Probably the best ecommerce of its kind: I can find very specific products and the website is easy to browse, offering also good value for money.
My last order had a little issue, and their customer service was available, honest, and precise while managing my refund.

I was looking for meat pies and came across Britsuperstore. Thinking what the heck ordered pies and a few other thing I miss from the UK. All in all the entire process to a week. Sipping time was most of that. 5 days to US is pretty good

This company is a scam... do not use..! You have to pay import tax. Use Britishcornershop which have a proper business model.

Having previously used The Corner Shop which is a similar company for many years without a problem I placed an order with Britsuperstore as The Corner Shop has ceased trading.
I placed an order to be delivered to Italy for my nieces birthday but it was never delivered.
I queried this with Britsuperstore and was told that according to the tracking system it had been delivered.
They have given me no explanation and haven’t looked into the missing parcel at all and basically ignore my emails.
So my experience of this company is incredibly poor!

Warning to all Brits living in Spain.

The internet food company from the UK BritSuperStore.com has just informed me that if you order food goods from the UK
and the Spanish customs refuse entry and return the goods back to them they will not refund your money but sell them again
to someone else.

My own experience with BritSuperstore has been entirely satisfactory. I ordered a large quantity of Shredded Wheat for delivery to Sicily. The time from order to delivery was 3 weeks, which was a little less than I had expected. I had to pay just over €30 to the courier at the time of delivery for the import duties but this was in line with expectations. Given that BritSuperstore is shipping from the UK, they cannot control delays and costs associated with importing into the EU. I do not think that they are in any way a scam but you do need to recognise that some issues, such as delays and additional costs, may arise depending on where you live.

Another order, another excellent experience. My order arrived in Pennsylvania less than 48 hours after dispatch, with all items in good condition. I still wish they offered flat box, as while it might not be much cheaper, I feel I wouldn't necessarily be playing Tetris with items when assembling an order the way I am now. However, that's a quibble.

Fast careful service, good communication, fresh goods, and a really great selection of items.

According to Parcel Force my parcel has now been with German customs for 8 days, got the feeling I`m being conned, if Britsuperstore are that desparate for money, they obviously need it more than I do...SHAME !!! May I offer my profound apologies to BS, my order arrived today and it seems the delay was purely down to German customs, I can assure BS that I will not hesitate to shop with them in future, once again, profound apologies...

I cannot recommend this company for deliveries to Spain. I placed an order 12th. December and have paid over 70% in customs fees above the initial cost but still have not received the goods after nearly a month and a half of waiting.

Scammed, made an order paid for items and delivery, get an email next day saying read the terms and agreements,which had I of read earlier I wouldn’t of made an order,Now I’m being charged an extra 40 pound for border control.ile never use this scamming company again!

Order placed on 5th dec 23. So far, nothing received. Britsuperstore is still waiting for some news from parcelforce. I asked them to refund the money, but it seems not so easy.

This company is a scam, robbers, crooks ...stole money from me ,a disabled person , i ordered 300 euros of food but they did not deliver..

My parcel never arrived. No refund either since I had agreed to extra Terms & Conditions sent by email immediately after making the online purchase. I feel ripped off.

Et produits introuvables en France, très délicieux, avec des dates de péremption lointaines.

With the additional customs charges it's really not worthwhile. I recommend British corner shop as there delivery is cheaper and no customs charge.

Still waiting now for 3.5 months for the delivery. First contacts only answered with will take time but meanwhile I can‘t believe. Unfortunately no more reply on my last email. Money is lost, feeling cheated.

I ordered chocolate that I couldn't find anywhere else and was so happy when I received it. It took some time to get to me and I had to pay a customs fee, but even so I would gladly order again!

I ordered formula for my little one and after purchasing, I realized I ordered the wrong type. I immediately emailed because once shipped, formula is unable to be returned in addition to placing an international order. Luckily, Richard Price immediately returned my email and made the correction. I received my order about five days later with the correct formula. I definitely recommend this store! Will be ordering from you guys in the future!!! Thank you so much!!!

I was very impressed with the filling of my order by Pete,to make sure my order was completed....thank you..packaged really well, I know that you can track packages on your account, but I never received any answers in response to my emails. No emails to let me know when the package was sent out, very frustrating. Better customer service with other companies,but thank you for taking care of my order.. Christine Mann..
