This company is a scam
This company is a scam! I had to cancel my flight due to illness. I told wizz air and they filled a claim with chubb insurance as I had insurance with them. They did not send me any email so I didn't had there contact details. They contacted me after 6 months, asking for proof of illness. I had a diarrhoea from a food poison so I bought some meds from a pharmacy. I didn't thought of taking pictures of those. How can I show proof after 6 months. They didn't paid me nothing! Pure scam company. Whats the point of having a insurance! Wizz air is another shittt airlines!

Une équipe et un site réactif et très efficace. Facile de déposer sa demande d'indemnisation et de fournir les documents demandés. Les échanges par mail sont vite pris en considération. L'indemnisation a été rapide et sans mauvaise surprise.
