EFW Absolute WORST company I have ever had…

Absolute WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of using! Delivery dates mean nothing to them. They have no customer service. You set on chat with an agent for hours, you call and call and they can’t find your pkg at the dock, they will have to call you back after 24/48 hours. Which the do not!
They can’t get ahold of their drivers yadda yadda yadda. Then they tell you it’s been lost. But YOU are going to have to contact whom you bought the item from for a refund because there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO.... this company is a joke! Meanwhile my couple thousand dollar item is where?
Yeah will NEVER NEVER USE A COMPANY THAT USES EFW AGAIN! Please BEWARE!

AWFULLLLLL

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been trying to return a mattress since 1/25/22. It is now 3/1/22 and the mattress is still at my house. I have had 4 or 6 appointments, taken off work early, just for the carrier to not show up or contact me. They called me this past sunday 2/27 to schedule the pickup for 3/1/22 and I called to make sure they were still on track and they aren't even showing my order number in the system. Our return window is about to close and we are now having to make payments on the mattress. I literally get nowhere with the company.

They don’t give a damn

Terrible. Deliver to my city fairly quickly, then let it set in warehouse for over a week before working up the energy to deliver it 2 more miles to my house!

This delivery/shipping company is…AWFUL

This delivery/shipping company is completely awful. I ordered a treadmill via Lifespan and for some reason they use EFW as the shipping company. They had my treadmill for over a week in the same location before I could even schedule a day and time for delivery. So far I scheduled delivery and time twice and they were a no show. Now imagine you had taken off work every time for them for basically nothing. Isabella from EFW chat support was completely useless and when I complained and told her my frustrations she only said she would "set up the feedback" and basically got rid of me as fast as she could. The tracking information on their website is all over the place and inaccurate. She also let me know it was scheduled for Monday. So basically they let you schedule day and time but just don't show up because they have made their own schedule plans and don't care whether you take off work or anything in the like. What's the whole point of even letting people choose a delivery date and hour if you're going to completely ignore it?! This has been beyond frustrating and I can only hope that my treadmill is going to finally be delivered Monday in the time frame they say it will AND will not be damaged.

Worst company ever estes forwarding worldwide

I ordered a elliptical machine from Walmart it came with box torn wide open parts were actually falling out of the box I have been trying to get a hold of the company with no success. Fortunately Walmart is picking the damaged 1 up and sending a replacement via a different company. I will never do business with estes forwarding worldwide ever again

Worst shipping experience in all of my…

Worst shipping experience in all of my 48 years on this earth. Not sure about the first half, but I do know that the last 50% of the shipping updates were all incorrect. The statuses simply did not reflect what actually happened to the shipment. Moreover, I contacted their agents using online chat multiple times trying to get my shipment resolved (i.e. shipped to me), a truly horrendous experience. The only good thing was the truck driver, he was awesome. If it was not for me contacting them several days in a row, I probably would be sitting here without my shipment as I write this review.

Most horrible experience ever!!

Most horrible experience ever!!!

I ordered an item via Walmart, and received both email and text from EFW stating that my item is out for delivery on 10/25 and after going back and forth with EFW they just closed out the shipment and put that it was delivered.

If I ever get the choice of who will deliver my item I would not elect to have any business dealings with this company.

I have no issues

I have no issues, ordered Patio Egg Chair from Target 11/01/2021 estimated delivery shows 11/12th-16th/2021 and my package arrived today 11/09/2021. I’m very satisfied and will rate 5STARS and if I can even rate higher than 5 I would. Thank you.

Worst experience imaginable.

If it was possible for me to give a negative rated review, I would. I purchased my sofa through Target on October 5th. I still do not have my sofa. I was told several delivery dates by EFW: October 19th, October 25th, October 29th, November 1st, November 3rd, November 5th, & now today.

The blatant lies about the location of my item and complete disregard for my time and money has been extremely disappointing. I was told the couch was lost, then found, then lost, then found again with pictures from security cameras in the warehouse. I was given the runaround so much that my head is spinning. I received a notification that my sofa was out for delivery, but when the date passed & I called frustrated, I was told it wasn’t even put on the delivery truck.

These people do not care about your time, money, or item that you purchased. I would suggest not ordering anything from Target online, since this is who they choose to use as a delivery service. I would never choose EFW. This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever experienced.

If I could give these people negative…

If I could give these people negative stars I would. I have worked in shipping and my dad runs a huge forwarding company and I know the BS reasons this company gives us all is bogus. Idk why Walmart or Target even use them except for probably they under cut everyone for the contract and now they literally can’t deliver. If you see them as the shipper on your order do yourself the favor and cancel the order. It’s not worth aggravation. The people I spoke with had the nerve to tell me that their won’t be a delivery until the truck has enough stuff to come out my way. I live in an hour away from Raleigh NC and I can guarantee that their truck won’t get filled up until the end of the year if that’s the case.

My experience is like everyone else

My experience is like everyone else. No communication. No website updates. No item delivered. As I right this my delivery was scheduled 6 days ago. They rescheduled to today and still no delivery. I have no idea how Target or Walmart and whomever else would use such a company. In this day and time with technology how can they be so incompetent and uncaring. They must be cheap for Walmart to use them I guess. If I ever have a choice in shipping it will never be EFW.

After 10 days of no delivery, they sent me a survey which i said similar to this one. A customer service person responded to my survey and asked how can they help and I asked to finally deliver my $1000 item. She emailed the next day and said would be delivered the next day and she was correct. They answered the survey and finally did as they said.

