Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Walmart uses them for large returns, yet they lose your return that they pick up from your home and Walmart won't refund. Stated dispute with your bank, like that's just an easy process.

Avoid this company at all costs

I wish I could give negative five stars, I ordered a dining table from Target. Long story short…. They ‘LOST’ it. I waited 3 freaking weeks for my table to arrive and they just told me they cannot locate it. Not sure why big companies are using such a lousy shipping company. They cannot be trusted.

This is the worst freight company I…

This is the worst freight company I have ever had the unfortunate luck to have to deal with. I placed an order through Bed Bath and Beyond online for a very expensive bathroom vanity. I followed the tracking and it was out for delivery between 10 and 5 on the 14th. Then tracking updated to "Before 10 am on the 14th". This was being delivered to my mother's house, so I had to be there to make sure it wasn't damaged coming off the truck. It did not arrive before 10 am, so I tried calling and was referred to an online chat. I was told it was coming between 10 and 5. Waited all day. At 3:00, I tried to get an update, same story. Before 5.
At 4:30, contacted them again. "Don't worry, it will be there by 5". Nope. Never came. Called and was told that they had no information about when it would be delivered because the distribution hub was closed and they would call me when it reopened at 8 am.
Of course, nobody called. I called them and was told that it had been delivered, which of course I told them that I had been there until 6:30 and it was not delivered to the address. I was told they were waiting for a proof of delivery photo and would email and call within the hour. Nothing.
I ended up calling their distribution center myself and was told it was out for delivery between 12 and 3, it had not been delivered and they were giving me priority service because of what had happened the day before. Meanwhile, I had my plumber and contractor waiting for this bathroom vanity to complete a remodel. Of course, by 3:00 it had not arrived. I called again and was told it would be there in 15 minutes. Nope. Then I got a call from the truck driver saying she was on her way in would be there in 20-25 minutes. Finally, it showed up, but it came from another 3rd party trucking company. Driver told me it was in Boston all day on the 14th and would not have been out for delivery, since it was picked up by their company on the 15th, and that EFW was a terrible company to work with and that they always screwed everything up. I had signed up for text alerts for this package and only got a single message saying "thanks for signing up for text alerts".
No texts on the status, no status updates on the tracking website. A disorganized mess of a company. Their reps lie to you on the phone and on chat, give you wrong information and make promises they don't keep. I will never order anything from anywhere that uses this shipper again.

Horrible experience..

Horrible experience... I ordered a very expensive barbie camper for my daughter's birthday. The delivery date was supposed to be on 03/08 and we got it on 03/13. Thats not even the bad part, I live in an apartment and needed to be there because our main doors are locked to our building. They marked it as delivered on 03/08 so I'm running around trying to figure out where it is and if it was delivered somewhere else. Once I call, they call the carrier and get more info, they just said it will be there within 24-48 hr. I was supposed to get an email or text confirmation but never did.

Use another forwarder!! Consumer Beware

Ordered a playset from Sam's Club. We were given a delivery date of today. We called them 2 days earlier as tracking shows it was in Coppell TX on 3/1/24. They said it should have been here by now, yet it isn't. They escalated the issue with a promised call back on 3/6/2024. No call was received. I contacted them again and they said no call was received because there was no information found. Now they are doing a dock check to see if they can locate the item, meaning it is lost. This is our 3rd shipment from Estes in ~7 years. All 3 deliveries have been failures. 2 lost and 1 damaged beyond use. I will not purchase a product transported by them again. BBB complaint is next (although they have a laundry list of them already)

Bought a 75" TV from Walmart.com

Bought a 75" TV from Walmart.com, received an email from them stating it was being delivered on 2/14/24 and would require a signature. They delivered it on 2/13/24 when no one was home and left it in the driveway and it was snowing. Are these people stupid?????? Walmart.com made me call them??????

They told me to consider my item lost

So, I ordered this 75'' TV from Walmart and they used EFW Shipping as the carrier, and guess what? It's been a total nightmare!

Supposed to get it by 12/7, but nada. I've been banging my head against their customer support wall – it's like talking to a brick. Promises of callbacks? Yeah, right! They're as reliable as a chocolate teapot.

Last call, they casually dropped the bomb – "Consider it lost." Are you kidding me? I didn't sign up for a magic act; I just want my dang TV!

EFW, seriously, get your act together! This is beyond ridiculous. I'm not just missing out on my purchase; I'm losing my patience.

Fix this mess, or you're getting a front-row seat to my complaints on every platform out there. This is no way to treat a paying customer.

Incompetent carrier service

This carrier company is completely incompetent and unprofessional. My 85 inch television was scheduled for delivery on 11/30 approximately 10 days after purchase then changed to 12/2. After a phone call to get an update, I am told delivery is now scheduled for 12/8. I travel for work and have rearranged my scheduled twice now. I have never dealt with a shipping company that has performed as poorly as this one. I would highly recommend avoiding them.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. On Friday I received a message that my furniture delivery would be today 10/31! I used the instant chat option to get in touch with someone, whom says I'm sorry, delivery will now be tomorrow between 9-5!

I shut down my entire business while paying an employee to sit with me all day to help move furniture. I highly reccomend looking into other shipping services!

