I’ve ordered from Brandy like 5 times and I’ve been so happy all those times! They fit me perfectly, and the material is sometimes stretchy as well which is of course a benefit!! They use such soft materials and they’re so perfectly designed. They also arrive like really fast. I ordered in Norway and it came in less than a week! The prices are affordable and they have such cute underwear options!! >w< I’ll definitely be ordering from there again soon!! <33

I had a very disappointing experience with Brandy Melville Europe’s customer service.

After placing an order, I did not receive a confirmation email. I therefore contacted customer service to verify whether the order had gone through and was told that only one order existed.

Based on this information, I placed the order again. A few days later, I received and was charged for two identical orders.

When I raised this again, customer service continued to insist that only one order had been placed. I had to provide bank documentation and screenshots showing two identical transactions and orders before they rechecked and confirmed that two orders had in fact been processed.

The reason given was that I had entered my email address incorrectly on the first order. However, this is precisely why I contacted customer service in the first place, to clarify whether an order had gone through. I was clearly informed that only one order existed.

Despite this, I have now been asked to cover the return costs for the duplicate order.

I proactively reached out to avoid this exact situation, but was given incorrect information and had to document the issue myself before it was properly investigated.

Overall, a super frustrating experience with unclear communication and unhelpful and unfriendly customer “service” that I would not expect from a brand like Brandy Melville.

also ich war in dem laden, in hamburg, deutschland und es war toll. die klamotten sehen super aus, die mitarbeiter sind eigentlich alle freundlich und der laden ist gut geordnet. die preise sind komplett gerechtfertigt und der laden ist wirklich tippi toppi!

Shopped in Lisbon. My 11 year old daughter used her pocket money to buy an €8 chain necklace. The necklace literally fell apart after one wear. We brought it back the next day to exchange. Told no exchange, as what did I expect for €8. Snooty sales assistant. Will never return and my daughter and her friends shuffled out with the same view. This brand is a disgrace.

I didn't shop online, so I can only speak for the offline experience. I found it perfect for girls who love good cotton clothes, especially simple ones like t-shirts and sweatshirts. And the smell in the store always gives me a cozy feeling.

omg the most wonderful customer service ever! they lost a dress of mine so i got into contact with the customer service team and they fully refunded me for the cost of shipping and resent the item. which in itself was perfect as the support staff were amazingly polite and quick to respond. anyway my order comes in a couple days and they’ve given me £250 worth of free clothes as well!! best day ever- love u brandy

Horrible shop, cheap clothes and awful shop clerk

ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS one size policy perpetuates the terrible problem of eating disorders among one of the most vulnerable demographics: girls aged 11-15 who are the target customers of this shop.

I’m pretty sure this company has intentionally harnessed people’s outrage for extra and free visibility: a grotesque example of capitalism at its absolute worst.

BTW some Brandy Melville garments are too small for my 11 year old daughter who suffers from anorexia and weighs 37 kilos. I hope there’s a special place in hell for Brandy Melville.

This review is about my experience at Paris Saint-Germain-de-Prés Brandy Melville store only, because I have also been in Lisbon, Munich and Vienna where the service was better.

The first problem was fitting rooms were closed. They closed them because there were too few girls working there that day. So it was impossible to try clothes!! When I tried to put on a sweater in the common room they did not let me! They said it is not allowed to try clothes in the common area, alright, in this case fitting rooms should be open! Moreover, there are no mirrors in the common room!! This is insane, I have never seen a store without a mirror, and what is the problem with people trying clothes, do not people go to a store to try clothes??!!! This is so stupid.

I do not remember exactly, but I think it is not allowed to return after you bought clothes, but it is at least allowed to exchange.

And finally there is no tax free, which is also crazy, my mom and I shopped so hard in Paris and she got her tax free everywhere from Zara to LV, except Brandy Melville!! What world do they live in?? They have to adjust and meet customer demands, they cannot just refuse to give tax free or forbid people from trying sweaters and jackets, the fact that their business is still alive and it took me 30 minutes of waiting time to pay for the clothes is a pure miracle.

2 stars for good design, good quality and fair prices, but the service in Paris was a nightmare.

Ik had 2 shirtjes besteld, 7 euro voor verzend kosten vond ikzelf eigenlijk vrij duur... maar ik kreeg het na 3 dagen al in huis! het was ook erg leuk ingepakt, helemaal waard. Ga hier zeker vaker bestellen!!!

Quick delivery of goods, but they don’t take responsibility for return costs, and their shipping site is very remote in Slovenia. The return of a pair of jeans costed around 30 EUR for me, almost the same cost as the product cost for the jeans. Don’t order from them unless you are 150% sure about model and size.

I've ordered from Brandy so many times and I've never had any issues. The shipping is always so quick (usually takes 1 to 2 business days) and they also give you free extras!
