This is not my first order from BritSuperstore, and as in previous times, it was to my full satisfaction.

The parcel was delivered within 17 days from dispatch, which is quite normal for parcels sent from the United Kingdom to Israel.

All of the items were carefully and securely wrapped in bubble wrap ( many layers ), and that is something I value greatly, especially when it comes to glass jars.

The box was quite thick and strong and inside of it there was another small box with tea.

All of the products have a long expiry date, and I already enjoy M&S Extra Strong Tea No.3 and M&S Earl Grey ( loose and tea bags ). There are some new British products I ordered such as Branston small chunk, Wilkin and Sons Hot Gooseberry Chutney, The Gentleman’s Relish, Cumberland Sauce and other sauces, condiments and spreads. I love them all!

I would like to recommend BritSuperstore as a reliable, professional British Company for best of British ( and not only ) food one can find on the Internet.

I will surely use their service again and recommend to everyone, who cannot live without his favourite British products.

Ordered just over 3kgs of tea! The catering pack of Yorkshire Tea. I use alot of courier companies, this was for personal use and I used the most economic of the options. This was coming to SE ASIA and the customs are notorious for delaying. Its just arrived, it took 8 working days to get to me, it was tracked all the way. The outside packaging was still undamaged and the product was unopened. Even with the cost of shipping, the product is still cheaper for the equivalent of the same tea. It lasts exactly one year and I could not recommend more using this company. Thanks

Made an order 1 week ago. Have’nt even got a email confirming my order. Tryed to contact them twice With no answer. At this point i don’t know if i’ve been scammed or if their customer support are all on vacation😂

Uppdate: My product has bos arrived, not happy with the customer support at all but at the end om the day i got what i ordered.

I ordered baby formula almost 14days ago but i am still waiting for it. Stuck at one place since 8 days. According to website it should be delivery within 2-3 Working day(Euro Road Service EPH) when you select at cart. Horrible service. Only left with few days to fly so let see if i will get before i fly out from poland.

I Placed an order for a Gift (chocolate) to be sent to my friend in Portugal, order placed & money £42.47 taken 21 December 2021. Chased up on January 6th advised goods were in transit & a very busy time, chased again on 12th Jan, 18th Jan, next reply...."An investigation has been raised as the package has been delayed in transit.
I am expecting an update within 5 working days.

I followed up again 31 Jan requesting a refund, knocked back by Richard Price as he could not process a refund until B Post Concluded their investigation, chased again 8th Feb, 11th Feb this time they claimed it had cleared Customs in Belgium and is now in transit & should arrive shortly, still not received by 21.02 so I chased again. on 2nd march I wrote a stern email expressing my frustration. Richard replied blaming B Post entirely and not even acknowledging that I want my money back for non-performance. I chased again on 15th March and was told that they were expecting my parcel to be returned to Brit Superstore due to possible Customs rejection.....really BAD.....Chased again 30th march was advise by Richard price that they were still awaiting resolution. I emailed again on 19th April....26th April....17th May.... NO REPLY... HOW RUDE... NOW COMPLETELY BLANKING ME
DONT BOTHER BUYING FROM THIS STORE... THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WASH THEIR HANDS IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG

I have ordered an baby formula and there in no possibility to login my account again to see what's happening. They don’t have an email to contact with them as well as missing phone number.
Will be highly appreciated if they will contact with me.

Ordered on 27th December from Italy with 7/10 days delivery service. Expensive courier, you would expect excellent service. Parcel arrived on 31st January damaged. Sent it back. They state they reimburse once they get goods back. Wrote several times to Richard asking them to contact the delivery company they provide to track parcel which stood in a depot for months. I had given up hope! Today 20th June out of the blue I have received the reimbursement. Pleased obviously but I would never order again from this site. Completely unreliable

I have been shopping with britsuperstore since the late 1990’s and have always been impressed by their excellent service, but they really outdid themselves this week!!! I placed an order on Friday May 3rd for items I needed in Seattle by Saturday May 11th. I hit send and then realized it was Jubilee weekend! No chance, I thought….it’s my own stupid fault.
BUT the order was fulfilled and sent on Monday June 6th and has just been delivered in Seattle at 4 pm on Wednesday June 8th. Thank you Britsuperstore for your outstanding service!

