Shanna from Customer care was extremely helpful and although initially there seemed to be no solution (as I am living in Thailand and there is only a local distributor but no dealership or service center) she would not give up to try and found a way to solve my problem - THANK YOU!!

Elles sont jolies rien à dire ! c'est pour cela qu'elles ont du succes
mais niveau son rapport qualité prix ... franchement il y a mieux
en ecoute en auditorium en comparaison avec des enceintes jean marie raynaud il y a pas photo ... le son des phantom est trop coloré par rapport a la belle neutralité des JMR !
mais le produit est jolie c'est clair mais pas fait pour des puristes du son !
jolie bibelot malgré tout !
a ranger a coté de son dyson et son thermomix !

Fast, friendly support. A bit pricey the solution, Phantom II not working got a new one sent for 350€.

Great customer service and resolution from Sharna. Replaced and upgraded my Geminis which are a great improvement on the previous model. This is a far better user friendly product.

the customer service was bad experience at First with WhatsApp and email thing but further more it eventually became good and helpful .
Hope they provide in person customer service in future . so the customer can explain more about their problems if created .

Love the service from Devialet. They are so personable and helpful … Shanna was fantastic and helped me with every question I had.
It’s quite rare to get this high quality service from such a high end company … and I know of what I speak as I’ve had miserable service from other so called high end audio companies but I’ve never had an issue with Devialet and I’ve been with them for over 10 years.

Première mise en service d’une paire de Phantom 2 : impossible de connecter mes 2 phantoms. J’ai laissé un message sur le groupe Whatapps, le service support de DEVIALET m’a rappelé et a pris le temps de faire l’operation avec moi. Devialet customer service is fantastic. I have multiple of their products and from the multiple times i contacted them I had got all my problems solve from simple questions about specs and how to connect. To repairs, parts and unit swap. They are high end product's and after listing to it I had not problems with the price. Look great, sound excellent and customer support is with dedication. My latest problem was with my Dione. Customer service offer a swap for a reasonable price. I got the unit today and everything is working great! Everything went smooth as it can get. JAKE was the customer service representative and he handled the communication, updates and the transaction with excellence. Brief, concise and with clear solutions to my problems. I definitely recommend Devialet products to my friends and family.

Utilisateur Devialet Phantom de la première heure (2015), je ne compte plus les heures passées à reconfigurer, paramétrer, télécharger, discuter avec le SAV pour des problèmes de connexion, connectivité, perte de la stéréo, disparition d’enceinte dans l’application. En 2020, Devialet finit par me remplacer mes deux enceintes. Mais mes problèmes ne se sont pas arrêtés pour autant. Aujourd’hui, l’une des deux enceintes ne répond plus du tout, on me propose un retour SAV pour 550 eur, je ne renverrai pas l’enceinte et vais m’orienter vers une autre marque. Je déconseille de vous orienter vers cette marque si vous cherchez une enceinte haut de gamme fiable et un SAV au service du client. Alexandre
