Your representative clearly knew what he was doing and finished the check up quite quickly. He knows my house and the alarm system and it was nice to see him again.

Chris Haines carried out all the checks while coffee morning was going on in Church but he did it without disturbing anyone and without any fuss.

Friendly and efficient engineer. I know there is a time window of about 4 hours but it would be appreciated if the engineer could let me know when he is on his way to me to narrow it down a bit.
