I visited the Covent Garden store on the 6th December 2021! My mother and myself were horrified with the customer service. We wanted to try some clothes on in the fitting rooms and were not greeted politely, we were made to feel as if we had interrupted a conversation between the two girls manning the fitting rooms. They were very blunt and continued talking to one another like it was the most pressing matter in the world. The same happened on the way out of the changing rooms. After that, i went downstairs to purchase a top i had tried on and was not greeted politely or acknowledged until it was convenient for the girls at the tills to stop their conversation. If i hadn’t of liked the top so much i would never had purchased from this shop. Considering i work in a globally well known and thriving retail company myself, i was shocked at the blatant disregard for customers and the rudeness. Awful experience!

Ich musste einen Pullover, der leider viel zu groß war zurückschicken. Da kein Rücksendeetikett dabei war, habe ich das Paket ordnungsgemäß händisch beschriftet. Die Rücksendung von Ö nach SLO kostete bereits 15 €. Nach ca. 3 Wochen wurde das Paket wieder an mich retourniert und ich musste 20 € bezahlen. Anscheinend konnte das Paket nicht zugestellt werden, obwohl ich die Adresse dem Rücksendeschein entnommen habe. Mein Rücksendeetikett fehlte komischerweise, obwohl ich es gut befestigt habe! "Gesamtschaden" 75 €.
Ich werde dort nichts mehr bestellen und würde anderen dringend auch davon abraten!

Un peu septique par rapport aux avis donné par rapport à ce site, j'ai décidé d'essayer moi-même de commander sur Brandy. J'étais agréablement surprise par la rapidité de l'envoi et la qualité des habits ( en espérant que ça dure). En plus de tout cela, des petits stickers, un porte-clé et des images décoratif ont été ajoutés à mon colis J'achèterais à nouveau sur site sans hésitation. :))

wanted to cancel my order due to buying the wrong items, and none of my emails have been replied to, and i have called multiple times and no answer! don’t think my pants will be coming nevermind a refund!

I was very sceptical to order from here after reading so many bad reviews, but I actually had no problems buying online from this store and the clothes came very quickly. The only thing is that the top I ordered is slightly thin. I’m also disappointed to see how little diversity there is and how all of the models are so slim, the sizing says it is “regular fit” but only fits xs/s sizes.I feel that they should include different sizing for all clothing so that all sizes feel welcome. In terms of the clothes and customer service I definitely recommend buying from here ❤️❤️

Went to Covent Garden brandy, all of the workers are bratty teenagers and the cashier was reluctant to take an item i was returning. Also noticed that the quality of their items has decreased SIGNIFICANTLY. Used to come here a lot, not a fan anymore.

Covent Garden Terrible customer service…security company even worst … offensive rude ….jumping around clients treating everyone like potential stealers…

I literally got charged TWICE for the one order. How many more people are they scamming without them realizing? I rang up and the lady was so rude and claimed I must of let someone use my card???? For the exact same purchase price? Someone used my card and only bought one item for the exact same cost? NO. The customer service is so bad and sketchy. Do not shop there.

Not diverse at all

visited the Covent Garden location with my mom the other day and was shocked. The store itself has a good environment and the clothes are nice, the customer service is the complete opposite. They were bratty teenagers who kets side eyeing me and a hijabi customer. I felt as if their attitude could be better when asking a simple question. The employee got mad when I took two of the FREE sticker, one for myself and the other for my mom. I felt judged and ignnored the entire time and will not be going back again. so dissapointed.

Went to the Vienna based shop the other day and Jesus, I have never seen such a rude manager in my life. She speaks no German and only broken English, thinks that she is better than anyone and either insult you or just completely ignore you if you want to ask a question. The worst thing is that this store is not following the Corona Virus restriction laws here in Austria. The shop is not that big and it´s full of people. I have seen other customers complaining that they get ignored, if you tell staff, that they should follow the restriction. To be honest, it´s a mystery to me, why somebody hasn´t called the police on that store yet. At this point, you are breaking the law that is here to prevent another lockdown.

HORRIBLE service hung up on my calls everytime I tried to ask a question and never canceled my order it is so over priced

pretty overpriced, and although clothes are nice, just not worth it. id buy their dupes from shein. my main problem is their jean sizing. i ordered a pair of corduroys, and two different types of blue jean, all in size S. the first type of blue jean i tried on fit PERFECTLY. however, the other two jeans made me look like a lamp. these are NOT size S, at all, and its like their "S" ranges anywhere from an actual S to an XL, despite all the measurements being similar if not the same. sucks because they're really nice quality, just awful sizing.

J’ai acheté un collier hier. Remarquant un signe distinctif très petit… j’y retourne aujourd’hui pour l’échanger. Impossible d’échanger des bijoux, pour les boucles d’oreilles je comprends mais pour un collier en parfait état non. De plus, ce n’est pas indiqué à l’achat. Aucuns compromis avec toutes les vendeuses qui n’avaient pas du tout l’air professionnel ni d’avoir aucunes expériences dans le métier, et le patron absent. Je ne conseille pas du tout et il faudrait qu’ils revoient leurs politiques d’échanges et leurs relations clients !!

Everyone here is upset about the sizing. Sure, the sizing is quite problematic, but trustpilot is to review the STORE ITSELF. If you don’t fit it, don’t buy it, move on. Friendly staff, great quality clothing and cute designs. Only slight downside is pricing, but it’s understandable with most of their products being 100% cotton made in Europe. I give it 4 stars because the sizing and pricing is a bummer, but it’s not a reason to give 1 star at all.

Achtung! Finger weg von diesem Online-Anbieter. Wir warten seit Dezember 2020 auf eine Gutschrift von 64 Euro, selbst auf das Schreiben unseres Anwalts kam keine Reaktion. Eine Telefonnummer für den Kunden Service gibt es nicht und der Sitz ist in Budapest und das sitzen die jetzt aus! Das ist mehr als unverschämt. Wer also solchen Verbrechern Geld in den Rachen schieben möchte, bitte!

I wanted to leave a review, after seeing all the negative ones. I have loved the clothes at Brandy Melville forever, the quality is actually great and most pieces are 100% cotton with isn't that common to find at a decent price. Most clothing retailers sell cheap polystyrene clothing pieces so i tend to opt for Brandy Melville a lot. Although their sizing can be seen as contravertial, it is saving them money on resources as well as time on the production of more sizing options, some companies just want to keep it simple and quick, not everything has to be related to a negative reason. As someone who was once considerd 'fat' and didnt fit into any of the clothes at Brandy, i was never mad at them for their sizes, as a brand they can sell whatever they want, i have always appriciated the nice clothing and didnt lay the blame on them. Maybe the issue isn't with the company, but with our toxic expectations to always be met, if they aren't met we will blame a company for being toxic when maybe it's us... in reality we all want to look like a slim model, and some of us are lucky enought to look like this but a lot of us don't, and that's okay! Just appriciate the nice clothing and move on, shop else where if you don't fit these sizes, simple. I also personally have never had an issue with their customer service instore or online.

Not happy. My daughter buys items from this site - subject to a £5 delivery charge - but when they arrive several items are completely inaccurately sized so have to be returned - another £4.20. I've told her that because of these charges she is not to purchase items from this site anymore. Clothes quality is ok, albeit that some items 'bobble' badly even with careful washing (and most of their items say 30 degrees).

Über die Qualität kann man sicher streiten, aber dass die angegebene Schweizer Adresse nicht mehr existiert (bis heute ohne Vermerk auf der Homepage) und die alternative Rücksendeadresse in Slowenien angegeben wird, ist meiner Meinung nach absolut unakzeptabel.
