Rude staff - none existent customer service and this has been in 3 different countries - so seems to be their model. The quality is inconsistent also - some appear quite good quality and others tear immediately. The girl in the shop in Madrids breath stank on one of my visits - difficult trying to be a trendy brand and trying to put an image across with that type of smell.

I only hope you read this before you purchase. There is something desperately mean about a brand targetting young people and then doing anything to avoid refunding returns. Toiletry bag - non refundable, pair of cargo pants that were far too big - Brandy Melville refused to refund as there is an 'apparent stain' on them. So there is a very (and I do mean very) slight grey-yellow discolouration along the crease fold where clearly the trousers have been sat on a warehouse/shop shelf for a long time before they ever reached us and is not the sort of stain that a customer could put on if they tried - unless they left the trousers on a dusty shelf for a long time. So Brandy Melville have blamed this on us and are refusing to refund. So £49 + pp wasted. I would sooner have given the money to a charitable cause. Maybe Brandy Melville would consider doing on my behalf? It is an appalling way to treat people, and there is something particularly nasty from a brand targetting young people who are starting out on life trying to do a lot of good in the world. A very hard lesson to have to learn. There are mean people out there, and do your due diligence before buying on line.

I am DISGUSTED by your customer service team who treated my mum so badly that she was left shaken. My mum went into the store to return a dress and she explained that it was a few days over the 14 day policy but she was ill and bedridden for a week or so which is why the return was accidentally late. When she tried to explain how she had been ill, your disgusting staff in the Covent Garden store LAUGHED at her and were mocking her amongst themselves. In what world is it appropriate to laugh at an older lady when she says she was ill? They showed zero respect or human decency and they left my mum feeling really vulnerable and embarrassed. I am fuming that my mum was treated so badly by young disrespectful girls and I want everyone to know to avoid your terrible company. BrandyMelville needs to hire better people. I will NEVER buy anything from your company ever again.

Manager was lovely but employees are incredibly rude and hostile. Horrible customer service from them.

So I called some brandymevilles (I don’t know if I’m spelling it right) and I called some store (same brand different stores) and each time I called they where being so disrespectful and disgusting.

Très bonne expérience après 4 commandes.
Ils expédient très vite, en général dans la journée, je reçois toujours ma commande en 2 jours par fedex grand maximum.
Le gros +, j'ai toujours un cadeau dans mes colis et ça fait plaisir (aujourd'hui un top noir), c'est pas toutes les marques qui font ça.
Les vêtements sont de bonnes qualités je ne suis jamais déçue contrairement à d'autres marques nettement plus chères (Subdued par exemple).
Dans un seul colis il me manquait un article, j'ai envoyé un mail à la marque et j'ai été remboursée montre en main environ 2h après.
Les prix sont également abordables je trouve.
Le seul minuscule bémol est la livraison à 7€, mais vu la rapidité de livraison, on peut faire l'impasse.
Je vais continuer d'acheter sur ce site qui m'a vraiment convaincue :)

Really unhappy with my customer service here. I walked into the store and as soon as I entered the store I received vile looks from the employees.

I am not short of a size 14 and i knew this could be a potential issue when entering the store. I heard one of the employees speak to me in a horrible manor and what came out of her mouth was, "fat ugly pig".

Unhappy.

This is the worst customer service experience ever!! Never gonna buy again! I bought a backpack, and it aid it's made of 100% cotton. When it arrived it turned out that it's made of the cheapest kind of polyester. So a I told them I wanna return it and I said I don't wanna pay the return costs. So they said we could arrange a pick up. Since then I have been in tocuh with them for half a year trying to arrange the pick up. Each time I send them an email about it, they ask when I have time and I tell them and they never reply back. And now I contacted them for what feels like the 100th time, and they tell me that I can only return things withing 30 days. Such asswholes! Never buying again from them!

