Do not shop online. I have had a terrible experience with customer service after a duplicate order was placed when the website errored during the checkout process. I was told the duplicate order could not be cancelled and would have to be returned. I have had to pay 2 lots of postage, 1 lot of return postage and have now been told that the order included jewellery, which cannot be returned and has been sent back (despite being unopened and unworn). That’s another lot of postage. I am super disappointed in the customer service and will never be shopping here again.

It seems to be policy to spray perfume on all te store bought clothes. Even after a wash the scent is still very heavy. Why would Brandi Melville do this? It stinks and is bad for the environment. Besides this I do not see any sustainable clothes or (enough) organic clothing. In this world everybody can make a tribute.

Absolutely NO customer service. The 800 phone number tells you to send an email. I sent 4 emails and got no response. They say to return items within 30 days but you can't locate an address to send. The jacket I purchased was a Large Men's jacket. It barely fit me and I am petite. Do Not Purchase From Them! If I could have, I would have given 0 stars!

Horrible customer service with the store in the Kings Road staffed by a bunch of mean girls. For a shop that basically is overpriced and caters for the teenager They should really learn some customer service

Whilst in London for a show in the summer my daughters were keen to have a look in Brandy Melville Covent Garden. I was surprised by the merchandising, and by how the items were piled so high all around and by how busy the store was. The styles seemed very basic and simple, and the fabric (cotton?) seemed very thin, but it was summer!! My daughters both bought themselves some wide leg joggers, I was so surprised that the joggers only came in a size S!!! However somehow they do look great on both of them - despite one daughter being a size 2-4, and the other a size 8-10. They certainly seem to wash well too! (By that I am referring to no signs of bobbling as yet!). Although my slightly shorter daughter’s are stained by mud around the hem as she will play basketball and football in them (and may not tell me that they are all muddy for a day or two so it is really hard to get the marks out - but that is not what they are designed for) 🙈. I found the team members working in store to be polite and friendly so I give 5 stars. Today I have ordered online for my one daughter who wanted to spend some Christmas money on another pair of joggers in a darker colour and a vest top. Something about the website seemed “off” so I thought I’d look on trust pilot… oh dear what terrible feedback I have found left by others. Well fingers crossed that my daughters online order does not cause us any problems!!! I will be back to write another review and give hopefully another 5 stars soon (or lower if needs be). I’m hoping it is just a case of people not leaving feedback unlesss they had a problem 🤞🤞🤞😊

Ich habe vor Jahren mehrmals bestellt und alles war super. Aber bei meiner letzten Bestellung hab ich den verstand verloren.

Nachdem ich einen Artikel erhalten habe der absolut nicht zu der beschreibung gepasst habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert... da wurde ich nur weg gewimmelt mit dem Hinweis das der Atikel der richtige sei. Nach ewigem hin und her habe ich bei PayPal einen Streitfall geöffnet. Da habe ich erstmal die selbe Rückmeldung erhalten mit dem Hinweis das ich die retourkosten (14€) selber tragen müsse. Nach einem Hin und her über eine Woche Hinweg habe ich endlich mein Geld zurück bekommen. Unnötige Zeit Verschwendung.

usually love brandy as the clothes are great quality, i have never had a problem with them before. i ordered the victoria top (£24) and it has a small hole under the armpit. quite disappointed as the quality is normally 10/10, maybe the standards are going downhill

Poor, colours don’t match delivery and returns is expensive. Wouldn’t use again!

Butikken i Oslo kunne ikken hjelpe. All kommunikasjon måtte gå via mail til UK. På mail ble jeg lovet pengene tilbake for genseren fordi de ikke hadde flere gensere på lager.
Pengene som ble lovet, kom aldri.

Look, I have never bought from Brandy Melville but i was looking on the website because everyone talks about it. But I have one big issue with it, their “one size fits all” approach is not only unrealistic but also exclusive. Most of their clothes are clearly designed for very specific body types, leaving a lot of people feeling excluded and uncomfortable shopping there. It’s frustrating that a brand in this day and age wouldn’t offer more inclusive sizing options.
Honestly, I will never buy from a brand that includes one body type. Brandy Melville feels more like an Instagram trend than a serious clothing brand.
Not worth the hype at all.

J’ai fait un achat sur le site. On ne peut pas rapporter les retours dans un magasin.Les retours des achats web ne sont pas pris en charge et les frais sont à payer par le client. Les remboursements s’effectuent 10 jours après la réception des retours. Les pantalons sont tous beaucoup trop longs.

Great customer service.

Accidentally ordered with standard shipping instead of express. The customer service was quick and efficient, cancelling my order and returning the funds immediately so I could reorder right away with the correct shipping.

Die Stoffe mag ich eigentlich, jedoch hat ich ein Oberteil, das ich erst vor kurzem gekauft habe und zweimal getragen wurde ein Loch. Wenn ich online die Firma anschreibe bekomme ich nur die Antwort, dass ich in ein Laden vor Ort muss. Allerdings wurde das Top im Urlaub gekauft und es gibt in meiner Nähe kein Geschäft. Schade und so wenig Kundenservice

Terrible Customer Service, Buyer beware!!!!!
Ordered something online and accidentally transposed two numbers in the house address. Customer service refused to correct the issue BEFORE the package was prepared and shipped, then they REFUSED to call FEDEX to have the address corrected. They also REFUSED to cancel order and provide a refund. All of this BEFORE the package even left their facility.

Bottom Line - they don't care about you, they only want your money! Beware

I have ordered from brandy melville before and the sizing of the things have always been weird, but social media convince you brandy melville are cute so I buy again, a pair of low rise jeans, which end up coming up above my belly and are saggy on the bottom and are so unflattering. Their return policy is so stupid and so now I am making a loss on buying from them, so for me I am deleting my account and never buying from them again, and can we just be for real, their stuff is so basic you could get it so much cheaper from other places.

I can't even express how disappointed I am with Brandy Melville in Stockholm. The employees in the store were incredibly rude and condescending. Instead of taking care of the customers, they ignored you or gave you annoyed looks. It seemed like they didn't care if you were even there.

But that's not all: the selection of clothes is ridiculously limited because all the clothes look the same and the quality of the products leaves a lot to be desired. It's incomprehensible why the prices are so high when you only get cheaply made clothes. Also, the one size fits all in the store is a bad joke - they don't even try to accommodate different body shapes and sizes. This is just discriminatory and shows that the company doesn't care how the customers feel.

All in all, an absolutely disastrous experience. I will definitely not go to this store again and can only advise everyone to save their money and their nerves. There are many better alternatives!
