I ordered stuff to be sent to Japan and i was not aware of the above. I checked tracking and it left the UK but seems to have done a u-turn back to the UK.

I think i may have just wasted over 100 pounds.

I ordered from this website around a month ago and today my order was delivered to my home.

My parcel was stuck at customs for around a month so I decided to email customer support and Richard replied timely explaining to me why my parcel wasn't moving. He said 'should be back to normal with everything processed by the end of the month' and that's what happened so I am happy with the customer-support service of the website.

I have seen many people complaining about having to pay import taxes because of Brexit. I had already ordered from the UK and did the same thing so this was not a problem for me. However, it's important to notice that the payment of custom duties wasn't explicitly mentioned in the website. Therefore, people who have never ordered goods from the UK might find this upsetting.

Overall, I am happy with this website.

I would rate Britsuperstore poorly if possible. I placed an order for £70 worth of goods, including delivery to Italy, as an Easter present for my family. Britsuperstore claimed the parcel was refused, but when I spoke to my family, they confirmed no attempt was made for delivery. I have previously used another company for parcels without any delivery issues.

Richard, in an email, stated that accepting their terms and conditions means they will not refund if goods are not delivered. Unfortunately, I trusted that my order would be delivered, but that has not been the case, leaving me £70 out of pocket. I paid via PayPal and am now relying on them to help recover my money. Please DO NOT be taken inh by this company, I feel it is a scam.

They cannot deliver to EU.
They will not tell you this upfront. It is all in the disclaimer after you place the order.
This is an outdated business model who rip off expats and then hide behind the disclaimer. £220 wasted.

I would give a zero if it was an option. The goods never arrived and were sent back to sender at no fault of mine. It never left customs and nobody contacted me. The company refused to refund anything and claimed it was in the terms and conditions that the items were non refundable. So i lost about 70€ on the goods and postage. Strongly advise against using this company.

I placed an order and paid what I considered to be already pretty high cost for postage to me in Sweden. I have now received a bill from customs for an additional 24gbp to get my parcel delivered to me! I contacted customer services and was basically told because of brexit it can happen! That frankly is not MY responsibilty. That information of additional cost should have been communicated at time of ordering! Very poor customer experience! I cannot believe I am alone in this issue especially as they aim to export outside of the UK

I found Richard to have been very helpful, I was a total idiot and placed an order late at night and realised I had made a big mistake, emailed immediately to cancel and first thing in the morning he did and refunded immediately.
In my book that's a 5* customer service for honesty,

He tenido que pagar 69 euros de tasas sino bloqueaban ese pedido. Dicha información fue enviada por correos a mi domicilio. Cualquier consumidor tiene derecho a saber por adelantado las tasas que le toca abonar en el momento de hacer el pedido online. La cantidad abonada representa un 50%del precio de mi pedido. Si hubiera habido transparencia al respecto, nunca lo habría hecho. Una gran decepción, para no decir estafa.No repetiré desgraciadamente .

Website pricing including delivery charges is very clear. I got email confirmation immediately the order was place - for shipment to Canada. I only paid for basic no-tracking air mail on 19 February 2025, the package just arrived today 6th March 2025.

I read a lot of dubious reviews about Brit superstore and, having already been scammed by liquorkart I was 50/50 about using them but thought I'd give it a a go. Order placed, immediate confirmation, told when shipped and told it could be up to 28 days as I live in Australia. Order arrived in perfect condition 18 days later. Everyones experience is different but I have no issue with this site at all. Not cheap but if you crave a product(mine was hot pepperami!!!) you have limited options and Britsuperstore did everything they promised and they arrived on 17/01 with a sell by date of 22/07. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you Britsuperstore for curing a 10 year craving!!!!!

have used this company for several years for deliveries to france, previously there has been no hitch, but with my recent order i won’t be using them again

delivery should’ve arrived in time for Christmas, but even with an untracked order, i could see that it was delayed in Belgium for longer than it should have been

OK, so the delivery did not arrive for Christmas, never mind, maybe New Year, no, it arrived in the city where i live on the 31st December

OK, so maybe by the 3rd it will be with me, no, it just sits there, now its january 15th and no news

update, with an untracked delivery there will be no investigation

advice i am given by the Britsuperstore and also the delivery company passed on to me via Britsuperstore is to find the item myself

it would take a minute for someone to locate the item, but no one is willing to help sort this out and locate the item, shocking post customer service really

A company shows its true colours when there are issues and how it handles them, although there were replies to my emails, it is laughable and insulting to suggest i just randomly search for my delivery when i don’t actually know where it is

I placed an order on Dec 2nd 2024. Total with delivery, £251. As of January 13th 2025 I am still waiting. I've contacted them and I get the usual, we're sorry and we'll do everything we can. The package is either lost or stolen, yet they won't refund my money. Avoid this company, they obviously don't give a crap and are very unreliable.

Ich habe bei Britsuperstore eine Bestellung am 26 December 2024 in der gesamte Höhe von £53.64 aufgegeben und Ihnen sofort das Geld für Ware und Transport gezahlt. Jetzt 3 Wochen danach ist meine Lieferung nach Rheinfelden Baden immer noch nicht eingetroffen. Auf Nachfrage bekomme ich heute die Meldung, dass die Ware an Britsuperstore zurückgesendet worden ist, da angeblich die Zollgebühren nicht gezahlt worden sind. Und Britsuperstore besitzt die Frechheit mir zusätzliche £13.74 Versandkosten für eine erneute Zustellung in Rechnung zu stellen. Als ich das unsachliche Angebot ablehnte und mein Geld zurück verlangte, kommen Sie mir um die Ecke mit Ihrer Sonderklausel, dass besagt, ich zitiere "Wenn Ihre Artikel an uns zurückgeschickt werden, vom Zoll zurückgehalten/zurückgewiesen werden oder Sie das Paket aufgrund von zusätzlichen Kosten ablehnen, können wir keine Rückerstattung für den Inhalt oder den Versand anbieten."

Und das nennt man Kundenfreundlich?

Bitte bei dieser Betrügerbande nichts kaufen. Die sollen an meinen £53.64 sich ergötzen. Ich zahle keinen Cent mehr an dieser Firma. Betrüger!!!!!!!!

The package was sent fairly quickly, according to the email I got. However, everything for the Christmas table - apart from meat and veggies - has been sitting in customs in Belgium for 7 days now. Customer Service either failed to understand that the shipping company had told me to ask for Britstore to contact them. Or -and considering how rude Customer Service were (e.g. saying I should go down there and help out with the paperwork for Customs myself), this seems to be the more acceptable explanation - they do not want to help out. I feel scammed out of well over £200 and a lovely British Christmas table.

This is the first time I have used this company whilst in Majorca.
I must say they were very efficient receiving my order and it was easy to place. It arrived in good time and it was superbly packed. Nothing broken or damaged. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used them two times now to get English food in the U.S that I cannot get here.
I will definitely use them for all my future needs.
The groceries are well packed, and well, the speed of the delivery was unreal. My first order I received at my door in the U.S in four days, and my second order I got in six days. They don’t work on weekends and I placed my order on a Thursday otherwise it would have been quicker but heck, six days from ordering to delivery from U.K toU.S.A is incredible !
Got everything that I can’t get in the U.S.A, fast,and in perfect condition.
Yes, shipping is not great but having lived in the U.S for40 plus years I will pay what I have to to get my fix of English food.
It’s just like you going to Tesco, Asda, M&S etcetera yourself. Whatever you want, if it’s sold in a U.K supermarket, you can get it.
Definitely worth 5 stars to me.
Highly recommend Britsuperstore for all your British food cravings.
