Their prices are ok and booking is straightforward but although I specified that I didn’t want to fly on certain airlines they booked codeshares and concealed that they were on those planes Then they put us in a lousy hotel (we had to change room three times because of floods/leaks) and then wriggled out of honouring what the hotel promised and didn’t deliver (ie part comp). They certainly didn’t take the longterm view - I’ve booked three cruises in the 4 months since (all more expensive and two including other people too) so they saved about £150 and lost out on just shy of £29000 bookings (so far).

Max was very helpful and provided us with all of the information necessary to make the right decisions regarding the most convenient airlines, flights, cabin grade etc etc. The documentation was issued quickly and we felt we had made the right decison regarding our cruise.

I have now sent 6 emails asking for my deposit of £900 be refunded after the cruise was cancelled on 22 Feb 2024. Has anyone else faced the same problem?
I used to believe that Cruise Kingdom provided a great service, but I'm not so sure now........

Max was very helpful,explained the visas I needed to get,and travel insurance,also to check at the doctor if we need vaccinations,plus he sorted out our flights.can’t fault him.

Max was extremely helpful, answered every question I had, found all information quickly -cabins, prices, benefits, flights etc. Made the whole experience pleasant and relaxed. Best I have come across in experiences with many cruise agents over the last 30 years.

Having left a request for a call back and not getting one I rang the direct line number the next day, finally after 1 hour and 10 minutes someone answered and asked for the cruise Id code which I supplied and also explained that I required a quote for outside and balcony cabins, whoever I spoke to said they would look into this and give me a ring back and as to date I still haven’t heard anything! Reading reviews there is only reference to a Max and Andy! How big a concern is Cruise Kingdom? and even if it a small company run by a couple of apparently nice helpful guys don’t offer ring back service if you can’t back it up!!!

Max has booked a few cruises for myself and my sister, he is always very friendly and helpful and always remembers what we like and our needs 🙂

Had booked a cruise which was cancelled by cruise company, spoke to Bernie in customer services who put us through to Andy who sorted out an alternative cruise for us. Very efficient and helpful, great service.

Went on an asian cruise in January with ncl jewel for 19 days via cruise kingdom booking; was a bit apprehensive about booking with cruise kingdom but no problems at all absolutely brilliant, this was our 6th cruise with different ships through other companies; but we enjoyed this the best. We went all inclusive drinks and food; and everything was superb, can’t fault anything; staff on ship brilliant
You have to pay for your own taxis from airport to hotel and vice versa; and cruise ship to hotel and vice versa
We stayed in Bangkok for three nights first; then 11 days cruise to Vietnam ; Singapore then Malaysia, docked then 3 nights in kuala lumbar; all superb, just on the internet now to book with cruise kingdom for a cruise later this year; enjoy

Max was extremely helpful and went above and beyond trying to get us the best deal and the best available cabin

Max just couldn’t be more helpful and even called me to say he hadn’t forgotten about me just for reassurance. Efficient service and communication and really polite. Would highly recommend booking with them.

Booked a cruise which departed November 2024. Needed to move the dates due to a house move and the options and service I got were fantastic. We’ve been able to move our cruise to November 2025 without loosing any of our original deposit. Would highly recommend.
