Extremely happy with the service. Great location and convenient airport drop-off and pickup service at £7 each. Picked up calls quickly and responded well with approx time. Highly recommended.

We were happy about the car parking location and shuttle service. But when we’re ready to go to Heathrow that moment inside the shuttle service, the driver has informed us to pay £7.00 extra for the airport dropping off charge, which was not mentioned before verbally or electronically in the confirmation email. That was shocking for us! The car driver should pay for it as taxi drivers not us.

Simple and cheap way to park your car when flying from Heathrow. You can get dropped of and picked up from the airport too for £7. Can definitely recommend to anyone.

Brilliant. Called half an hour ahead, was told where to go and I was collected by an extremely nice and helpful minibus driver who dropped me off at Terminal 4. Hope the return is as good!

The parking is conveniently located close to Heathrow Terminal 4. It’s a large, secure car park with plenty of spaces, so finding parking was never an issue. The staff are available to help and guide you, regardless of the time of day.

They also offer a shuttle service to and from Terminal 4 for just £7 per journey. Booking the shuttle was straightforward, and the taxi arrived within minutes. Overall, an excellent experience, I’d happily rate it 5 stars.

System worked really well ,phone ahead 30 mins before arriving, drop car off, clear communication. Your car is left at Hotel parking spot and you hold onto your own keys throughout. Collection was similarly easy with lovely driver who followed our flight times and gave clear instructions where to meet. Extra Payment for entry to airport and exit ( £7 and £8) not part of booking cost.

Surprisingly good experience when considering budget-friendly airport parking options. You park your car and they run you to the airport and it is really easy to get to from the M4 and Heathrow. Both drivers we had were friendly and helpful. The £7 additional charge each way cost only covers the Heathrow drop-off charge for their vehicle accessing the airport, which is understandable given some people might not use their shuttle service. I liked that I knew what my car was doing the entire time, and not being driven around used and parked go knows where. Only slight downside is a a lot of the parking is under trees, so expect a sappy car with bird poos unless you can find a spot not under the trees. If they can manage the tree cover better in time, would make the service provided even better.

Easy parking, great to have a meet person who transferred me to airport and were available on return, extra £7 ea way. Friendly drivers, very helpful. Would definately use again.

Used these guys a second time for the parkandfly experience and could not be happier, simple instructions where to park, shuttle was already waiting for us, helped with bags and took us straight to terminal 5 very quick and smooth transfer would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to book park and fly! Best company!!

Great service! If you can as instructed 30 mins before they are waiting to greet you and take you to the airport. Very friendly services as well

Excellent service

This was a really efficient service. We arrived a little earlier than the time we'd booked but they allowed us to park our car earlier and shuttle was ready and waiting for us. Short transfer time to terminal 4. Would definitely use again.

Very fast pickup and drop off would definitely recommend only had to wait 5 minutes to get picked up and then dropped off at terminal 2 the driver was very polite and friendly
