Dyno-Rod - Norwich, Ipswich and East Anglia Recenzje

From start to finish the experience was great....very impressive....

The engineer that came out, was so polite and refused to take a tip....mums old school.

Turns out the engineer was called Brad, my son whose name was also Brad, took his life 15th November 2024, was that a sign? Who knows, but mum was pleased. Thank you Brad 😊

Had a blocked loo so time of the essence. Dyno rod turned up at time promised, within 12 hours. They were very polite, after explaining problem they quickly got down to fixing it. Unfortunately the blockage had cleared itself overnight so although they didn't have to unblock the pipeworks but still gave pipes an inspection and gave welcome news that there were no breakages or problems. Very professional and tidied up after themselves. Would definitely use again if any future problems. Thank you.

Marcus was excellent, good communication and turned up on time. Polite friendly service and dealt with the blocked drain efficiently and effectively. Everything was straightforward - would recommend.

Great service, really friendly when booking in. Came out really quickly and all sorted.

Excellent service throughout. They very quickly came to investigate the drainage issues we had and then rectified the problem in a short time period. All the staff I dealt with we courteous, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them as a very good company.

Amazing service from a super helpful Bradley who is based in Norwich. Great insight into the problem which he solved. User polite and efficient. Top marks to Bradley

Excellent experience all the way. From detailed quote. To booking and completion of job. Engineer did an excellent job.

Had 2 visits from dyno-rod due to blocked drainage...fantastic service ,provided upto date messages upon due arrival...very professional service, especially Bradley the service tech who attended today...couldn't do enough to help fix the issue.......would highly recommend

Oscar arrived and immeadaty from the problem ecxplaind what he could do also expert advise could not him very polite a asset to your company

Dyno-Rod are amazing! I've used them a few times before but this review is about the most recent visit. My Dad's toilet was blocked & water was leaking through the ceiling. Their engineer, Jamie, was amazing! He prioritised us coz it was a big emergency. Jamie arrived quickly & sorted the problem very professionally, thoughroughly & quickly! He went above & beyond & helped clean up the water afterwards! He really did save us from a catastrophy & my disabled father now had a toilet which you can imagine is vital for someone who's housebound!!
Raspect in each & every single aspect!!

Responded very quickly to a drain blockage that resulted in my tenants not being able to use toilets or water on a Sunday
Much appreciated

Quick response to my call. Daniel called to say he was on his way. He carried out the job efficiently while explaining what he was doing. Very polite too.

Excellent analysis of our drainage problems.
Jamie was very helpfully interactive and I learned a great deal. Thank you.

They explained what they were doing well and did the job in a timely manner. They also had shoe covering for coming into the house which I appreciate.

Brilliant service from start to finish, the two guys that turned up to do the job were fantastic. So polite and friendly done a brilliant job as well as keeping us updated the whole way through.

Very efficient service. Came same day within three hours of my phone call for a blockage in the drain. Problem fixed straightaway by a very pleasant young man who gave me handy advice regarding any future problems.
