I contacted Walmart to return a large item. Walmart set up EFW to pick up the item. EFW canceled the return. I contacted Walmart and got the return rescheduled. EFW canceled the return again. I contacted EFW and they assured me they would pick up the Item. They did not show. I contacted them again and the same thing again. The next scheduled pickup they sent me a text stating that the truck was too full to pick up the item. Finally a different trucking company picked up the item but EFW did not notify Walmart that the item had been picked up. Still no refund of $650. I had to go to the Walmart store and show proof that the item was picked up. Walmart quickly refunded my return money. Don't use EFW if at all possible. There is a reason that all of the reviews are negative. Bad Company.

academy sports and outdoors. Efw was the carrier of my product. I ordered it on jan.25 of 2023 and did not receive till feb. 20th of 2023. Delivery date was suppose to be the 8th of feb. My product sat at the distribution center until the 16th of feb with no movements. I was told before that the product was damaged and they couldnt continue with delivery. A day later they messaged me saying there was no damage to the product itself so they were able to keep pushing my product to be delivered. When i received my product it was damaged! Even when they said there was no damage to the product. This is probably the worse carrier ever, never updates you on your package. I was told handful of times that i will be contacted by managers but never did until i got the merchant involved in it. for anyone who's planning to ship or receive anything from them goodluck, hands down the worse carrier and i do not recommend using them. They are careless and don't care about where ur product is or how its gonna turn out.

They refuse to deliver products to residential homes and say their truck is too long to fit down your street. Target makes delivery promises that EFW does not comply with. Target online sounds like you can choose to have it delivered into your home but EFW refuses to do this since Covid. Do not order online from target because your products will not be delivered when the shipping company EFW says they will be delivered.

Estes Forwarding Worldwide delivery company is Incompetent
I am a Retired MSG from the United States Army. I have integrity and absolutely no reason to lie about the treatment I received from EFW. I’m advising everyone I know of the horrible experience I had with this delivery service company. I purchased online tv from Walmart on 25 Nov 2022. I followed the tracking timeframe daily, when I saw it was updated to delivered on 2 Dec 2022, I knew that was impossible. I was home all day and would have heard a truck in my driveway, or a knock at my door. I had 3 other packages from UPS and FedEx delivered that same day and received each of them with no issue. That evening I called and spoke to Walmart employee. He stated I would need to talk to EFW (Estes Forwarding Worldwide). I spoke with Owen at EFW and he said all he could see was it was delivered. I told him that was impossible and he said there was nothing he could do. I asked if the driver took a picture or wrote down who received tv and he said that wasn’t necessary. He said drivers usually do take photo, but in this case they didn’t. They didn’t because tv was never delivered. I told him that GPS shows my house up the road at an abandoned deer cabin 1/2 mile from my home. Why would anyone in their right mind leave a $900.00 tv on the porch of an abandoned deer cabin. If your purchase requires EFW to deliver, I highly recommend you rethink your purchase. I still have not gotten resolution. This company should not be allowed to stay in business. I will continue to advise everyone I know of this companies incompetences and failures.

This item was delivered to an incorrect address. Fortunately, I knew the person where it was delivered and they called to let me know it was at their at their place. I had to hire someone, at my expense, to move it to my address. This is totally unacceptable!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a shipping company. They didn't come when I scheduled delivery and had taken a day off work to be there. The subcontractor said they didn't even know delivery was scheduled so they made no contact with subcontractors about delivery. They subcontracted with a company that was so rude to me I wish I could give 0 stars. EFW couldn't even get a hold of their subcontractors. I called daily for a week and they kept saying no one answers. Why would they work with people who have no work ethic. They flat lied about attempting to deliver, texting, and leaving voicemails. I have video of the front of my house. No one came. They say they're coming tomorrow but based on the lies I have a hard time believing them.

Paid 1200 for a name brand treadmill, paid extra for it to be delivered to the room of my choosing in my house. 1 no call 15, 20, 30 before to say on the way...fine. who shows up randomly, a very out of shape woman alone. Drops it in my driveway goes & sits down. I ask soo is someone else putting it in my house bc I paid for that..."oh...no. just call for a refund I can't move that up your stairs." ...wth so now I have to wait get a refund & I guess my husband's recent back injury gets re-injured helping me drag it in the house bc this shipping company hires people physically incapable of moving items they ship! I hate FedEx but I'd have rather dealt with them.