I still will never use them. My delivery was still 14 days after the initial delivery date. So it took a month to get my item after ordering.

Poorest freight company ever.

I ordered a generator from walmart website and they used efw for freight shipping which is very awful. I had to call them several times to find out where my order was and they told me it was at the warehouse where as it was sitting there for 9 days since the delivery date was set. Finally got delivered after getting in touch with them and had to get other sources involved to get it delivered. They tried to give me the run around and on website it showed delivered which it wasnt. Never use this freight company. Poorest one ever used.

Atrocious company

Atrocious company. They have no idea what they are talking about. My delivery date has been changed 3 times. And all I am told is that there are delays. Tracking is not updated. The people you speak with have no clue where anything is. DO NOT ORDER FROM TARGET. I STILL HAVE NOT RECORDED MY PACKAGE THAT I ORDERED A MONTH AGO. And then I called Target to get my money back as I am assuming I will never get what I ordered they refused telling me the delivery date has been updated. I wait for the delivery and it doesn't show up. I'm appalled that Target uses this company and the customer service I received is not acceptable.

TERRIBLE COMPANY

TERRIBLE COMPANY! I CALLED TO MAKE A DELIVERY TIME AND DATE BUT WAS TOLD A DATE ONLINE WITH NO TIME. SO DELIVERY DAY I TAKE OFF WORK TODAY FOR DELIVERY CAUSE I WAS TOLD A WEEK AGO THAT NO SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED NOR CALL OR APPROVAL! WHEN I CALLED I WAS TOLD THAT THE FURNITURE IS NOT AT THEIR WAREHOUSE! AND THE TRACKING IS NOT ACCURATE! THEN I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A MISCOMMUNICATION AND THEY DON'T HAVE A DELIVERY DATE AT ALL. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. ONLINE IT SAYS FURNITURE BEEN THERE SINCE THE 7TH! WHAT COMPANY WOULD NOT WANNA SET UP A DELIVERY AND TIME AND "DROP OFF UNEXPECTEDLY". BIG SCAMMERS. IM A HUGE REVIEWER WITH SOME AT 30 THOUSANDS VIEWS. THEY WILL BE SORRY!

This company is the worst

This company is the worst! They held my refrigerator in their warehouse without delivering until they lost it or delivered it to the wrong place. Avoid them at all cost! Now we have to start over and re-order it. There will be another eight weeks to get a refrigerator. Hopefully they will no longer be used as a shipper for my products.

Scammers - stay away from them

This company is a joke. They don't do delivery business but cheating people only.

Booked them to send my parcel from Tulsa to Malaysia, upon collection by Estes, my parcel has vanished in the thin air without a trace. Total value is over 4,000 USD. Two weeks I been chasing them but they couldn't locate the box anywhere. Basically told me it didn't even reach their warehouse. Seems to me their own staff stole it.... When we tried to claim the amount from them, they say only cover USD 100 provided I pay the full freight fee to them first... If this is not a scam then tell me what is this? They never warn about their limited liability, never offer any additional insurance upon booking. They lost my goods and the attitude is take it or leave it. This people do not deserve to be in this business. Stay away from them, especially if you send expensive goods. Cheaters.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered chairs from Target and they used EFW as the shipping company. Original delivery date was supposed to be 8/9. They weren't delivered. When I checked the tracking, it showed that they arrived at the hub in the destination city on 8/5. It is now 8/17 and still no delivery. I have contacted them 3 times in the last 8 days. Each time I'm told it will be escalated, but there has still been no progress. I contacted them today and was told my shipment hasn't even been transferred to dispatch for delivery, and they can't tell me when it will be sent to dispatch, so they don't know when it will be delivered. My shipment has now been sitting on their dock, 30 minutes from my house, for 12 days. I asked if I could come pick it up and was told no. So I can't pick it up, but they can't tell me when it will be delivered? This is a service that I paid for!!! I also contacted Target and they weren't any help either. They just said they can cancel the order and issue a refund if I want. I don't want a refund, I want my order! This has been the worst customer service, most frustrating experience. Frankly it makes me not want to order from Target, or any other company that uses EFW, ever again.

WORST SERVICE OF ANY CARRIER

WORST! HORRIBLE! POOR! ORDERED -appliances 4 months ago and was supposed to get delivery of all 9 pieces today after email notification. EFW employee GARDENA DISPATCH MARIEL SO RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL - Driver arrived with just 6 items and even thouse didn't match driver's bill of lading. I WANTED TO CALL VENDOR TO CLARIFY MISSING ITEMS AND BILL OF LADING DISCREPENCY PER BUILD.COM DELIVERY PROTOCOL. DRIVER INSISTED I MUST SIGN OFF ON PAPERWORK IMMEDIATELY- EVEN THOUGHBILL OF LADING WAS INCORRECT. EFW DISPATCHER SAID SHE WOULD "PULL THE DRIVER" IF I DIDN'T (1) TAKE ITEMS AND SIGN OFF (2) RELOAD THE PRODUCTS BACK ON TRUCK. I HIRED INSTALL TEAM TO PUT IN APPLICANCES AND EFW TOOK ITEMS BACK COSTING ME MONEY B/C THEY WOULD'T GIVE ME A FEW MINUTES TO CALL VENDOR TO CLARIFY WHERE MISSING ITMES WERE OR WHY BOL WAS INCORRECT. MARIEL WAS DISMISSIVE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEVER CALLED ME BACK FOR RESCHEDULE. I LEARNED THAT THIS COMPANY HAS POOR REPUTATION WITH VENDOR. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS CARRIER. RUDE EMPLOYEES AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