This is a review of BritSuperstore and Poste Italiane.

Part 1, BritSuperstore

Let me start by saying that Brexit is not the fault of either organisation and that the punitive measures implemented against customers are dictated by powers higher than the organisations concerned. I post these reviews as a warning to anyone in the EU considering ordering a pharmaceutical product from the UK: don't do it!

I ordered 5 tubes of Savlon antiseptic cream online from BritSuperstore to be delivered to my address in Italy. The first reaction I got was a panicky e-mail from BritSuperstore:

"Hello,

Please can you confirm that you have read and agreed to the message below regarding EU Customs taxes/charges and restrictions? ... You must reply to this email with 'I accept the terms and conditions of this sale' - Please do not change the layout of this email! ... Apologies, due to difficulties due to Brexit and prohibited items, all orders are ordered on a non-refundable basis. Please contact Customs for further details on what can and can not be sent. Unfortunately, if your items are returned to us, held/rejected by Customs or you refuse the parcel due to any extra charges we are unable to offer any refunds for contents or shipping. ... Your order has been placed 'On Hold' and will not be processed until we have received an email confirmation from you."

Note the threat of no refund on non-delivery. Well I was stung into immediate reaction and complied with the instructions to the letter in my reply to BritSuperstore. They updated me on dispatch of the parcel after which things went quiet.

All in all, I suppose they did their best, although they could have asked me, before accepting my money, if I really wanted to even attempt this fraught process

It is almost impossible to have parcels sent to Portugal as they go by a bad postal system and the goods go to Customs where it is then held for at least 14 days. Then the service goes to CTT where are useless.
Britsuperstore used to use DHL which service was much better. Unless the carrier is changed, I will neve use Britsuperstore again

I chose for express 1-2 days delivery. 8 days later, still waiting for important eczema moisturiser that I cant get abroad. Wouldnt refund me the delivery costs (£14)

AVOID!!! Use The ordering process was fine. No mention of potential additional tax payment mentioned at the point of sale. I waited nearly two weeks for delivery. When it was finally delivered DHL asked me for €14 tax?! I declined to pay and sent a message to britsuperstore customer service and this was the reply…

Unfortunately, we have no control over tax being charged in the country of destination. We do state on our website that there may be duties/taxes, please see the following link…

We are unable to take payment for duties/taxes at the point of ordering as these fees are different for every country.

I’ll stick with British corner shop.co.uk. I’ve never had any issues with them.

This company is a scam, don't order from them. I've ordered baby formula and after a month wait I finally checked the status and saw that the order was returned to sender. Turns out it was a forbidden item to send to the EU. The company put all the responsibility on me saying that I had to check with the customs before ordering it... Who does this?! They refused to return the money or give some sort of coupon to compensate for the loss. Completely unethical business.

Did a guest checkout & received no email confirming my order. Sent an email to verify my order & got no response, the goods arrived & they are not what was advertised on the website, would not recommend or order from here again

I ordered to Switzerland. after 13 days it arrived (great) everything was super well packed. great thank you

Parcel stuck in customs, they want €92.00 to deliver. Have requested a refund from store but no reply

Awful!! Ordered some formula milk for my baby that we can't get over here in Spain. Have received NO confirmation email, nor any response to an email I sent them. But, of course, they've taken the money from my account. Sort it out!!!

I placed an order (for €210.46) in March. It was cancelled with no explanation. I was reimbursed, but with the fluctuating pound, I lost €10.97. I've written several times, but have had no reply. I've never had such a problem with them before.

I ordered on 27th December. The parcel arrived at the end of January damaged. It was returned. Since I have been waiting for my refund or a replacement order. The only reply I get is that they will refund me when the parcel gets back to them. It has been standing in an 'incorrect depot' since the 2nd Feb. I realize it's their policy, but they should solve the matter with the courier and not leave the customer dryhanded.