Awful!!! Stayed behind from a family trip so that I was home when my patio furniture was delivered. My shipment never showed up and when I contacted them they said the appointment didn’t matter that they still needed to process it and couldn’t deliver it. Awesome!!! Terrible company!!!

It doesn’t do any good to set a delivery appt. I hired men to put together my storage shed based on this delivery schedule. I would never do business again with a company that uses EFW for shipping. I would never have made this purchase through Overstock.Com. Of course this item wasn’t delivered and not certain when it will be. Better to stick with Amazon or Wayfair.

My delivery was late 3 times. I finally got a package but it wasn’t mine. Had to contact shipping company and let them know they delivered the wrong package. Luckily the shipping label had the correct persons phone number and I contacted him. I let him know that his package was delivered to me. He also had a package delivered that wasn’t his. It was a miracle that we both had each others packages. He was an honest person, thankfully, and we were able to swap the packages ourselves because we only lived 30 miles from each other. If we hadn’t of switched ourselves there’s no telling where they would have redelivered to next. It worked out that we got our stuff but it was by a miracle only. I won’t be ordering from Wamart again unless my package comes by USPS, FedEx or UPS EVER AGAIN! If you’re ordering, you might want to reconsider if they use this shipping company. READ THEIR REVIEWS!!!!!!!

After reading the reviews I can say that I doubt I will ever receive the item I had ordered. I am wondering if the people that work for this company actually keep the items they are shipping rather than delivering them to customers it looks like too many people out there never received their product. Sounds like this delivery service is a total sham of a company also perhaps a scam company. I have the same complaint I see others sharing here. No customer service, called and chatted with three different reps and nobody seems to know anything of my item. they told me first They couldn’t get a hold of the distribution center then the second person told me that I have to wait 24 to 48 hours before getting a status from my most recent call which is a complete joke and they have never updated the status online it says it’s “out for delivery” but it clearly is not as it has been over four days in this status. Before purchasing from any retailer do your due diligence and research who they ship through if it is this company steer clear. Retailers should do the same. Disgusting how a company like this gets away with this type of behavior.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
This experience has been by far the worst customer service experience of my over 50 years of life. I had sofa that arrived at their warehouse on June 30th and that was the last date for tracking information, its now July 16th. I reached out daily to customer service prior to and after the original order delivery date of July 13th passed. Still no sofa or tracking information movement. I have spoken to too many individuals to count, none of them were knowledgeable or helpful, they should update their script to make the responses more revenant to the questions I’m sure many are asking like where is my package and when will it be delivered. My case was escalated and that now takes me to July 19th before anyone will get back to me. Mind you, not one person has “gotten back” to me through all of this. I am so frustrated with this company and how they have handled this situation, I will not order from a retailer that uses their services for delivery. Do not order if this is the company that is responsible for your delivery, you will not receive you items, you will not be able to talk to anyone who can actually be helpful, and did I mention that you would not get your delivery!!!! Worst customer service experience ever!

If I could choose a negative number I would. This is, without a single doubt, the most incompetent company EVER. They have zero employees who are actually able to help. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life with the delivery company. I ordered a very expensive OLED TV, It Took over three weeks and five different delivery times to arrive to my house. Then when I unboxed it I got it all set up and I noticed that there was a huge dent in the corner of the screen and it was cracked. So frustrated with the situation I thought about overlooking the damage, then I went to power it on and it wouldn’t even turn on. After reading other peoples reviews I am shocked Walmart would use such a garbage delivery service. If I knew ahead of time this Was how the experience would’ve been I would’ve used Amazon and I would’ve got the TV in perfect condition in two days. I sincerely hope they go out of business.

If there was a way to give negative numbers it would have to be a -5. They have no idea where my package is, of course, they have no idea when it will arrive. I can NOT believe Walmart still uses them, and until Walmart drops them I will NOT be ordering anything from Walmart.
