The absolute worst delivery experience…

The absolute worst delivery experience I have every had!
We ordered almost $2,000 worth of patio furniture from Overstock.com. We go a text telling us the items would be delivered near the end of June. We stayed home since they gave us a six hour delivery window. Nobody showed up. We checked with Overstock and they said we would get the merchandise shortly. It has now been over three weeks from the initial delivery date and still no delivery. We checked the online tracking site, and it showed that the items were delivered on July 6th! Did not happen. It also says they require a signature for delivery so I am curious to see who signed for the furniture since it was not delivered to our home. When we try to contact EFW you get put on hold for hours, no one ever answers the phone. Now we have to file a dispute with the credit card company to get our money back. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM SOMEONE WHO USES EFW FOR DELIVERY!!!

This company is a joke
Never received my delivery. First it was scheduled for 7/2, never happened. I called and was told they couldn’t make it they would deliver it on 7/6, never happened. Then it was 7/8 still didn’t happen. Now they say they can’t find my item that they had listed as “ out for delivery “. I finally canceled my order with the company I had ordered with( Walmart) and they agreed to send my delivery FedEx. Do not ever ship anything through this company. Find out from the place your ordering from who they use as a shipper and if they use these clowns insist they send it by another carrier. If they can’t cancel your order.

I WILL NEVER ORDER WITH ANY COMPANY THAT DEALS WITH THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PRODUCT AND SAY IT WAS LOST HOW DO YOU LOSE A POOL TABLE HOW AFTER GIVING ME AN APPOINTMENT TIME I TOOK OFF AND IT WAS MY HUSBAND BIRTHDAY ALL HIS FRIENDS CAME WITH THERE POOL STICKS AND THEY NEVER DELIVERED I NEVER GOT CALL OR ANYTHING THEY COMPLETELY RUINED MY HUSBAND'S BIRTHDAY AND STILL DONT HAVE MY MONEY THEY SAID I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEY SAY ITS LOST TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND 2 OF THE AGENTS SAY THEY LOSE STUFF ALL THE TIME BUT A POOL TABLE FOR REALLLL THEN THE AGENT SAID IF THEY FIND IT THEY WILL LEAVE IT OUTSIDE HOW DO U LEAVE A POOL TABLE OUT SAID I HATE THAT I DIDN'T CHOOSE AMAZON I AM IN FLAME6

Shipment came to us damamged - it appeared damaged by shipper as box was crushed badly. The driver put the box damage side down - seemed to do so purposely as he left very hurriedly.
When we tried to get them to pick up the damaged desk, it was an incredible mess - about 8 phone calls -
They finally agreed to pick it up - did not come of the day scheduled- we
called again - this time cust serv individual was so amazing rude - I can't believe it - he chastised us for being frustrated - Geez -
Don't use this shipping company - Overstock uses them so I won't patronize either

EFW is a complete joke of a shipping…

EFW is a complete joke of a shipping company and sadly Target decided to partner with them.
My experience with EFW has been one of the most AWFUL in terms of having a product delivered. I ordered a trampoline from Target for my son's birthday on April 12, 2021. The expected delivery at the time of purchase was between 04/22 and 04/26. His birthday being on 04/30, this was perfect and even left a few days in case of delays. On 04/14, I received an email from EFW telling me they had picked up my package. A couple of hours later on the same day, EFW sent me another email stating: "We're reaching out with news about your shipment. Unfortunately, due to national transit delays and capacity constraints, we are experiencing delayed transit times, affecting your delivery". The email had no new ETA concerning the delivery. At the time, I thought it would only be a one or two days delay so I didn't really bother about it, but seven days later, my package hasn't moved at all and was still in EFW's possession somewhere in CA. I used EFW chat on their website to speak to an agent. The wait was more than an hour but I'm persistent so after a long wait I finally managed to speak to someone. The agent was absolutely clueless about my shipment, offer no apology nor excuses and just stated they were "a little behind" (I do not call a one week delay being "a little behind"...). When I asked for a delivery ETA the agent closed the chat. At that time, I decided to call them and again after a good 20 minutes wait I managed to get someone from EFW on the phone. The person was absolutely rude, told me to be patient and offer no excuse nor explanation for the delay. I explained this was a birthday gift for a child and I needed a delivery ETA, the guy hung up at me.
I then decided to contact Target and their customer service actually went the extra mile. They contacted EFW and were told that due to the complaint they would pass the delivery on to FedEx and consequently Target gave me a new delivery ETA between 04/26 and 04/29. Sadly, after a few days, the tracking showed my shipment was still with EFW and had finally moved from CA to PA. On 04/29, the trampoline was nowhere to be seen, so I called EFW again only to get hung up one more time and told to "stop b*tchin' around" when I was simply asking when would my package be delivered. I then contacted Target customer service again, they called EFW and were ensured the shipment would be delivered on 05/04 or 05/05 at the latest.
We are now 05/06 as I write this and my trampoline has still not been delivered and I haven't heard a word from EFW. My son's birthday is way past, I'm just happy my young boy is actually cool about the situation but EFW is a total disgrace as a business and a complete joke of a shipping company. They clearly can't meet deadlines and they can't be bothered about their customers, worst they actually insult them on the phone when they are at fault! I would advise everyone to stay away from EFW, this is the worst shipping "company" I ever had to deal with!
