Don't buy Brandy & Melville online. Their clothes stink of cheap perfume. I mean stink. The smell fills the entire house and you can smell it everyday, day after day! It is crazy. I tried washing out so many washes but it lingers. This is the second time I ordered over 1 year, same experience both times. I will never order again. I will try cheap vodka. I wish I can smell the Vodka and not the chemicals they call perfume!!

If I could give it a 0 stars I would. Appalling service. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Purchased a gift card which was never delivered, followed this up with customer service - no reply via email and no answer via telephone. Absolute rip off of a company that is revered by so many young people - don’t waste your money.

Awful place to shop. No changing rooms, no refunds. Security guard told customers to stop trying clothes on on the shop floor and no mirrors. Staff in a really difficult position as customers are complaining to them. A business which doesnt care about customers or staff is NO business

Can’t try on and can’t return so won’t buy!

I visited the Chelsea branch with my daughter and was genuinely shocked by the shopping experience. The changing rooms have been removed, so customers are expected to buy clothes without trying them on. When I asked why, the employee simply replied, "I'm not really sure." Even more surprising, we were then told at the till that the store still has a no-refund policy. So you can't try clothes on before buying, and if they don't fit, you can't return them. While I understand stores can set their own return policies, I find this combination completely unreasonable and contrary to the spirit of consumer rights. It leaves customers taking all the risk, and I'm amazed this business practice is still allowed.

Keinerlei Kundenservice: Das Geschäft in Berlin hat keine Umkleiden, was insbesondere bei Kleidung in Einheitsgröße schwierig ist. Das Überstreifen über die eigene Kleidung war ebenfalls nicht erlaubt und wurde vom Personal strikt unterbunden.
Der Clou der Dreistigkeit: Gekaufte Artikel können nur gegen Warengutscheine zurückgegeben werden (oder andere Artikel). Also: Was haben wir gemacht? Wir haben wenige Artikel gekauft, waren in den Umkleiden der umliegenden Geschäfte und haben probiert. Haben dann einen Teil umgetauscht gegen andere Artikel. Und dann das Spiel noch einmal. Ich bin gespannt, wann die umliegenden Geschäfte Kunden mit Brandy Melville-Tüten nicht mehr in ihre Umkleiden lassen. :-)

Ich war mit meiner Tochter dort. Unfreundliches Personal, welches bei Fragen nicht helfen will. Kleidung kann nicht anprobiert werden. Unterirdisch. Aber mit den jungen Mädels kann man es ja machen. Traurig.

Ich kann mich nur den Vormeinungen anschließen: im München keine Umkleide mehr, bzw. die existente geschlossen , Beschimpfung durch die Verkäuferinnen, als meine Tochter das Shirt über ihr Shirt zieht, völlig überteuert. Warum ist so etwas erlaubt?

Als je iets wil retourneren denk eraan dat je hoge verzendkosten hebt omdat het van uit Nederland naar Slovenië moet worden gestuurd en dit moet je ook zelf allemaal regelen. Slechte service dus.

Unwürdige Bedingungen - keine Umkleide - keine Möglichkeit Kleidung anzuprobieren! Der Tipp der Verkäuferin, die Sachen über die jeweilige Kleidung ziehen! TOLL! WAHRSCHEINLICH WIRD MAN DABEI NOCH GEFILMT! Wir haben alle zuvor ausgewählten Sachen an der Kasse abgegeben - gekauft haben wir NICHTS!!

Changing rooms have gone & they dare to have a no refund policy - exchange only.

Wir besuchten heute den Store in Berlin. Dort gab es nur noch S(in den Jeanshosen, aber auch die Oberteile sahen wie xs/s aus, es gab keine Größenangaben in den Oberteilen).
Als wir die Sachen anprobieren wollten, wurden wir darauf hingewiesen das es keine Umkleiden mehr gibt. Aber auch das Drüberziehen war untersagt.
Wobei ich mich frage, wie ich wissen soll ob mir etwas gefällt, oder passt, denn in den Oberteilen waren keine Größen zu finden.
Das erste Mal und nie wieder.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Brandy Melville store in Hamburg, Germany. We spent quite a while picking out clothes and ended up with our hands full of items to try on. However, when it was time to try them on, we found out that the fitting rooms had been permanently closed. We asked if we could at least try the clothes on over our outfits in the store, but they simply said no. This was very frustrating and felt like terrible customer service. I won’t be coming back. On top of that, there weren’t any size labels on the clothes either, making it even more difficult to shop.

Keine Umkleidekabinen! Sich trotzdem umzuziehen oder sich die Kleider darüber anzuziehen ist verboten!

Horrific experience. No changing rooms (why? Please someone at BM give customers a reasonable explanation, the gum thing is just a poor excuse), returns policy is virtually non existent (I’m sorry, you say NO refunds allowed despite not letting customers try on clothes to see if they fit). Finally at the store I just went to the clothes I bought were just chucked into a bag by an employee like they were trash. People should boycott this place, it’s a disgrace in every sense.

I made my first purchase at this store and was informed refunds were not possible but I could exchange items.

When I tried to make an exchange the next day I was refused.

I even explained to the staff that the items of clothing were purchased due to a hospital emergency and no empathy was shown and I was just patronised.

Please do not shop at this horrific place.

Absolutely hated my experience, every single item of clothing was one size (basically implying that every girl from the age of 9-18 should be the size of a 9-12 year old) and if you find a nice item and you buy it without trying it on (BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO CHANGING ROOMS) and you can’t even return it or exchange it because all the items are the same size, so if that didn’t fit you nothing will.
