Pour avoir eu la première phantom et acheté une phantom ll la dernière génération. Devialet n'a fait aucune évolution sur leur service. Ils ne rappellent jamais. Dès que l'on cherche des connections plus pointues que du bluetooth. Ça déconnecte sans arrêt, bug. Le son est bon mais au prix, pour une société française une honte. Très déçu.

I just had my Devialet Gemeni's replaced. The customer support was extremely helpful and sorted out my problems in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Devialet as both products and support hold world class. Many thanks to Shanna for all the help!

Après avoir acheté 2 Phantom il y a quelques années, les avoir installées en paire dans le salon, une des 2 refusaient obstinément de se connecter à l’autre. J’ai fait appel au sav qui m’a fait faire de nombreux tests pour trouver l’origine du problème. Au bout du compte, david m’a permis un échange standard de l’enceinte HS. J’ai pu reconnecter les 2 sans problème. Un grand merci à David!!
J’ai cependant enlevé une étoile et mis 4 sur 5, ce qui reste une bonne note, pour la durée de résolution du problème: plusieurs mois…
Quand on se veut haut de gamme, il faut résoudre les problèmes plus vite. Le principal est cependant d’avoir un système qui fonctionne maintenant parfaitement.

My Phantom 1 Silver doesn’t work on the new app and old app has been removed from the App Store so basically I can put that speaker straight in the bin. Customer service said that because it’s one of the first models they can’t help me and only solution is to spend extra £750 for a new one. I hope there is more people like me and we can all write bad reviews everywhere.

Très bon son néanmoins pas de SAV sur ces enceintes moulés impossible à ouvrir en cas de panne
Le service dépannage sans la voir vous dit que c’est une sur tension qui vient de chez vous et vous propose d’en racheter une à moindre coût qui reste élevé
C’est honteux au prix de ces appareils
De très nombreux revendeurs ont abandonné cette marque suite à de trop nombreux retours restés infructueux

This company cancelled my order (didn’t give a reason) but also never refunded my money! This is a scam and outright theft!

Son nickel mais il faut prévoir un interrupteur pour l'éteindre et la rallumer car elle ce plante 4fois par semaine si vous êtes un zappeur voir +

J'ai été l'un des premiers acheteurs de Phantom. Deux Silver Phantom, deux pieds Branch, un Dialog, une commande à distance ... grosse facture !
Et une société - française ! - qui se vantait d'une evolutivité garantie.
Aujourd'hui mon matériel est obsolète, upgrade impossible, un service commercial qui vous dit simplement "rachetez deux Phantom !", incroyable, une application de commande Spark plus maintenue ... j'abandonne avec plaisir ce matériel tape-à-l'œil et j'ai acheté du B&W nettement meilleur musicalement

haben nach drei Jahren keine Akku Leistung mehr. Kein Ersatz vorhanden. 100€ pro Jahr Verlust. Das ist nicht nur schwach, sondern richtig schlecht. Nie wieder Devialet!!!

This company already no longer produces good products and they are not in good services anymore. You will expect no warranty or even if you buy product care still keep in mind all need to pay if have any problems.
Terrible services as they have no store in other county. U can’t find them to complain . This company now hide and trying stealing money from customers.

Do not buy Any products from them. If you have any problems they will try to get money from you even you have product care which is $500 extra. And if your Phantom still have warranty but no products care. Minimum spend if have any problems are $2000 . And they still not willing to prepare as they customers services very very bad

I have two Gold Phantoms and recently decided to update these speakers by following the email instructions provided by the staff at Devialet. We went back and forth a few times, and they guided me through the update. Thanks to their patience and support, I have successfully updated both of my Gold Phantoms. Now, I can access the equalizer, balance, and other features. The sound is more transparent, and my two Gold Phantoms are more fun to play with. Very nice!
