Do NOT buy from this store. Also, looks like I am not unique…look at all the similar stories within the last few weeks that have the same story as mine. They take your money and you don’t get the goods!!!!! They ghost you and then threaten you if you contact your bank!
I placed a large order of 700 British Pounds which did not include shipping (which they charged extra due to the war situation). Order placed on 26 March 2026 and today is 23 April 2026 and I still have no order. British Essentials shipped via DHL who sent a message over 3 weeks ago saying customs was cleared and to pay for Import fees. As soon as I paid the Import Fees, the shipment was put “on hold” and hasn’t moved since. It’s been almost a month. DHL said to contact the shipper as actually it can’t be cleared after all and not to expect delivery and the order has to go back to the UK/British Essentials. When I emailed British Essentials, Meera simply says “we will get back to you with an update” but doesn’t, then when you follow up, they ignore you, you wait over the 48 hours that apparently they reply within and then send another follow up for them to simply say “wait another 5-7 days” All of this I’ve patiently done all this time only to be told “just continue to wait” But wait for what exactly? I have no goods and no hint of a refund of my money. DHL’s website clearly states I will not get my goods and British Essentials is taking no actions with DHL to get the shipment back, and simply put, they have their money, they don’t care. Absolutely outrageous. When I informed Meera that I will contact my bank to dispute the charge, as is my right considering I’ve paid for something that I haven’t received, she then very promptly emailed me and said “should a dispute be raised via your bank, we will no longer be able to provide further assistance regarding this matter”. Well they’ve not provided any assistance so far so it’s a mute point, but be warned they are happy to take your money, but won’t care whether you get your goods or not. Awful service and quite frankly poor trading standards. Do not buy from this store…click on all the one star reviews to see how the same issue happens regularly.

Delivery was quick, the items were correct, well stacked and without too much “waste”, and my cat enjoyed the box!

Though it is outrageously expensive to have it shipped, there is no OTC product in the US that is as effective as Nurofen. If the shipping were not so high, I'd order it regularly.
Updated to add: I haven't had a sinus infection in years, but the LemSip helped it to drain - and there is nothing in the US to match it - I'm glad I have that on hand in case I need it again. I'm glad I was able to get Dettol mould remover, as well.
