Shockingly rude service in brandy melville. Staff so unhelpful, security incredibly judgemental, won’t shop here again. Spend your money elsewhere.

clothes are good quality but in the store the staff are very rude and act surprised that they actually have to do their job, i’ve been multiple times only for the workers to be rude, even heard one of them talk bad about one of the customers, other than that their clothes are ok and i’m sure some of their workers are nice but the latter are unfortunately very rude and self entitled, however the clothes they have are very nice quality and the rude staff haven't put me off future purchases i just hope they learn basic manners…

The returns policy is not good. You have to pay for returns and I ordered a Small and got an Extra Large.

Completely misleading advice on sizing on website. Size small arrived with extra large labels. Customer services are terrible, would not accept mistake. Do not order from this company. Horrible.

Ich hatte vor ein paar Jahren schon hin und wieder bei Brandy Melville bestellt und war immer zufrieden (sowohl mit den Klamotten, als auch mit dem Service). Nun kam ich letztens auf die Idee, dass ich dort mal wieder bestellen könnte, was ich einfach hätte lassen sollen. Aus der Bestellung musste ich 3 Teile zurückschicken, allerdings wurden mir nur 2 erstattet. Nach langem Austausch per Mail wird noch immer darauf bestanden, dass nur zwei Teile der Rücksendung beilagen, allerdings bin ich mir zu 100% sicher, dass ich die Artikel vollständig zurückgeschickt habe. Der Preis des Kleidungsstücks beläuft sich auf 38€, was für mich als Studentin, die sich 3x überlegt, ob sie wirklich bei so einem verhältnismäßig teuren Shop bestellen sollte, schon eine ganze Menge ist. Ich persönlich werde dort definitiv nie wieder bestellen und kann jedem nur davon abraten, da gibt es genug andere Shops, die qualitativ gleichwertige Produkte haben, mit günstigeren Preisen und reibungslosem Rücksende-Prozess. Einfach nur ärgerlich…

Atrocious company, do not buy from them. The customer is wrong and their returns policy is awful.

I cannot believe that they wouldn’t even put more sizes there’s absolutely no reason to even shop there that’s probably why I only just heard about it of Snapchat from somebody already saying it’s rubbish how there still open I dunno there’s no point in it if I could put no stars I would.

Listen, I am not here to talk about the blatant controversies surrounding this brand. Brandy Melville in most avenues... is average. I like their clothes, its good for when you want to buy basics for an affordable amount of money, they don't take the bleeding mickey is what I'm trying to say (unless you're buying the zip-up hoodie). However... one place where it gives me primal rage is the armpit. Seam. Why, WHY? Why does no one talk about how wearing one of their tops (albeit their tops are actually cute af) that my sweat glands are instantly activated??? Me and my associate are the only people who seem to have this harrowing problem? Love the clothes, Hate (with a capital H) the armpit seam. Do better.

Hose nach einmaligem Waschen defekt. Sämtliche Nähte aufgegangen. Keine Rücknahme, da 14 Tage Rückgabefrist um. Absolut schlechter Service. Paypal erteilte Gutschrift über Käuferschutz.Gewährleistung ist für diese Firma ein Fremdwort. Nie wieder!

My skirt arrived with a hole in the seam. The returns policy included with the item states that postage has to be paid to send it back. Even worse, they don't do exchanges so it looks like I would need to pay postage again if I wanted to order another one. I don't feel like a valued customer and wont buy from them again

absolutely love brandy omg i recommend watching try on videos on youtube to see the product on another model tho as their website is not the best! i would recommend their zip up hoodies, rosa sweatpants (if you are under 5’7) and all of their tshirts and tops!

Keine Rücksendung Label dabei, eine Woche darauf gewartet, bis sie mir die Etikette gemailt haben. Habe das Paket beim nächsten UPS Annahme Point abgegeben und nach drei Wochen kam das Mail, dass sie das Paket nicht annehmen, weil ich es in Deutschland bestellt habe und nach Deutschland zurück geschickt habe aber halt nicht VON Deutschland!!! Keine Ahnung wo das Paket jetzt ist. So was von mühsam. Die Kleider kaufte meine 15 jährige Tochter! Nie mehr diese Marke

I love their clothes! I recommend their Hoodies and graphic shirts! Most of their clothes are too big on me like the Rosa sweats for example are too baggy if you’re 5,2 and under like me! Otherwise I love how they have their own app and they always have new clothes! One thing I had a problem with is shipping... I’ve ordered many times before but I recently ordered 6 items from their app. It’s been 4 days.. I always get my order shipped out 2-3 days, but for some reason it’s taking a long time. I’m not the type of person who has patience so it’s kind of annoying.. There’s not like a holiday or whatever I don’t know why they are taking so long to email me that my order has been shipped. Well I guess I’ll just wait and see!

obsessed with brandy! i love their hoodies and tops, never have bought pants there so i can’t say about them. i don’t love the one size policy but because i live in ni delivery takes longer so when it came really fast i was delighted

Ich habe früher oft bei Brandy Melville bestellt . Ich kann im Nachhinein sagen das keine einzige Bestellung ohne einen Mangel oder schlecht verarbeiteter Ware war . Die E-Mails wurden ignoriert oder es wurde behauptet die 2 Wochen Umtauschfrist wäre vorbei . Forderung der Gewährleistung wurde ignoriert . Die Farben sahen anders aus als auf der Website , die Nähte lösten sich schnell - das Personal war unfreundlich & bei dem Garage sale durfte man nicht mal die Kleider vor dem Kauf anprobieren .
Manche Oberteile in der Farbe ,,Taube” wiesen orangene Flecken nach dem Waschen auf , brandy Melville verweigerte jegliche Kenntnisnahme.
Man erhaltet keine Erstattung in irgendeiner Form .

For me personally the clothes always fit i think they could expand the sizes ( which they had to now a M) to a large medium and some others. But other than that when I have had trouble with an order and emailed them nobody has ever been rude and they are always helpful and kind! The clothes are always great quality aswell , keep it up!

Ich habe schon öfters bei Brandy Melville eingekauft.
Mir ist bewusst, dass ich einige Teile aufgrund meiner Größe beispielsweise nicht kaufen kann, jedoch haben mir die Klamotten, va. Tops, die ich bestellt habe, immer sehr gut gefallen und gepasst. Die Qualität ist meiner Meinung nach sehr gut für den Preis. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt wäre, dass manche Farben im Internet etwas anders als in echt rüberkommen aber ansonsten bin ich ziemlich zufrieden.

I payed for 3 day shipping and when the clothes did not come within the 3 days, I emailed the customer service. Apparently, in their guidelines 3 day shipping is a 4-5 day shipping because it takes 1-2 days for the order to process. What a scam.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
Wir haben im Januar drei Teile bei Brandy Melville bestellt. Meine Töchter lieben Brandy Melville. Allerdings wurde dieses Mal ( wir hatten schon mal etwas bestellt) die Rücksendung nicht akzeptiert, angeblich sei die Ware getragen zurückgekommen. Da dies nicht stimmte wollten wir Fotos der getragenen Kleidung. Fotos der angeblich beschädigten Ware waren nicht möglich. Ein viermonatiger E-Mail Verkehr war nötig um jetzt die Ware zurückzuerhalten(die wir eigentlich nicht mehr wollten). Eine Gutschrift war aus ungeklärten Gründen nicht möglich. Schlechtester Service den wir je erlebt haben!

Total refusal to help despite me having a dated credit card transaction ( no paper receipt)
Unless I had an invoice number they refused to help with a clearly faulty item!
