zone you done good 👏👏

Dropping the car off was relatively straight forward. The collection was terrible, we were left waiting in the pick area for 40 mins with 2 small children at 1:15am. The staff at the collection point couldn’t answer our questions, suggesting that we call the central number to get an update. After calling twice and complaining, the car finally arrived 40 mins late. It would have been quicker and cheaper to have booked regular offsite parking with a shuttle bus.

Nice hotel. As expected from a premier Inn. Easy drive to airport and parking all fine.

Excellent value and easy to book on-line. Everything worked as expected and very pleased with hotel.

I've taken out travel insurance with them for years. Always uncomplicated and they offer me a special sports cover I haven't found with others.

The hotel was a 'mystery hotel' and it was still described in great detail and we got a fantastic deal. The parking was easy and secure and the hotel was superb. I would definitely use this site to book parking at Heathrow again. Thank you.
