Suite à une interruption d’internet impossible de reconnecter mes 2 phantoms et mes 2 reactors . J’ai appelé le service DEVIALET et je suis tombé sur un opérateur nommé Jonathan,très professionnel et très sympathique il a pris le temps pour me rėglė le problème de connections et tout est rentré dans l’ordre . Je tiens à remercier Jonathan sans qui cela aurait été très compliqué. Super service. Merci DEVIALET

I contacted customer service without much hope, but Peter was very responsive and efficient and helped me to do a factory reboot of my old phantom speaker. Now good as new !

Excellent clear help with a package that had been lost at the recipient company's office. Provided details - not just the tracking number. Allowed a quick resolution when I was at the recipient company.

The sound bar is awesome! Unfortunately It developed a software issue a few months after setting it up. I was extremely impressed with the customer service department. Jake was extremely helpful through the entire exchange process. Another helpful employee was a representative from France she was very good but unfortunately I can't remember her name. Thank you Jake for the excellent service all around. David

Je passe finalement a l'étape supérieure en investissant sur une enceinte portable Devialet dans le but d'obtenir un produit de qualité soit disant supérieure et voilà que je me dois de retourner celui-ci pour défaillance technique. Très faible autonomie comparer au produit précédent d'une marque concurante (JBL boombox 3 pour ne pas la nommer). Un produit vendu avec une promesse d'autonomie de 10h et voilà qu'au bout de 5h30 (volume bas) l'enceinte s'éteint ! Et bien sûr aucunement possible de l'écouter en re-branchant celle-ci! Il vous faut attendre que l'enceinte se recharge au 3/4.Et donc de la laisser brancher sur secteur pour bénéficier d'une plus grande autonomie d'écoute. Pratique pour une enceinte portable !!!!
Bref. Passer votre chemin si vous hésitez avec une Devialet!
800 € pour un produit qui ne m'apporte rien de fiable avec une qualité/puissance son bien moindre et un rapport qualité prix déplorable (Comparer a JBL)
Comme quoi le prix n'est pas toujours gage de qualité !
Autant dire que mon expérience chez Devialet s'arrêtera ici!

Devialet not only has great products, but they also provide outstanding Customer Service. Shana my CS Rep. provided instructions that fixed my issue with my earbuds. She followed up with emails daily to make sure the issue was resolved. AAA+++

Ich hatte vor einigen Wochen den Mania bzw. die Dion direkt bei Devialet bestellt. Leider konnte ich die Geräte nicht optimal positionieren, weshalb ich die Produkte Anfang/Mitte Oktober retourniert habe. Mittlerweile sind fast vier Wochen vergangen, und ich warte immer noch auf meine Rückzahlung!

Der Kundenservice antwortet leider nur sporadisch und unkonkret. Zumindest wurde der Eingang bestätigt. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich Devialet.com leider nicht empfehlen.

I have been a user of Devialet products since 2018, just wanted to say the customer service with this company is superior!!. All problems/troubleshooting issues/upgrades... and new purchases were dealt with in a professional and personal touch. Company Representative Tee made me feel like i was speaking directly with the owner of the company, Tee is a very dedicated person...as i have been helped by her a few times. Thanks again Devialet for being such a great company with classy products!!!

Devialet phantom Light 1 acheté 1250 eur l unité garantie 2 ans est tombée en panne au bout de la 3 ieme année sans motif apparent car elle est branchée sur le même circuit électrique que la deuxième enceinte.
Elle ne s allume plus HS sans raison. Coût de la réparation 550 eur. Au prix de l enceinte la garantie chez le constructeur devrait etre à vie. Donc je ne vous recommande pas cette marque qui est à fuir. Tout est trop cher par rapport à la qualité qui se dit haut de gamme.

I have a pair of Phantom 1 Gold speakers which although they have performed unevenly, losing one connection from time to time, cathedral effect sometimes, they uniquely function without ill effect by the sea in the tropics, with the humidity and salt air. I am having a difficult experience with Devialet support. I am trying to send a speaker for repair and despite asking 3 times for the shipping address and packing instructions, they have merely replied that they only use UPS and cannot ship to Kenya, although UPS is represented here. I am trying to send the speaker, not receive it and once repaired, they can return it to a country acceptable to Devialet. (But should a speaker company really be dictating which courier service be used, especially when it penalises their customers?). I have asked for packing instructions and a shipping address, but so far there is only silence on this subject. This has taken two weeks so far. Devialet, I hope you read this. I have just sent yet another email asking for a shipping address and packing instructions. You need to improve in this area.
UPDATE: Devialet refuses to agree to me sending my speaker for repair from
Kenya, insisting that I take an international flight to one of a list of approved countries in order to SEND it to them. I arranged an address in an approved country for Devialet to send the speaker after repair, but they rejected this. Why does it matter to Devialet where the speaker is sent from, at my expense? This is the very opposite of customer service. They have offered no explanation for this perplexing and frustrating decision. Maybe they have read this review and have taken umbrage. If so, Devialet should try to do better. They are in a consumer business and should try to please their customers, not enrage them.

First of all, I was very satisfied with the customer service unit, their interest and concern are priceless. The product is perfect in one word, thank you very much for everything.
