Ingen oplysninger om fragt til EU land i checkout, som man ellers ville gøre hvis man var lidt troværdig.

Betalte næsten ligeså meget for at modtage pakken, som jeg gjorde for indholdet. Man betaler for fragt allerede og skal så betale endnu engang for fragt, i Danmark, plus told.

Hele forløbet tog 1,5 måned.

Købte te og Fig Rolls. Fig Rolls var så hårde (gamle) at de var uspiselige. Teen var også gammel. Skulle bruge to poser for at få smag.

I've been ordering from BritSuperStore for about a year now. When in Scotland on holiday, I discovered Voltarol. We have Voltaren in the USA. The Voltarol worked better, and even with shipping, is cheaper than what I would pay here in the USA. I've ordered three or four times now and each order has been great. I've added teas and treats to my orders and they've all been excellent, with far out expiration dates. Will definitely continue to order from them.

Spent £200 and stuck in customs in Vietnam as the company do not have the necessary permits to deliver.
No assistance provided by the company and complete refusal to take any responsibility or assist in any way.
Avoid at all cost

The customs in my EU country did not allow for the shipment to reach me and after contacting the customer service I was told I will not be refunded (after it's shipped back to them). They do say so SOMEWHERE on the website but this is just bad business and unreliable.

Recently I placed an order for some products as a Christmas treat. I wrote to customer service twice to find out the best before date for some biscuits from Marks and Spencer because I wanted to consume them at Xmas. I never received a reply so to my regret I proceeded with the order which arrived 17/11/2024. To my disappointment as I was looking forward to this parcel, the Caramel mini bites had a sell by date of 10/11/2024 so I had to throw them away, the other two mini-bites have very close sell by dates of 02/12/2024 and 03/12/2024, so will obviously not be ok for Xmas.

Due to the loss of trust caused by this disservice; the out of date product that should not have been sent and the fact I was not notified of the close sell by dates and also taking into account the extra charge for customs duties, I think that it might be better to take into account other sites with warehouses in the EU.

Di recente ho ordinato una seria di articoli per Natale. Ho scritto due volte al customer service per sapere la data di scadenza di alcuni biscotti da Marks and Spencer perchè volevo consumarli a Natale, non ho mai ricevuto risposta.

Il pacco è arrivato 17/11/2017 ma sono rimasta delusa perchè i Caramel mini bites erano scadute il 10/11/2024 quindi da buttare. Le altri due biscotti invece scadono molto presto cioè il 2/11/2024 e il 3/11/2024. Segnalo che al di la del prodotto scaduto che non avrebbero dovuto nemmeno inviare, non ho ricevuto alcun avviso che i prodotti scadevano a breve. Naturalmente la mia fiducia viene meno dopo questo disservizio anche in vista del fatto che con questo sito se paga anche costi doganali a differenza di altri che hanno un magazzeno in EU.

I ordered baby formula because everywhere in the U.S. is out and our little has only been able to tolerate one type of formula, which is UK based. I ordered on Oct 30, my father in law ordered from Formulaland receiving from the UK two days later. He received his order Thursday, Nov. 7 (6 day turn around from UK to US). I’m still waiting on my order. At one point, early, I tried to change the delivery option and get rush shipping which I was happy to pay for, but was told the shipping company already had the order details and it was too late. I thought, well how long will it really take, I’ve ordered from the UK several times and a week would be okay. Considering the situation now with my father in laws order, I should have stuck with Formulaland and skipped this. Baby formula is not something you can just change at will especially if a baby is sensitive to certain types. We are on the end of day 11. I’m afraid of how much longer this will take after some of the other reviews I’ve read. The store should really invest in better shipping partners. I thought I found a new go to… probably not.

They do not clearly state that there will be import charges on goods received in France. Goods worth £35 and now I have to pay 25euros on TOP.
Do not use this company.

Easy website to use,received exactly what I ordered.good delivery times.

FInally got my order today 14 Oct - held up at Spanish customs. TO be expected. Order #AUK00157160R (21 August 2024). I was expecting a delay but not almost 3 months, plus 60 Euros in tax and online form filling. The sender should sort that out.

The worst was the inadequate international delivery. Rubbish packing, meant curry jar broken and contaminated the oats. Stinking mess. Half the packing wasn't used to pack the jars. Jars all loose in the corners. The biscuits had better packing. Jars in one side, loose with no enough packing on the ends. Photos to prove. Won't be ordering again.

Terrible mess spent over 200 dollars on food and shipping..packed badly and items where badly dated and smashed

Kan IKKE anbefales. I modsætning til andre online butikker, varerne er stadig afsendt fra UK. Så jeg fik en told regning lige så store som min udgift til de to æsker kager jeg havde købt. Varen ankommet efter cirka to uger og blev modtaget dagen efter varens “bedste by” dato, plus en æske var knust, da de havde ikke været pakket ordentlig ind. Jeg klaget 5-6 uger siden, men ingen svar endnu.

its a fraud website i placed an order of 27 pound they never delivered and responding don't buy from this website.

A little expensive for both goods and shipping but as prices are not far off what Amazon and Walmart.com charge in the US for the same items overall not bad. The upside the goods are farther from expiring on than Amazon past purchases. Shipping speed for me has been 5 days over my last few orders so not going to complain there.

Their website says that your order failed please try again.Did this 3 times and was charged 3 times for the same order which they said did not work please try again.This is very annoying!

Hi, I have already sent a mail about this, but I am quite pissed that I did not get the amount of points I bought for. I purchased items from you for 81 pounds but only got 80 points. I think there may have been a hiccup in the system, but still, this is not satisfactory for the customer. I would appreciate it if I got my last point according to the shopping cart rules: 1 pound each point.
I got a very rude mail from you guys that I can't get points from pounds I use points on, which is bull***. It has not been like that before. I don't know why you have become so strict with your points policy. It's not that much. We are talking about 0,01 pounds. Come on guys! I want a proper response because I have looked at previous transactions from earlier years and it has not been like that. If I don't understand properly, I will probably quit buying tea from your market. It has not been the first time where I had a bad experience with your points system. Either go by the rules if you offer it or quit it altogether. It's stupid bait to make your customers buy more than they need. Unless I get a proper explanation, I will stop buying from your webpage altogether.

I have looked online and two other competitors sell the same products for a more reasonable price. You are the most expensive market.

Unreliable delivery service with no guarantee of delivery.They obviously have very little follow up once the goods have been sent. I didn't receive my last( literally, I won't be ordering again) parcel and no refund is offered.

Was addicted to Trebor mints, ordered a load, shipping to India. The items itself was quite expensive, double what I would pay if I was getting them myself. Not well packaged, box was rather crumpled, could have used a better box and as a results, some of the mints were rather crumpled.

But they supplied what I ordered. Wouldn't do so again though due to the high cost of the items, plus the import and DHL charges. I was a bit desperate at the time.

Only have myself to blame as I placed an order, read reviews and then agreed to the tobs. Item wasn't able to be delivered in Spain and was returned back to the UK. No message from them to tell me this though, so 1 star and no info provided to help secure the delivery etc (I researched myself and still couldnt sort it). I would have been fine paying the import tax. Do it yourself if you can or not at all. Wasted £50.

I would like to thank you for the great service, everything was packaged very professionally! some of the best I have ever seen. Arrived in Switzerland with zero issues due to the new uk and Switzerland free trade deal with no customs. It’s very much appreciated,I will certainly be ordering again. 10/10
