When you've got an emergency plumbing issue, it can be very stressful, especially when there's a leak and water is seeping through a ceiling! I had a wonderful plumber at my door 1.5 hours after making the call. Rowan was super friendly and reassuring and carried out the job quickly and efficiently. I am extremely grateful that Dyno -Rod can provide top quality assistance at such short notice. Excellent!

We initially had a not so great experience with a dynorod engineer. I suspect he was quite new or inexperienced. The first engineer left suddenly without taking payment which was strange. We then found out he hadn’t resolved the problem and didn’t know what to do. I contacted dynorod, slightly confused as he had left and we were uninformed why. Customer service were very apologetic & also seemed a little taken aback, but promptly passed me on to a manager, Stuart.

Stuart dealt with the situation, politely & professionally. He promised a call the following morning at an allocated time. True to his word we received the call and he had a plan of action & took responsibility for the blip the day before.
A further call out was promised that morning with a call ahead of arrival.

Jakob & Paul Kay were sent to resolve the problem, even from their first call to say they were on their way I felt so much more assured. On the phone Paul was polite, confident and sounded positive.
On arrival both men were very professional, took the time to listen and understand and assured us that there were various solutions & measures that could be taken. A great relief.
They were patient while we waited for a neighbour who had also been affected, and who also had a good understanding of the pipe work, as he had lived at the address for 40 years.

They used skill, experience and great initiative and resolved the problem quickly. We were very grateful to them for helping us and to Stuart for their quick response and assistance with this seemingly big problem to us.

I would definitely recommend dynorod due to their excellent service. It was such a relief and very refreshing for someone to take responsibility for a problem and find a plan of attack to work towards a solution. Thank you 🙏

Kevin phoned to confirm arrival time and was on time. After an inspection and confirming the drain directions the rodding cleared the drain. Once clear the area was washed down and left clean and tidy. Great job thank you.

Michael Lawson is neat, tidy, friendly, polite and very professional. Stopped the leaking from two of our toilets. Was able to fix one and fit another brand new toilet too. Apologised for the delay and was happy to show me the work he had done and explain what had happened. Five star professional!

Iain was fantastic. He was hugely knowledgeable, professional and courteous from start to finish. He called 30 minutes before arriving and took the time to thoroughly inspect the drains, explaining the possible causes and solutions in a way that was easy to understand. He made sure I was comfortable with the approach and knew what to do if any future issues occurred. Thankfully, the blockage was straightforward to clear this time. The team turned up shortly after booking, and within 20 minutes of arriving had my kitchen waste blockage removed and all back to normal. Pleasant, polite and efficient.

Quick response through emergency insurance cover. Guys were here about an hour after I contacted my emergency home cover through my insurance company. Two guys. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Superb service from professional but also super friendly technician Karl. Diagnosed the problem, discussed options and arranged for a quote to be sent. Really appreciated how flexible he was with his arrival time too. Was only to willing to fit his visit around my own busy day at work which was really appreciated.

Pete turned up on time, listened to the issues we were having, gave us a quote and got to work. Kept us informed in what exactly he was doing. Once he had completed the inspection put everything back ss it was as if he had not been there. We got the info we needed, job done

We’ve had the same guy on a number of occassions for different plumbing issues. He is very friendly and professional in his work.

Although they claim it is a no call out charge and no obligation quote service, they refused for an expert to come and look at the problem. Instead they asked what the problem was and said someone will come out and fix the problem for a fixed charge. I repeatedly told them I wanted someone to come out and see what the problem was instead of relying on my lay-person knowledge of what I thought was happening. They refused. I went to another local company who was more than happy to send an expert out to see the problem for themselves, which they then quoted me a price. The Cardiff branch customer service agents had the most belittling people skills I’ve ever come across.
