Graham and Carl A attended early in the morning and completed a great job of 2 tricky tap changes. Professional and friendly.

Called Dyno-rod on Monday morning about 10-30 am we were carrying gutterworks via a MEWP the gutter was flooded due to a blocked RWO spoke to Lynn and Lorraine vert professional said they would have someone with me asap but didn't realise the guy William Davidson would be there at 11-15 plus he called to say he was on route and gave me the rough time he would be there bearing in mind the job was in the centre of Glasgow brilliant service

Jed arrived on time, was really helpful in fixing the fault with my radiator leak, excellent service.

Thanks to Graham for sorting out leak in bathroom - it was one of those jobs that just kept throwing out problems but with good humour and determination he carried on with excellent results. Above and beyond!

Nick’o was so professional and friendly on both visits the initial one where he diagnosed the issue we were having with the kitchen taps and leak and on the second visit to replace the taps. Had a great guy and his apprentice come out to my home earlier today to carry out a power flush on my heating system. Both he and his young trainee were excellent!

The plumber from Dynarod, South East Division was most helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He was the third person from their company who has have tried very hard to find and fix our problem. They have all been very helpful and i would recommend them.

This afternoon, Victor came to my home. Excellent plumber. Very friendly and attentive to the situation. Listened to everything I said and helped me understand what is going on as I thought there was a major water leak waiting to happen.

He replaced the cartridge in my tap with ease. Took him a short time. Managed to solve the noise that was coming from the sink. A real professional and is a very down to earth guy. Thank you again Victor. Really helpful.

A plumber was supposed to visit my house this afternoon to fix my leaking toilet and the flush which was organised last week by a family member who has set up a homecare plan for the house I live in (bare in mind a British Gas engineer originally broke the flush on my toilet by pushing the flush too hard).

Plumber made multiple excuses to my family member on the phone about there being no parking spots available on my road so he couldn't come today when I confirmed with a family member that there are multiple free parking spaces available. Plumber kept using the excuse that he didn't want to get a ticket and that it's happened before even though the free available parking spaces wouldn't result in a ticket. I even the dyno van drive down my road twice while waiting for him.

Pretty sure he just can't be bothered to visit so he kept making the same excuse to avoid visiting. Now we've had to arrange another visit in 2 weeks time as well as a permit so there's no excuses for this next visit if it's the same plumber or a different one. I've also filed a complaint on the official dyno website. An extra two weeks with a leaking toilet pipe is not ideal, for a temporary solution I've had to put a container to collect the water leaking out the toilet...

Anthony arrived on time and took 5 mins to identify the leak in my bathroom and replaced pipe an gasket from toilet to cistern. He was polite and new his job
