Very easy to communicate with
Very easy to communicate with. The process was effective and professional and it was a real pleasure to be in touch with this company. Also processing of my claim was extremely quick and effective which ended in a quick pay out to my account.
All in all a great experience! :)

Claim experience
Whilst the claim application was quite comprehensive, the platform was easy to negotiate, communication was swift, informative and provided on a regular basis. The payment refund of monies was processed and applied very quickly. This is an effective service.

Great Service.
Once documentation was completed giving all the claim information, personal details and reason for claim, within a week or two, I received notification that the claim would be settled. There was little back and forth and the process was about easier than I imagined it would be. It made a stressful situation much less so.

Slecht bedrijf. Blijven nog door incasseren na het stoppen van je abonnement. Medewerkers luisteren maar halve bak, hebben geen zin om te werken.

We submitted our small claim almost a year later. A family bereavement knocked it off our radar. Anyway we didn't get, or didn't remember getting their email so it took another while before we got things sorted. But once we submitted our receipts etc it was sorted immediately.

All reps were very helpful when I spoke…
All reps were very helpful when I spoke to them. Only issue u had was I sent a document they requested and when I rang them months later they said they didn't receive email

My experience with the Chubb insurance…
My experience with the Chubb insurance company was a straightforward and pleasant one because the Form was simple and easy to fill out, and the response was prompt.
Meanwhile, I would suggest a review of the expense policy of €100, it's on the high side.
