Superb service from professional but also super friendly technician Karl. Diagnosed the problem, discussed options and arranged for a quote to be sent. Really appreciated how flexible he was with his arrival time too. Was only to willing to fit his visit around my own busy day at work which was really appreciated.

Pete turned up on time, listened to the issues we were having, gave us a quote and got to work. Kept us informed in what exactly he was doing. Once he had completed the inspection put everything back ss it was as if he had not been there. We got the info we needed, job done

We’ve had the same guy on a number of occassions for different plumbing issues. He is very friendly and professional in his work.

Although they claim it is a no call out charge and no obligation quote service, they refused for an expert to come and look at the problem. Instead they asked what the problem was and said someone will come out and fix the problem for a fixed charge. I repeatedly told them I wanted someone to come out and see what the problem was instead of relying on my lay-person knowledge of what I thought was happening. They refused. I went to another local company who was more than happy to send an expert out to see the problem for themselves, which they then quoted me a price. The Cardiff branch customer service agents had the most belittling people skills I’ve ever come across.

Carl -s came to fix my radiator he was such a lovely lad quick and explained everything

Karl B was a pleasure to have as our plumber. He fixed various plumbing issues which could have turned int big problems down the line.

Graham and Carl A attended early in the morning and completed a great job of 2 tricky tap changes. Professional and friendly.

Called Dyno-rod on Monday morning about 10-30 am we were carrying gutterworks via a MEWP the gutter was flooded due to a blocked RWO spoke to Lynn and Lorraine vert professional said they would have someone with me asap but didn't realise the guy William Davidson would be there at 11-15 plus he called to say he was on route and gave me the rough time he would be there bearing in mind the job was in the centre of Glasgow brilliant service

Jed arrived on time, was really helpful in fixing the fault with my radiator leak, excellent service.

Thanks to Graham for sorting out leak in bathroom - it was one of those jobs that just kept throwing out problems but with good humour and determination he carried on with excellent results. Above and beyond!

Nick’o was so professional and friendly on both visits the initial one where he diagnosed the issue we were having with the kitchen taps and leak and on the second visit to replace the taps. Could not have asked for a better engineer. Would always recommend to friends and family also well chuffed with the choice of taps offered as replacements thanks