I have had no problem with the clothes I've bought from brandy. It is good quality and hasn't faded my reason for 3 stars is due to the shop being very crowded and not much space to move in due to all the displays -maybe due to Covent Gardens' busyness- the lack of inclusive sizing and the staff. Though not bad the staff came across as not wanting to be there during the checkout. The sizing on the website is strange as I am a size small and stuff is too big though advertised as xs/s.

Nous étions déjà venu deux fois vers 11 h et globalement l’expérience était positive. Le temps que ma fille faisait ses amplettes je pouvais me caler au bar ou à table et prendre un bon café tout en travaillant sur le pc. Nous étions si bien qu’on finissait par manger sur place… entre repas et fringue j’y laissais à chaque fois environ 400 euros mais ça faisait plaisir à ma fille alors la pilule passait. Étant de Lille le magasin de Passy est le plus proche. Ce jour nous avons renouvelé l’expérience et là… c’est la cata!
Le magasin est zen travaux ok… mais il reste ouvert durant les travaux… bruit horrible de perceuse et de disqueuse… Aucun respect pour le client! Les cabines sont réduites au strict minimum…. Impossible aussi de prendre une table le temps de la désagréable attente… comprenez monsieur c’est un restaurant et nous fermons… mdr! Je ne vois pas en quoi nous asseoir à une table pose un pbm d’autant que les horaires ne sont écrit nul part! Donc ici le client c’est uniquement pour claquer le fric!
Bref, on ne reviendra plus…

Für über 250 Franken eingekauft. Leider wurde bei 3 Kleidungsstücken durch unfachgemässe Entfernung der Diebstahlsicherung Löcher in die Artikel gemacht, so dass sie untragbar sind. Da wir 130 km entfernt wohnen bat ich um Umtausch per Paket. Dazu ist man mich bereit, schlimmer noch, die Reklamation ist noch nicht mal eine Antwort wert.

Delivery was fast (3 working days), and there was good communication when it was delivered. I also received a free shirt worth 25 euros with the note “here's a little gift for you” + free pins. The clothes and bag feel of good quality and look nice!

Rubbish. Extremely expensive for bad quality clothing. The trousers always seem to wear out and don’t last. The fabrics are just bad quality. Trousers from stores like H&M last me years till present. Only had this problem with brandy and Melville

Terrible customer service. The store issued a credit and the "computer system wasn't working" so they said they would email me the credit. The email came through but saying they refunded me. They didn't refund me. I contacted Customer Service and they won't respond. I have been emailing them for weeks.

Okay to be honest I am a very easily influenced person in fashion, I follow trends etc, most often that Id like to admit this makes me buy cheap low quality items. Brandy Melvile is not the case. I understand that they are not inclusive, one size fits all does not cut it, Butttttt, as a pettite, short person, I find their items very comfortable and cosy. Brandy makes the best sweatpants, also cargos and 1005 cotton shirts
I love them personally but I understand everyone has a different experience....

I’m pretty shocked you can’t return any accessories, little purses, socks, necklaces/ bracelets. Let alone not able to get refund on clothes, only gift cards . Their market is kids, and this seems so wrong, taking advantage of those so young and inexperienced. The staff in Covent Garden were brilliant though. Just a shame the business model doesn’t follow that.

Nach einem Besuch in Amsterdam war meine Tochter ein großer Brandymelville-Fan. Bei der online-Bestellung fielen hohe Versandkosten an. Die Retoure musste für 20€ ❗️nach Slowenien geschickt werden. Anschließend wurden noch einmal 7€ von der Gutschrift abgezogen, für was auch immer. Nie wieder!

Shocking company would never order from them again … customer service is terrible .. kept sending me emails saying they hadn’t received payment and could I send them a screenshot as proof which I did at least 5 times… they never reply back after that !!! I eventually received my order after 5 weeks and that was because I opened a claim with PayPal!! So my daughters Christmas presents arrived nearly 3 weeks after Christmas !!!
