Worst Insurance Experience Ever
Absolutely the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. I have my phone insured with CHUBB, and it’s been over a week without any resolution or replacement. What’s the point of paying for insurance if you’re left waiting endlessly with no clear updates? The process is slow, frustrating, and completely unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone—avoid at all costs.

Scandaleux!!!!! À fuir. Mon père a 80 ans on lui a fait prendre une assurance dont il n’a pas besoin excroquerie . Il a résilié au bout d’1 an et le service résiliation n’a pas voulu répondre à mes questions alors que mon père est en incapacité de faire. Scandaleux et profiteur. À vomir !!!!!

Terrible
Terrible! If I hadn’t known my rights, you wouldn’t have given me what I was entitled to! And even then, not all my rights were upheld! I wouldn’t recommend them!