No bed no response in 10 days

They received my Bredabed on sept 16. Today is the 26th. Customer service is a joke. They don’t answer their phone. The chat person basically says don’t call us we will call you. No updates. I’ve asked the seller to take the item back and resend with a new shipping company.

Missing bedroom set

EFW has my bedroom set and will not have it delivered. They can not tell me where it is. I have been waiting 2 weeks and getting different stories everytime I call. I want my bedroom set or the $3100.00 I paid for it!

We paid over $600 to have our item…

We paid over $600 to have our item delivered to the room of our choice which was not the middle of our driveway. They never called, didn’t bother to ring the doorbell, just left our item in the driveway. UNACCEPTABLE.

Garbage unprofessional company

I'm only giving a one because there's not a 0 star. This company is garbage delivering broken packages at people's doorsteps is absolutely unacceptable when you call customer service. There's nothing to say except I'm sorry. Which does not do adjustice when s**** getting damaged broken. Completely unacceptable company completely unprofessional.

still dealing with there bs

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Estes World Shipping, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I needed to return a valuable item worth $1000. Little did I know that they would turn out to be the epitome of incompetence and unprofessionalism.

It all started upon dropping off the item. We had canceled our order before it arrived as it was a mistake to begin with. My wife is legally blind and ordered incorrectly. They delivered the item anyway. Aside from that the item was supposed to be signed for upon delivery. No one was home to sign for it as we assumed because we canceled the order it would not show up. This was the start of what was and still is the worst “professional” experience with a shipping company I have ever had.

Scheduling the pickup was an absolute nightmare. Their website promised a hassle-free process, but boy, was that far from the truth. I called their customer service line and was met with long hold times and rude representatives who seemed completely disinterested in assisting me. After countless attempts, I finally managed to schedule a pickup, believing that the worst was behind me. Little did I know, it was only the beginning.

On the designated pickup day, I made sure to be available at the agreed-upon time, and I even took time off work to ensure a smooth process. But to my utter dismay, no one from Estes showed up. I waited for hours, constantly calling their customer service line, only to be met with apologies and empty promises. They claimed that they had some logistical issues and assured me that they would send someone the following day. Foolishly, I agreed to give them another chance.

The next day arrived, and once again, Estes failed to show up for the pickup. I was absolutely livid at this point, as I had wasted two full days waiting around for their incompetent employees. I called their customer service line yet again, demanding an explanation for their complete lack of professionalism and reliability. The response I received was a feeble apology and a vague promise to reschedule for a third time. Needless to say, I had lost all faith in their ability to perform even the simplest of tasks.

The ordeal continued for weeks now over a month, with me making numerous calls and sending countless emails, each time receiving empty assurances and hollow apologies. It became painfully clear that Estes World Shipping had absolutely no regard for their customers or their commitments. They were more than happy to take my money when I initially booked their service, but when it came time for them to do their job, they were nowhere to be found.

I am being forced to continue trying to get my item picked up by Walmart and am still going through this ordeal.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Estes World Shipping to steer clear. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and wasted time. Their inability to fulfill their commitments and provide even a modicum of reliable service is nothing short of a disgrace. Look elsewhere for a shipping company that values its customers and understands the meaning of professionalism.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! DO NOT USE THEM!! I received a voicemail that my package was ready to be delivered I had to call back 6 times to get someone on the phone. When I did they said the package had not been entered in the system and I would have to call back to schedule. I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR OVER A WEEK BEFORE SOMEONE ANSWERED THE PHONE AGAIN. I also contacted them via email but that was useless. Once my package was delivered one of the packages was missing!!! Also, there where holes in all of the boxes!! NEVER USE THEM.

I paid for a delivery on my pool…

I paid for a delivery on my pool through Walmart which uses Estes, I had GUARANTEED delivery on 5-1-2023 they had my package from Walmart since 4-25-23 I had to sign for package so I missed work on the 1st, package never showed up so I called them I was told I would get a call back the next day and never did, so I called them and they had basically lost my package so I sat on hold for a long period of time then got told it was still in Texas I live in indiana! And it had not even moved in 5 days, they then told me I have to wait two days to even resolve it or get a call back it's is now the 3rd it was supposed to be here the 1st and now I won't even receive a call until the 6th, as shipping is their whole business you would think they would know where a clients package is, and keep in mind I have missed work just for them to not show up and got absolutely no updates.

I understand mistakes happen but a package being lost for 5 days and I have to wait another 3 even to get an update is unacceptable I will only be using Amazon from here forward!!! I see why this company only has 1 star on every website.

And mind you I had to buy sand to level for my pool and rent equipment which is now washed away due to the rain so I have to re rent equipment due to this companies neglect to its client. This company is costing me so much it's insane and they don't even care!

Horrible

Horrible. I don’t even understand how they’re still in business. Cross communication, lack of communication, unable to provide delivery dates of any kind, tracking is nonexistent, you’ll be at the mercy of lackadaisical phone representatives. I was having a large vanity delivered until they told me it was ready for pick up on some dock almost 2 hours away from me. Unacceptable and again how are they in business with all of these dismal reviews?
